You cannot have 2×2 column layouts on the page as that would mean the theme needs 4 columns but only 3 are available.

Yes, but not all blocks have the same thumbnail. Some of the blocks use one big thumbs and then multiple small ones like this one for example:

and some use thumbs the same size like this one:

Choose one of the 25 layouts that best fit your project

You can do this for any block you want if you use the browser inspector and get the proper classes for each element.
Here is an example for block 18:

I have tested the featured video option and it is working properly. You just have to follow the steps required. Select the video post format, then one of the recommended post templates. Add your video URL in the featured video field and update the post. Then the featured video will be displayed in the post page, and a featured image will be generated from this video – https://www.screencast.com/t/aHzCQTLyKTAL and displayed on the blocks. Make sure that you have enabled the thumb sizes in theme panel – https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Please try and disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and try this again.

Hi,

You could create a child theme and modify the blocks that you want there. So then when you update the theme you will not lose any modifications for the blocks. Here is a guide if you want to use a child theme

Please use the steps mentioned there to create a directory structure similar to the theme, copy the blocks that you want, make your customization then activate the child theme.

If you want to add a read more button to a block that does not have this feature you will have to edit the module code and add the red more button to the code. You can copy it from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/OTwwNQ5NqKe and place the code in the module you want to have a read more button on. I think I understand now what you are trying to achieve. Maybe it is something like in this example

If this is what you want you can use this code and experiment with different height values, for other post title lengths to achieve the look you want. Or adapt it for other blocks and modules if you want.
