Hello,
The block you show is a custom block designed for the travel demo. Any block can be set to show any category you want it to. Please use this guide to learn how to set blocks to show your content: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
If you want to show featured posts, you will need to add posts to the featured category.
Thank you!
Hi,
Every block has a bottom and top padding so elements do not stick to each other. If this is what you want, then you will have to assign extra classes on the 2 rows containing the revolutions slider and the one bellow by accessing the row settings in visual composer. Then provide a link to your site and I will provide the proper css to remove the padding for these 2 elements.
Thanks.
It was being blocked on my friend’s work computer.
Sorry for the late reply. Could it have been because my post contained the word “shit” in it?
Hello
If you want to hide the arrows you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td_block_related_posts .td-next-prev-wrap{
display:none;
}
Also, all the available settings for Related Articles are here -> http://screencast.com/t/dcTkaDSdXp5 For more information about this feature, you should consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles/
If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you aren’t aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Please edit the post and change the primary category from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/ (not the one from seo yoast)
If your block is set to show all posts it will show the posts from the featured category as well.
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems like your image has it;s own css and a display:none property set directly on the image, not coming from the theme: http://screencast.com/t/bHRtvZJZ
Please check your html code and check to see if any css is set inline. Search for display:none and change it to display:block
Thank you!
Hello mayaguez,
Please keep in mind that you can search on our forum everything you want by a keyword like as ->sidebar, block, plugins, etc. For example, if you will find some results by Faster you will get this -> http://screencast.com/t/G2l958XD If you want to access this link you should manually copy/paste the link to another tab. Also, you should be logged in if you want to have access to our forum.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello scinatl1990,
You should regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate Plugin and Force Regenerate plugin. For more information about this fix, you can consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ Also, you should disable the lazy load effect from Theme panel -> http://screencast.com/t/qqoGorkdA if you are using this effect and also, if you are using some untested plugins, you should disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Also, if your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer your setup page and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Ralf,
Unfortunately the latest articles section cannot be moved . It will always stay at the bottom of the page, but since it;s a page we are referring to, you can use any other block and name it latest articles and place it where you want in the page. You can use custom block s for the most popular posts as well. Simply choose a different page template and create a custom layout
Thank you!
Hi friends,
I’m, Trying to replicate a ‘Make it Modern’ block,
but when I take a block 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 in my Visual composer,
the news and the thumbs are published all four one above the other, not side by side.
Where do I wrong?
Thank You.
Hello,
The standard envato license specifies you can only use one copy of the theme on 1 single end product: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard as for the ransomware, we have no information to provide in this regard. We do not use any types of malware or code that can block a user machine.
Thank you!
Hello,
I cannot say for sure about the Visual composer element as we are not the plugin creators. What i can suggest is our theme modules blocks that can show pages if you enter the ‘page’ post type in this field: http://screencast.com/t/on1jznwN
You can use any theme block to show pages in the style you want.
Thank you!
Hello Tom,
Please follow this topic:

Thank you!
Hello hammerman,
Do you are using Blog style (by your latest post) or Homepage Style (by static page)? So, please notice that in your example is use Hompage and also, is used the Big Grids which can be set it from Visual Composer, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/LGvwblzt For more information about our Big Grid Settings, you should consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ and also, for more information about how you can use the Visual Composer, consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-use-visual-composer/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello justfreshkicks,
I noticed that you are using the block 11 to display your Latest Sneakers News, right? So, if you want to change the pagination, you should do it from Block Settings, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/zKz5Y7v3n For more information about these settings, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
I’d like to get a Page to display as one of the Featured story blocks.
Is there a way to do that or do I have to create a post and set it as Featured?

Hello there!
In the following jpeg you will see my 2 questions.
First of all how can i change the looks of the category box? (No1)
Also how can i make smaller the white space between the columns (No2 & 3). Can i do that through this code?.td_block_related_posts{
padding-bottom: 0!important;
}
.single .comments{
padding-top: 0px!important;
margin-bottom:0!important;
}
.td-main-content-wrap{
padding-bottom: 0!important;
}

Many thanks for you time

Also here – hardcoding of
[td_block_social_counter custom_title="FOLLOW US" facebook="www.kite.builders" twitter="gofly1kite" youtube="kitebuilders"]
which is not the right methode.
And – I do not get the right amount of followers at FB and YT

Rgds
Ralf
OK, got it by changing that one
[td_block_video_youtube playlist_title=”Video News” playlist_yt=”DXwR-KMBF_o, pcofWfTEJ0E, uBgeeVFisYw, kxOf7ilehfg, 1wSjCb2C–Y, xpsLG8gpoIc, divKL2QfOYg”]
But there need to be a better way then hardcoding…

TagDiv . . . again I have to urge (beg? plead? grovel?) for someone to create ‘documentation’ section that is a very simple (and easy to create, for you) “map” or “key” as to what sections/parts/designations are what.
While the documentation descriptions are basically adequate for WHAT to do and HOW to do it, I find myself endlessly not being able to discern what element of the theme is affected. What’s what? Who’s on third? Some elements (“footer”) are simple for newbs, others (blocks? modules? excerpts? content? post title? article title? smart sidebar? standard sidebar? default sidebar? demo sidebar? post? custom post? default post? main menu? top menu? ETC ETC) these things I KNOW are second nature to folks who do website development day by day and for years. But for newbies it is a total mystery exactly what elements are what.
I’ve attached an image from one of your model sites with an example of what I mean would be VERY (!!!) helpful to those of us not in the industry. It would take someone at your end all of an hour to create a “key” of images that simply say “this is the header” “this is a module” etc.).
Every time I change a setting – and there are over 1,000 settings by my rough count – something other than what I think will change, get’s modified. A bit of help from your side would save some of us huge amounts of time on the simplest things. I’ve spent 6H so far just this evening simply trying to get a basic color palette on the main page set, but am wandering in the dark.
Please consider adding this most rudimentary part of documentation to your site. The themes are great but do no good if some of us are unable to discern what parts are what. It’s exceedingly frustrating. I just about give up after hours of flailing about merely attempting to accomplish the simplest tasks because I’ve no idea what ‘elements’ are what in your theme – and there’s zero documentation with any guidance whatsoever – just words and some videos saying just click click click presto bingo your site is done and amazing.
Yah, if you’ve been doing it for many years. If you’re a newb and haven’t, it’s hopeless.
NB: I can’t attach my example image because there’s no way to submit a pic with a forum post.
Hi,
I’ve checked your site and the category tags on modules/blocks are using Quicksand – http://screencast.com/t/7TdeklmEz
If you refer to something else please provide more details.
Thank you!
Hi,
I suspect it may be a html or css issue on that page. Try to inspect the blocks which contain custom text or custom html (if you have any on your page). You can also check the page code in Text mode – http://screencast.com/t/M0K3F57mzO – look for possible html leftovers, unclosed containers ( ex. <div> that’s missing it’s closing </div> ).
Also try to create a new page and add the same blocks, see if it works there.
If you still can’t find the cause please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com , provide wp-admin access and we will check it.
Thank you!
