Our theme uses a lot of predefined thumbnails in blocks and modules. If you check the Theme panel->Block settings area you can see the list with all dimensions of the thumbs wich is used in the theme and which elements -> blocks/modules uses -> http://screencast.com/t/tQuimSer9 If you want to exclude the cropping system wich you have to use the right dimension for your images.

Our theme uses the system of cropping from center to top. The theme uses thumbs to reduce the page size and speed up page loading time. From each image uploaded are generated thumbs for each thumb size used by the theme. Basically, when a post it’s displayed on the page in a block, the featured image displayed is not the one which you uploaded in the media file, it’s a thumb cropped from the original image at the precise dimension. To change the picture orientation most likely you will need a different cropping system. Our theme crop (cut) thumbnails in some cases to avoid creating a lot of thumbnails in order to reduce to load more spaces on the server.
If you don’t have the possibility to upload large images you could use a combination of plugins to upscale the thumbs – Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate.

In order to apply the code to all block you can use the code like this:

}
As for the images, our theme crops the images center-top. Unfortunately there is no option for the cropping of the thumbnails in the the panel. If you want to change this option, you will have to use the theme api: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_thumbupdate/ (for advanced users only)

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for achieving as you want. Please notice that is not a simple task and are required custom work and also you should alter the code from td_module_single_base.php. The above method is not working because td_block_homepage_full do not use modules like on the others blocks and this code does not function for this kind of block. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this feature for your because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

Unfortunately there is no different version of the website for mobile phoines. It is the same version of the theme/page. You can however use a css trick to hide the particular block on all other devices except mobile.
For example you can add a block and add an extra class on the row in visual composer: http://screencast.com/t/arlc4Qu1Dt and then use thios custom css in the theme panel->custom css box:

For achieving that, you have to do some customization in the core file according to block style used by you. Below I presented you the steps would be followed in order to achieve as you want. These customizations are required for each block style that you are using for your site.

Unfortunately there is no option for the blocks to display only the parent category in the theme panel. This can only be done by altering the theme files. you can remove this code: http://screencast.com/t/LJxjF3avnJ and now the blocks will pick up only the posts that have the category set as primary. (you will have to filter the specific category in block settings)
However there is an alternative to this which is called the ‘unique articles’ option: https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/ or you can use offsets: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/
