Block Render Failed – Tried accessing nonexisting field (comments_count) on node type (Media)
Also experiencing this on our website.
Using Instagram Personal account.
Getting a Block Render Failed – Tried accessing nonexisting field (comments_count) on node type (Media) error.
Tried disconnecting and reconnecting same issue. Confirmed it’s logged in and linked. Says there are 45 days left on the token.
Is there an ETA on a resolution?
Hi Bettina, I’ve been using tagDiv Newspaper for quite some years on numerous projects so I’m familiar with the block filters, I can’t however find any way to tilter a block from a custom taxonomy value.
Is this possible?

Please set a light color in order to see your menu. Also, set the links for the items when you create the menu in Appearance -> Menus.

Please check the console and see which errors you encounter. Normally, if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
It’s possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Hi Guys, probably a really simple question, but is it possible to filter a block using a custom taxonomy?
We have a custom taxonomy for company names so we want to show all news where a specific company name is tagged using our custom taxonomy (tag).

Maybe question is stupid. For dekstop I use cloud template.
On homepage I would like to have at the top of the home page block with some category and then loop block.
Problem is that when I click on pagination that first block is on every loop pagination page.
I know I could you use for homepage “Pagebuilder + lastest articles + pagination” but in that case I loose flexebility to format loop.

Please check the console when you try to save the changes made in Theme Panel maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

You can’t filter the block Posts Loop, you can only sort it => https://www.screencast.com/t/geckLSYd5sa, so if you have set the Posts Loop on the homepage, then will display all posts of all categories, if you have set the Posts Loop set on the category template, then will display the posts only from that category.

I have the same problem.
The tagDiv Composer plugin increases the server load to 100/100 and it blocks my website
I am currently using the Crypto News Pro pre-built theme and I am getting 4 deadlink errors on each page and since currently have 73 pages, I am getting almost 300 deadlink errors. The dead links are for the following categories, which did not exist on my site: blockchain, ntfs, opinions and deals. I view the page source and here is what I see.

We’ve released the version 2.1.6 that may cause compatibility issues with some themes.
This is due to the integration with the popular library called Mega Menu that causes this issue. We recommend that you contact the Theme Developer to make the following changes to your Theme:
The wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields hook that expects 5 arguments are only given 4 arguments by Mega Menu and this causes the fatal error.
WP native hook contains 5 arguments here:
do_action( ‘wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields’, $item_id, $item, $depth, $args, $id );File name: wp-admin/includes/class-walker-nav-menu-edit.php
But MegaMenu library uses the same hook ‘wp_nav_menu_item_custom_fields’ but passes 4 arguments only.

Thanks for noticing this. Have no clue why both block were set to ‘invisible for visitors’. Magic still happens every day…
When I log in to WordPress and go from frontpage into tagdiv composer, all blocks are showing. On other computers viewing the same frontpage, some blocks are gone.
Also when I logout and then view the frontpage, the same blocks also do not show.

Could i change it with the flex block builder? (As i see i with this option can add only pre-made modules, i would like to add my custom.)

exchanging various arguments with the assistance of the various hosting providers on which I host the sites with the tagDiv theme active, the problem is caused by Memcached.
In fact, by disabling it, you should avoid constantly recalling the same queries, honestly, I’m waiting for a resolution update.
I’ve tried using Flex blocks, uninstalling the Standard Pack, using a CDN, disabling heartbeat, limiting Ajax requests to the maximum, and using only the plugins needed and recommended by tagDiv… I’ve deleted a large number of lines from the DB… nothing, just by disabling Memcached, the problem doesn’t recur.
I wonder if using Redis or other caching systems anyone has encountered the same problem.
