Hello,

You can change the color and fonts of blockquote from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts -> Post content => https://www.screencast.com/t/mxVkEBnE, Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Content -> Post => https://www.screencast.com/t/ScQogY6p
and for line border and align use this custom code => https://www.screencast.com/t/rQ2YXGHjAul

blockquote p {
margin: 0;
text-align: left;
border-left: 2px solid #000;
padding: 15px 23px 16px 23px;
position: relative;
clear: both;
}

Set the code in Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Costum CSS.

Hi,

I simply want the blockquote within posts/pages to not turn blue, to not be capitalized, to not be centered, to not be italicized–but rather to have a left line border, aligned left with a margin, inherit text color, size, format, etc., of the post/page.

Please see this for example: https://huntingforthompson.com/blockquote-request.pdf

Please provide custom CSS for that to occur across all platforms: phone, tablet, desktop, laptop, regardless of screen size. All my efforts fall short of being implemented uniformly across all devices/screen sizes.

Hello,

Have you checked for admin-ajax error? Please verify the console when you try to save the template/page, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello,

Did you install a Pro Prebuilt Website or a standard Prebuilt Website?
Is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hello,

it looks like you have activated the mobile theme plugin.
The mobile theme plugin uses a standard layout for mobile to make it faster, but for this, all your pages need to be remade using the mobile editor (so you can only add the elements that are present in the toolbar, without shortcodes (blocks) and the shortcode for the contact form (if you copy-paste the code will not work)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Usually, this problem when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

At this point, it is not a priority to build a new cloud template, so I changed subpage of UEFA Euro 2020 (https://www.bet3.gr/category/euro-2020/) back to default template. I noticed, however, that the issue of image position exists on every cloud template of Newspaper theme: Mobile theme, Homepage, 404 Error page, Inner pages etc, when I use content block shortcodes. Is there a generic CSS code to set the image position right on Blocks or do I have to discriminate which Blocks I use to write CSS on them?

Hi,

Thank you for your support. I’ve tried Flex Block 4 but got some troubles with the Module 2 on “Flex Block 4”. With Module 1, there is option to put Meta information “Over the image”, but for Module 2, there is no such option. Thus the tittle is put next to the image, as you can see in the screenshot below.

https://gyazo.com/3271c78f8e6e0d7426337be763467d50

Is there a way to fix this? Or can I just use Module 1 option only and omit the Module 2? Thank you

Hello,

You can hide the video duration like this, edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/98GoVmDe, select the block and in the tab called “Layout ” you have the option to hide it https://www.screencast.com/t/BU5EekC32

Hope that helps you!

Hello,

Unfortunately, you can’t set the height for block, the only option is to set the excerpt length to letters => https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZHrub8N3k -> https://www.screencast.com/t/dbVPx3YEeilU
Those are the only ways to adjust the dimension on blocks.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi There, as you can see in the attached screenshot https://imgur.com/a/1hB1Ulj I’m using the Flex Block 1 element with a grey meta info background colour. I would like it if the grey on each of the four elements came down to the same level. Currently they are uneven due to the different amounts of text in the titles and excerpts. Is there a way to make it look even?

Hello!

You can use “Flex Block 4” instead of “Posts Loop” with an offset: 2 and you can achieve what you want in this mood.
Please note that this element has no numbered pagination like on posts loop.

Thank you!

Hello!

You can display CPT posts using a Flex block for example and you need to use this option from the element’s settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/buUhH0oGXB
There you need to specify the name used to register the CPT in the code and the posts will display.

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello,

Thank you for your kind words.
I’m sorry you had problems using tagDiv Composer.
Unfortunately, I don’t have access to see the screenshots => https://www.screencast.com/t/ude8yWPWYa, if you want to give me access to be able to see the images or if you want you can use another tool for screenshots => https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
Also, I checked your category page and seems you don’t have set posts in the block => https://www.screencast.com/t/UYzUzqRJmjmd

Thank you!

Hi jzee, I think that you are referring to the elements from footer -> https://i.imgur.com/V9ZlyBk.png for this you need to check the footer style that you are using -> https://i.imgur.com/PXLnKe4.pngsome of them have predesign elements that can not be edited (blocks that can not be edited, for example footer style 1), if you want to set your won elements use an empty footer or a style footer that contain only the logo with about us text -> https://prnt.sc/14nl818 also you can set element in footer by setting widgets in footer 1,2,3 -> https://i.imgur.com/3Fo4wfQ.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
tagDiv Composer is the theme builder and in it are all the theme options, if you disable it, all you’ll have will be an default theme from WordPress without extra option (blocks, elements, templates ….).
Therefore the theme can not work without this plugin, sorry! What can be done is to try to improve the website performances.

Yes it’s very strange that with the progress of websites this isn’t a feature.
Also very strange that some elements ‘sort of’ incorporate it, but most don’t, and the ‘sort of’ isn’t incorporated very well. As in, rather than have stacked blocks with scrolling bottom section, just have one row with scrolling feature.

Hopefully it’s added to an update soon!

Thanks Vlad.

Unfortunately, I have played with the CSS options and I cannot get rid of the huge white space on mobile devices below the revolution slider row.

Screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14Gm4gabt_KQ9_kU8ng9xBZUAfPaZKdb8/view?usp=sharing

Issue 1: The bottom of the revolution slider should be touching the top of the dark gray row below it. The huge blank area of white space should not exist.

Issue 2: The revolution slider should fit to 100% of the screen width so there is no white space to the right/left of the slider image. I selected Row Stretch = Stretch Row and Content, but that didn’t work. Note that on desktop it properly fills the entire width/row.

The revolution slider element does not have any CSS settings.

On the row CSS (for mobile) I set the bottom margin at -50 and could see that it moved things up, but not nearly enough. If I do “-350” then I can see it moves it up, but then within the Editor, I can no longer see the row at all. And that is too big a number that something must be wrong. The same problem happens if I edit the column mobile CSS.

Please advise how to resolve this.

Note that using your previous screenshot, I was able to resolve the spacing issue between the image blocks below.

Thanks in advance.

We have a CPT that we would like to display on web pages using the TadDiv blocks. Is this possible and if so do you have any documentation to execute this. We have tried to add the post to the page by using Block 7 and using the Category Filter, then selecting the category that the CPT is using. This is not displaying anything. Please advise.

Hi,

I tried all of the above. Still the same. I don’t have any caching plugins, at least not yet. I deactivated all the plugins except the tagDiv ones and still the same. There are no values or blank spaces in the offset field for the post loop. I am using the same post loop block I use on one of the category pages on this website and on that page it’s working fine but for some reason, it’s like I have an offset on the search page with no reason. Maybe I could give you access to the backend so you can check further.

Thanks

Hello,

To have a scroll bar use these blocks (Big Grid Flex 2, Big Grid Flex 5, Big Grid Flex 6, Big Grid Flex 9, Big Grid Flex 10) => https://www.screencast.com/t/C8aSXXrJt
The block is on the homepage, but you can add it where you want.

Thank you!

Hello,

To achieve that you need to use a custom code CSS, for this you need to add an extra class on the block, for example, “td-bgf” => https://www.screencast.com/t/vvE7EKVsXon and use this custom code

.td-bgf .td_module_flex_6 {
margin-bottom: 10px;
}

Set the code in Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Costum CSS.

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Hello!

Yes, how I said above you need to add a flex block element like this one: https://www.screencast.com/t/w7rmv7Amu6x

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!
