This is a strange situation, since you are using the same post template the layout should be the same, now the only thing is to be both articles/posts and not custom post types, also what can interfere is the content, is possible that in the one without ‘Related Articles’ block to use some shortcodes from untested plugins, pleas make a test and please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I am using Block 3 to display Blog posts and i have two questions please.
1. Is it possible to change the shape of the way the thumbnail is displayed? (i’d like to make it more squared in size)
2. Is there a way to move the image around inside each thumbnail (i.e.focus on the top centre, or bottom)
I can’t seem to find any way of tweaking these things in the Block settings.

To make sure that this problem with articles is not made my untested plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also if you want to hide tag, category, author and you are using a pro demo, then you need to do it using tagDiv Composer and check the layout tab from flex blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/jYP7Fb4.jpg or use the right click on the elements that you want to remove.
If the problem persists, please provide me a link where I can inspect this problem.

I have the last version of Theme and WordPress too, but for me the element text with title is working -> https://i.imgur.com/wTF57P5.png, I think that you have some options in some plugins or host that are blocking this element to work, you need to click on https://i.imgur.com/hDmgaJp.png to see what is blocking the element.
These are just some warnings should not affect the theme, if you want I can provide the fix for them, but these need to made in theme files, also soon will be released an update that will fix these warnings.

Hi there. I have tried putting Block 88 and Block 102 on my homepage, but they only link to posts, they don’t actually embed video or audio in them. Is this right?
UPDATE – Please ignore this post – i have resolved the problem – just needed to embed the video or audio URL into the ‘Featured’ vid/audio slot on the post

As you can see feature images for YouTube videos work great
But if you scroll down to the Facebook video heading the images do not appear although they do appear in the feature of the individual posts. I even tried a CNN video for good measure using the following recommended format

I’ve got a website running WordPress where 2 requests are being made on every page and every time they both result in a 404 error and delay page loading by up to 6 seconds. I can’t figure out why they’re there and I don’t recognize them nor know how to remove them.
If I block the requests in Chrome dev tools the page loads without any problems and far quicker, I just want to get rid of the Get request for them entirely so users don’t have to wait for them to timeout the request.
They appear as this if you watch the Network tab in Chrome and load any page:

If I call up the HTML it looks like it is related to TagDiv blocks style blocks in someway but I don’t know how to remove them myself.

Any way to make megamenu subcategories not to have pagination?. I have found the option in the blocks but I couldn´t find it for megamenu. I just want to show the last article of each subcategory applied to the megamenu, not an option to go to the next (just for avoid ajax to run and not to waste resources for nothing).

Unfortunately not. The post loop element will auto-render the posts from the category that it was inserted in. You can use Flex Blocks instead which have a more customization range.

Hi, Whenever I try to download a block from Cloud Library I click on the green ‘Import Section’ but northing happens. I click on the X to close the window. It disappears and a dialogue box underneath it also disappears so I don’t know what is written on it.

I have added custom CSS to a Cloud Template, but it will not save the changes. Refreshing the page (after saving) shows that the code is removed. Changing a TagDiv block will save however.

Unfortunately the Post Loop element does not offer a filtering options. You can replace it and use Flex Blocks. In flex blocks you can go to filter settings and exclude by category / post id using a negative in front. For example: ” -24 ” : https://www.screencast.com/t/srkJPFaqt

Unfortunately this option for h tag on titles is not available on all element, only on flex block element and title element. What you can do is to replace your block from sidebar with a flex block then you’ll be able to us this option -> https://i.imgur.com/vf0buHi.png
Also if you want to remove it for all elements from inside the block/flex block, then it can be done only form theme files.
