The view counts of the posts will be used to determine the order of the posts in the block/grid. This sorting method will not work properly or at all if you use caching (mentioned in the guide). Maybe that is the case for you.

24hrs after updating from newspaper 7… to Newspaper 8.., I can’t login to my admin panel, I keep getting this message :

I want to know where I can find widget demos and other block demos, I find it frustrating to go one by one to see which one I can choose.

Even after installing the Print, PDF & Email by PrintFriendly plug-in, my page does not allow printing, not even PDF. It’s as if it had some block in the code that does not allow the preview for printing.

I am encountering two issues.
1. In both the page builder or the tinymce when I try to make a custom block title (custom_title=) with accents or UNICODE it breaks and will not display the title properly.
2. It is a French/English site and all the previous/next article suggestions are coming up as the opposite language of the main article. How do I fix this?

Hello, I’ve got a problem with the 7-days popular posts block. Although it seems to work, the latest posts with most views from the last 7 days are shown, the sorting is not ascending or descending but seems to be a bit random sometimes.
How could we fix this?

If you tested and that implementation is not working, then it would suggest a level of incompatibility.
Premium themes are custom coded, different than default WordPress themes. In some cases this means that some plugins and implementations may not work. This is the case for all premium themes.

At the moment that is not possible unless manually inserting the block shortcode in the category template file.
After the coming update, that will be possible. There will be changes to how the category templates can be created by users, so placing a block in the category page will be a simple task.

The regeneration process requires the installation of GD library for php on the server for image processing
