Hi,
Only one category tag will be displayed in all the theme modules. This will be the primary category you set or is picked automatically.
You cannot display two category tags in a module, regardless of block or grid.
I would prefer to use WPBakery Page Builder rather than TagDiv Composer, however I can’t find a way to register WPBakery Page Builder. Also I have lost how to change colours on block titles, can you please tell me how do I do it? Thanks.
Hi. Is it possible to change the date disposition, for example, in “Block 9” or “Flex block 1”?
I want to have a possibility to put the date in the same line with the post title or above the title.
I didn’t find such options, and simple CSS tricks didn’t work for me.

I have a client who likes the newspaper theme we used on another site. They want to see it in action with their content. but I am not sure its the right layout for them as they are a woocommerce site. I have cloned the site#1 and have deployed it onto their host. How long do I have until I need to activate? I am not sure they want to keep it and would like for them to just demo it until they decide.
additionally, Tagdiv should have a demo for woocommerce, I know these are primarily news based layouts but the Tagdiv composer makes it so easy to create a page. In my opinion a woocommerce enable theme would be very usefull. Maybe add some blocks or grids that are woo product compatable.

Is there a way to show the standard featured posts list you have on the homepage of the mobile theme on another page? Is there some code I could use to call this element?
I just tried to delete the composer and reinstall it from the version in the recent theme update. I didn’t update anything other than the composer and it crashed my site again with this code:

The Theme has two features – Unique Article & Offset Support in Blocks – which I think are designed to prevent the duplication of posts on the home page. I don’t know how to use either of the two. Can you provide me with an explanation?

Hello,
Sorry but our theme does not offer such functionality. You can only sort the blocks based on the published date. The theme has no updated date functionality.
It can only be done custom but you will need coding skills to do as there is no simple way top create a new sort option. If you do not have the necessary skills to do it, we recommend hiring a freelancer to help out with the code.

What filtering are you using for your block? Do you have sticky posts? Do you use a random sort order? There are many things to consider for the load more pagination. 1. The block does not have any setting to alter the colors of the article title. It can only be done by adding an extra class to the block and then using css to cahange the color based on the extra class added to the blocks.
example:
.mycustomclass .td-module-title a{
color:red;
}
2. The same code from above will also target the related articles
3. .td-author-name a, .td-author-description, .author-box-wrap .td-social-icon-wrap .td-icon-font{

}

color:Red
}
There are no setting sin the theme panel to change these colors. sorry.

Once you activate the mobile theme plugin, the front page will be predefined. There will be a top grid displaying your featured posts and then a latest post section. More about the mobile theme here

The grid will only be displayed in the homepage, so will the latest articles section. Other mobile pages will have to be created with the mobile editor only.
This is meant to improve the performance of the website by keeping it as light as possible.
If you would be able to display grids and blocks on mobile pages, then there would be no purpose for the mobile plugin, it would be the same as without it.

On pages you could use a block on the bottom of the page, set to infinite load pagination to continuously load posts as you scroll down.
For posts there is no infinite loading. Category pages can have infinite loading, please check the category settings in the theme panel, each category has a pagination setting

I just completed the newest update to the newspaper theme 8.7. Both this update the one previously have crashed my site to the point that I can’t even access the wordpress dashboard. I have had to contact our web host provider to troubleshoot and deactivate enough stuff that I can get in and do a restore.
I have done at least 4 update previously using the Filezilla method and never had a problem.
Is anyone else having this problem? Why are these updates crashing my site, if I can get it back online, I will not we 2 updates behind but I refuse to try updating again if it will just keep crashing my site.
My web host provider has said that it has something to do with one of the Tag plug-ins crashing.
Here is there error I currently see when I try to load my homepage.

You can try this quick fix, enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS

Then try using in a test page if possible to place the same blocks 13 in the same layout as before. Check if the problem is solved.

In case of custom post types you can display the taxonomy in the category spot, if that is what you want to do

Those are all the settings the theme has for custom post types, most of the settings are created for categories so custom post types don’t have many options.
In blocks or grids you can display CPTs but they cannot be filtered by taxonomy

Can you do me one more favor? Instead of filtering pages to include in the block by whatever means you are currently using, can you try to filter by individual page ID number and see if the A to Z sorting works for you?
