Our theme uses the system of cropping from center to top. The theme uses thumbs to reduce the page size and speed up page loading time. From each image uploaded are generated thumbs for each thumb size utilized by the theme. When a post it’s displayed on the page in a block, the featured image shown is not the one which you uploaded in the media file, it’s a thumb cropped from the original image at the precise dimension. To change the picture orientation most likely you will need a different cropping system. Our theme crop (cut) thumbnails in some cases to avoid creating a lot of thumbnails to reduce to load more spaces on the server.
If you don’t have the possibility to upload large images you could use a combination of plugins to upscale the thumbs – Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate. Please notice that these types of plugins are not tested with our theme and we cannot provide support for the theme. We recommend them because a lot of our customer uses and they were satisfied to their functionality.

Maybe you are not creating the page or sticky sidebar properly. In this example I have first added a Big grid on a page

Then I have added a new row and choose the needed row layout

Sorry but blocks were built to pull specific information from posts and the byline is not among the information grabbed on blocks. It will need a custom function to grab other info besides the one already implemented. Unfortunately we cannot offer a quick solution in this regard. Sorry

re2: Please make sure you upload the full image and not a thumbnail of it in the media library. Also please check the aspect ratio of the image. it needs to be ultra wide for it to display properly in the row. Try a size of 1920 x 815 for instance

re5: Well since it’s a page created in the page builder, you can put the text block on top of the map by simple drag and drop. Either drag the text block above the map or drag the map below the text…the page builder lets you do that.

If you are not using the mobile theme plugin, the same content that you have on desktop will be displayed on mobile devices as well. When the mobile theme is enabled, this comes with predefined layouts for the homepage, post page etc. More information here

I have inspected your website and I saw that for FireFOx browser the Header add disappears. Also, I have noticed that on your header wrap is applied an unknown class which has a rule with display: none, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Zs9JI0XNfJt7 You can try using the below code and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area, clear all the caches and check the results.

Also, if you are using some untested plugins (for emoji for example) please try to disable all of them, leave just only our tested plugins to be active, clear all the caches and check the results.
