Hello doran,

I’ve tested on my side and everything seems to work properly. This is the original size of the thumb used by the theme. This thing you should see here: http://screencast.com/t/IfHJMtXchttp://screencast.com/t/513dm70GHOYrhttp://screencast.com/t/lp8qXWPIt4ev
I suppose that your original size is different of this block and it becomes to original size (218 px) when the number of posts is 1…this is strange…and might be a conflict plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge CDN file if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try it again. If the problem is still there, after this advice, please let us know.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for the message!

Hi

I can’t access your site: http://screencast.com/t/DbXKqdef8ixM
I am not sure why this happens but you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.

Thanks!

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset cdn if you use it. Also if you have any modifications to your logo, please check them as well and try it without modifications as well.
If the problem is still there afterwards, please provide a link top your website so we can inspect the issue.

Hello,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and regenerate your thumbnails using the force regenerate plugin. Normally this error appears when images are smaller than the container in the big grid but I see large images still being ‘cut’ so it could be a plugin conflict.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Visual Composer plugin is tested with the theme and works fine. Please make sure that you installed the plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all others plugins, just to make sure that there is no conflict with one of your installed plugins, clear all caches and test again.

Let me know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide your site url so I can take a closer look at this issue.

Hello,
Please make sure you update the theme to the latest version and try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset CDN if you use it. Plugins could interfere with the sidebars. Also check your widgets area and see if you have any widgets set to your sidebar.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello bullet550cc,

Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear your caches, purge CDN files if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our Theme. It is very important to follow this advice because it is possible to exist a conflict between new latest update and your plugins that you used.
If your problem is still there, after this advice, please let me know.

Hope this helps!

Thak you for your message!

Hello,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset cdn if you use it. It could be a plugin conflict that is causing the sidebars to disappear. Also check if you have any spoecial characters in the sidebar you created. WP only allows standard characters. non language specific ones or symbols such as !@#$%^&. Even – or _ sometimes caused issues.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hi,

@fliporium

I have checked your shop page and you display 12 products there like you changed in the code.
Please clear all the caches and provide more details if you still have this issue or other issues related to the theme.

Thanks!

@NatCentral, YES. WP Super Cache is better if you don’t want your site broken

Is the recommended Super Cache plugin that much better with the Newspaper theme than W3TC?

Thanks Bogdan, adding the below line to my .htaccess file and deleting the cache worked.

Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “*”

Hello Catalin,

I applied your instructions. First, plugins are disabled. Then, I cleared all caches and did required things for CDN.

But, when I checked again website, the images in posts and corrupted sliders are same. There is no result.

Why do it occur?

Thanks,

Hi,

When I emailed you first, you asked me to raise a support ticket here.

I managed to get back the contents using bing and google webcache..

However I am still facing a lot of design issues. The woocommerce pages are screwed up, eg: http://www.advisorleap.com/sho

Even the single product page is not well formated.. Can you give me some custom code to fix this issue and make the shop look streamlined?

Best Regards

Hi,
Please clear your cache as the settings are affected by it. The modules and blocks use this setting.
Example: before: http://screencast.com/t/XOSf7KIoDr4 after: http://screencast.com/t/AtUKPCrHSi
Thanks.

Hello,
It seems all your links in the menu redirect to the 404 screen. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. Also try to reset your permalinks: https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello Matija,

I have tested again the code that Andrei gave you above and seems to work properly as you can see in this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/6ol5qIoAh. Eventually, you should try with a more high value of z-index (3,4, 5)
and also, if you have any custom code in your CSS area, please checked it to not have some syntax errors. If your problem is still there, please try also to disable all the active plugins, clear caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try it again.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello gastesehir,

I’ve checked your website and I saw your problem. Also, I have checked your console and I noticed that you have a lot of JavaScript errors, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ueK1VHa7S
These kinds of errors come from plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches, purge CDN fine if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out a plugin conflict. After this changes, please check the website and if your problem is still there, please let us know.

Hope this helps!

Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict. The lazyload animation breaks if javascript errors are found so the images stay in ‘opacity 0’ as the lazyload transitions from opacity 0 to opacity 1 with a fade animation so if there is a js error, this transition fails and images stay ‘hidden’
JavaScript errors usually come from plugins conflicting with the theme or js minification that is not done properly. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. Also redo any minification to the js and check js modifications if you have any.
I hope this helps
Thank you!

Hello,
This sounds like a JavaScript error and is most likely caused bu a plugin or JS modifications. Here is the error itself ion the console: http://screencast.com/t/OYACIXRt
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache to see which plugin is the cause of the js error. If a plugin is not responsible, then please check your modifications to the theme js.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello,
I’m pretty sure there are no css syntax error in our theme. Even if there were, envato would not have allowed a theme version with syntax errors to go online. They check every update and every theme before allowing them to go online. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. Plugins have their own css and this, in most cases, overwrite the theme’s. Also check for any open tags in your custom code. This issue can cause a lot of problems and it is a simple thing to overlook.
Try it out and let us know how it goes.
PS: I could not find any errors in your console.
Thank you!

Hello muaythaiguy,

Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to have this option implemented as you wish. If you want to add a unique image, you should simply insert image in your post page as featured image from your Theme panel -> http://screencast.com/t/x83NIu861 If is not what you mean, your should find a plugin to do this for you or please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this option for you, because we cannot provide custom work for the moment, sorry!

For your second request, I’ve checked your website and I saw the twice display in your page. I suspect it could be a plugin conflict. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out a plugin conflict and try it again.

After this changes, if your problem is still there, please let us know.

Hope this helps!
