- TutorialsWhat is Ajax preloading?
I understand.
If the problem is not related to the cache and it is also persisting when you are using only the theme plugins, the it is possible to be related to some settings that are on the block.
Can you please contact via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access to check this situation?
Thank you!
Hi,
Indeed, there were a few users that reported they have some problems using the theme with a php =8 or grater. The strange thing is that this situation is only for some users, for example I use php v8.0.3 and for me is working without any problems -> https://i.imgur.com/IpBbBwG.png
This is quite strange, the WP Super cache should work without problems, if you agree, we’ll like to check this situation, for this, please make a full backup for your website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com provide wp-admin access and include the link of this topic to can identify you.
Also, for the pagespeed you can try our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
It’s the same even if you cache. What should I do to fix it?
CCS issues solved. page is displayed correctly. We still don’t know where it came from. But since we set back php version from 8.0 to 7.4 we were able to reload css and create a correct mobile page. probably the theme/composer has some issues there?
Another thing is, we tried to set up a caching plugin after we recreated all pages and from our side we seemed to ready to publish. But, all plugins seem to create issues. We tried it with the recommended WP Super Cache plugin, but an interesting error is, that on desktop the home page showed up on desktop in mobile version. happened to us due to the fact we use both devices. After turning of caching plugin, the error is gone and everything is loading correctly.
Have you heard about an issue like that before? Any recommendations for caching? We would like to use it since the page is loading already pretty lame.
FYI: We exactly set up the plugin as you recommended it in your forum blog post.
Hi,
It appears that the problem is only for the first load after using the ajax pagination it look normally -> https://i.imgur.com/FUHE9fg.jpg
Of the problem is only when you are not logged in, then it can be from the cache plugin. If is all the time, it can be from different situation.
Thank you!
He incrementado al principio el FELX BLOCK 1, no sé si será por eso.
La verdad es que no sé si utilizo complemento de caché o CDN, ¿dónde se puede ver eso?
Hi,
Do you know from when this problem started? Are you using cache plugin or CDN? If yes, maybe it is possible that some of them to not be cleared when the post get publish.
Thank you!
Confusions with fonts
I have set up Helvetica Arial 13 but it is not responding in Articles. I tried with Arial 14 but the problem is not solved. I’ve always cleaned cache, so please don’t say that’s the problem. I just want to increase the font size IN THE ARTICLES, nothing special.
p.s. in the meantime I saw the menu fonts shrink, without having been touched. There is something wrong. Please help.
I want to publish the following youtube ids, but on the site only the last 2 videos are displayed.
hvhQAP5CMYM, dJ1UoJiEGPM, PZJNHpViRiE, 0hASdizEHUo, NkXx8uPs4p8, VAqAgR5Tne8, BwAZNWw8Hqk
Do you know why?
I clear the cache from wp and sucuri.
I deactivate and activate the td composer
But no luck…. 🙁
Thank you,
Stavros.
Hello,
Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hi,
Indeed, the WP Rocket plugin is not official tested with our theme, but there are many users that use this cache plugin with our theme, maybe the are using the responsive version or the mobile theme plugin and not the mobile page template.
When you are using the mobile page template the layout will be display on the landscape and portrait mode -> https://i.imgur.com/gEvy6po.png
If you want you can make a test using the WP Super cache to see if you ca get better results.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi, thanks for quick reply.
We have enabled caching for mobile devices in WP Rocket plugin and yes we use mobile page templates that is included in Tag Div Cloud composer, but still we have inconvenience with loading mobile template on larger screens (as described in first massage).
Now we disable cache for mobile and its better now, but is there something that we can do to enable caching for mob? What do you recommend should we change caching plugin?
Best regards
Hello @stringbenderb5!
Make sure you have no header sticky. This issue can be from a cache problem. Please deactivate the cache plugin if you use, and try again in an incognito tab.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello @ranggaandriana!
Please make sure you delete the cache. If the problem is still there and you set up the mobile page correctly as here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/, then deactivate the cache plugin that you use, and try again in an incognito tab.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check if you have an object cache file stored on your server.
Also, have you checked for a plugin conflict?
Thank you!
This -7270 is there for a reason. But if that messes up the whole popular posts system (instead of not showing one post with ID 7270) then don’t you think it’s a bug? 🙂 Anyway, removed it, and no change. Stats still does not match with popular posts.
And… post view and everything is already set as it should, as described in documentation and in forum posts. Everything is set up exactly that way. So yes post view is on and it’s raising. I can do 20 clicks, and can see that views will show/count all these clicks and it also shows in stats. But popular posts does not change.
After some experiments, it looks like even if post counts work, popular posts have their own count somewhere else and counts ONLY administrator clicks (administrator has been set that way that no cache). So there is something to do with cache probably, even when Ajax view count and show post views is on and you see on page that it’s counting, number is going bigger after every refresh. Popular posts still ignore these view counts.
And no, disabling cache is not an option here. Using cache is a necessary thing today. Jetpack stats and popular posts works with cache too. And like I said, theme view count is also raising with every refresh.
Hello @chmod35 !
You need to use Standard Pack plugin if you have default templates. Please make sure you have the latest version of the theme(11.4.1) and plugins too.
Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also deactivate the cache plugin that you use, and try again in an incognito tab.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello @TovaC!
Please check if you have duplicate widgets in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets and delete one. Clear your cache and try again in an incognito tab.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi. I have reinstalled the Mobile Theme plugin, i don’t have a caching plugin and it didn’t help. Also, all the modifications i do to my website are in incognito mode to be sure there is no cache.
Hello @webdinasty!
Try to reinstall the Mobile Theme plugin and clear the cache. Let me know the results.
Thank you!
Hi AhmadiKatu,
Usually, this situation appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you are using do not have mobile cache support (or is not enabled).
We recommend to use the WP Super Cache with those settings https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ -> https://i.imgur.com/pPzH3D4.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Normally, if the mobile cache support is enabled, then should be no problems.
Also, if you want to have different ads on mobile, then you can use the mobile page template(this is using the tagDiv composer) or the mobile theme plugin (this is using theme panel settings).
If you want you can check our video tutorial -> Let’s go Mobile! Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates.
For pagespeed, please try our guide -> How to Make the Site Faster
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!

Hello,
I want to insert an Adsense ad in a specific place on my article pages.
I don’t want to use the tool in Theme Panel /Ads but directly insert the code in the source code.
Can you tell me in which page can I insert this code ?
I tried to add the code in the pages: single.php, single-loop.php, but the Ads does not appear…
Thank you in advance for your help.
