Bettina, the infinite loading issue is back. To fix the problem that day, I cleared cache, deactivated and reactivated the plugin. But now it’s back.

I’m not sure what’s causing this. I do have W3 total cache installed. To be clear, when you asked me to disable the cache plugin, do you mean I shouldn’t use one with newspaper theme at all?
These are my w3 cache plugin settings:

Hi!

I’m using the magazine template which is a default template, I think. I am using TagDiv Composer and it is set correctly. Also tried using custom css, but everytime I change it, the system renames the target file over and over again. Like if it’s .td-123-whatever then after saving and previewing and it hasn’t fixed it, go back to the code and now it’s named .td-abc-whatever. Hope that makes sense. Perhaps it’s something in a javascript file or hard-coded into the theme somehow that isn’t working? Both WordPress and browser cache have been cleared and still nothing changing.

Thank you very much for your answer. I’ve done all you say, but the issue persists: when I modify or publish content, I only can see the new content if I’m logged in. Several ours (3-4 ours) after the publication is made, the contents are finally displayed without been logged. This issue starts yesterday since 13:00 pm more or less. As you have recommended me, I’ve installed WP Super Cache plugin, but until now I haven’t any cache plugin installed in my site.

Hello!

Normally, it should work. The issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!

Thank you!

I had a feeling it could be a cache problem. I will play around with it.

That is correct. New posts are no longer appearing in the latest article block. They only appear when I login as an admin user.

Hello,

If during the time you are connected and it is displayed correctly and when you are disconnected it has another aspect, which means that it is a problem due to the plugin cache.

We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin with the settings from our guide, so this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hello!

If you need Mobile Theme, then you should install the Mobile Theme plugin.
If you want a responsive version of your website which is looking similar like on desktop, then you need to deactivate Mobile Theme.
Also, you can create mobile pages and assign for your mobile version, so your mobile version will display a design how you built in mobile pages.
Better delete your cache(also from your browser) and see the results.

Thank you!

Please verify if you set the mobile page for mobile page what you created/imported like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/olI1bW8Cg92
Also, if you have a different design is possible to have activated the tagDiv mobile theme plugin, please deactivate it, clear your cache and see the results.

Let me know the results!

Hello!

If you use cloud template, then you can edit the page with TagDiv Composer plugin, click on that zone and change the color. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello,

If you use the mobile theme plugin and this appears on the desktop or on the tablet, in most cases is a cache problem. We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, what do you mean that no new posts appear on the mobile version? When you post an article does it not appear in the “Latest articles” block?

Thank you!

Hi shirazkahn, you have this problem because you updated the WordPress to the latest version, 5.6.2, but you still using an old theme version, 4.2.
As you update the rest of plugins and WordPress, you must update the theme too.
How to update the theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/
Another alternative for moment is to use a plugin, Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and try this option – https://www.screencast.com/t/WYlKJVLi Clear all the caches (also the browser cache).
Hope this can help you!
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,
I did cleared the cache and also set header for mobile. Is there anything else I need to do after that step? It still look the same on the mobile device.

Bettina:

I cleared the browser cache.

If you visit my home page, it’s showing double images as well as full text of the posts. Where as earlier it was showing single image and excerpts of the posts.

Here’s the link: https://naturalbeautytips.co/

And if you visit the posts they show errors. For example this link: https://naturalbeautytips.co/homemade-avocado-face-creams/

The above problems persists even when I open my site on my mobile.

Please relook into this & kindly help.

Thanks…… Renu Bakshi

Hi, all the new posts I’ve created or any change I’ve done in my site after today at 12:03 are only displayed if I’m logged in WP backend, but if I log out all these new posts and changes made disappears. It looks like if I’m not logged in, my site would be cached and the new changes are not displayed. I clean the cache of my browser, but the issue persists. My WP version is 5.6.2 and my Newspaper theme version is 10.3.9.1

this is my site: mondraberri.eus

The whole front page loading can be somehow accepted

But from the time I switch the theme the main problem is with adding, edition or publishing the post – this taking forever.

I disabled almost all plugin keeping only the mandatory for theme

I have powerful cloud server 32 GB RAM, 8 vCPU, 640 GB SSD dedicated only for this wordpress website

Also I ask for help W3 Total Cache – Team they replay to me but I do not have a qlue what to look for

– This is what they wrote:

###

Hello,

The mod_expires is set and all files except media files (images have set the expires header.)

https://wiadomosci.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/budka.jpg

So in this case SOmething else is setting the headers and not just W3 Total Cache. For example, the Referrer-Policy: in W3 Total Cache is set to no-referrer-when-downgrade, and On your files have strict-origin-when-cross-origin. This means that either you have some nested .htaccess or those are defined in httpd.conf

Best regards, W3TC Support Team

Does the Newspaper theme take time to fully optimize? I used the ‘W3 Total Cache plugin and the plugin created an issue at WordPress skite health with missed schedule event. Now I use the ‘WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache’ plugin but it only shows 68% performance at GTmetrix.
One thing to mention, when I used W3 Total Cache plugin, the performance was 95%. However when I first activated the plugin, the performance was not 95%, it was 66-72% on GTmetrix. After 2 days, I say suddenly the performance increased to 95%. I downloaded the ‘WP Missed Schedule (The Original)’ plugin to solve the issue and instaled it. but it refuse to get activated due to the errors as follows:
*”Before activate plugin WP Missed Schedule please delete conflicting option: byrev_fixshedule_next_verify.”
*”To avoid conflicts please clean orphaned options not cleaned after deactivation or uninstallation of plugin: ByREV Fix Missed Schedule.”
If I could active this plugin, then I could use the ‘W3 Total Cache’ plugin. But now I tried every other optimizer but the performance is below 60% at GTmetrix. I followed your articles on ‘Get almost 100% performance on GTmetrix’, but with those optimizers, the performance does not get up to 65%.

Therefore I want to know, Will the performance increase afterward or not?
Another thing is, Do you have any suggestion to use the W3 Total Cache plugin with no ‘Missed Schedue Event’ error?
