Good Morning. My hosting provider, we would highly recommend bringing these logs onto your TD Composer plugins support to see if they could provide any fixes regarding these aspects or not.
Most of the slow logs in the server point to these:

So maybe you could share these slow logs to your plugin support and see if they could help with improving these within the plugin side or not. If its a known use case with their plugin, they might also have fixes for this.

Now I am facing duplicate queries issues …
I read in the forum and made all the optimisations.
1 / The server corresponds precisely to the requests (php.ini, php functions, etc …
2 / Wp cache is set according to your specifications
3 / I deleted all the ajax drop downs and the previews / next on the blocks.
4 / I deactivated all the plugins, and …
I still have a lot of duplicate queries ( tagdiv composer)
I don’t know what to do now!

I think that the problem with support was only until your account was registered, I hope that now there is no problem to access our forum for support.
The problem with that post is a cache plugin between tagDiv Cloud Library (from this cloud are use the templates for pro demos) that is not compatible with the WPBakery plugin that we provide as option, if you do not want to use tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, to solved this problem, just disable that plugin and everything will be display as in our demo!

Hello,
I recently use Newspaper theme on my WordPress website, but found it running really slow. I try to switch back to default theme(Twenty Nineteen and Twenty Seventeen) and they had fast responds.
I also use the Apache Bench(ab) to test the response performance, over 80% of requests had error respond(request timeout, etc) when use Newspaper theme, but only 5% with default theme.
I’ve install WP Super Cache plugin and it improve the performance of my site, but I still wondering why it running too slow if I don’t use the cache plugin and how to fix that.
Here are some software version on my server:
CentOS 7.8
Apache 2.2.34
PHP 7.3.20
WordPress 5.4.2
Newspaper 10.3.5

Hello, I tried to customize my template such as changing the colors of the theme, or adding a custom code, however it appears saved, but when I see the changes on the web, they do not appear, I have updated, cleared the cache and nothing. am I doing something wrong?

Most of the times this theme option is overwrite by other plugins that you have installed. Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If you are using WordPress v5.5 or 5.5.1 make sure that you are using Newspaper v10.3.6.1
If the problem persists, please try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).
If the problem still persists, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can use the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper in some cases this can help you to make tagDiv Composer to work.
