I installed newspaper theme ‘Gadgets’ demo, from install demo section, but demo is not appearing on main site (Home Page). It still saying demo installed.
. I checked every setting and cleaned all cache but demo is not showing on site. Other demo are working like default pro and so on.. Please help..

Thanks for the advice, I did as per the article you shared, and also cleared the cache on my chrome. Turned out, the favicon is still not changed, the website address is seitimes.com. Should I wait for a few hours until it will be refreshed by the system?

I’ve recently installed your theme.
I’ve the following important problems:
– After clearing cache I’ve 2-3 minuts with a super slow website.
– My WordPress editor is always super slow it takes a lot of time to move inside worpdress.
I already tried:
– To follow your tutorials. https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/
– To disable all plugins
I’m 100×100 sure is a theme thing.

I was able to find a solution to this problem through Google’s support forum. I am coming back to post it here in case someone has the same problem.
I found out that several hosting companies (including HostGator and Bluehost) install a caching plugin that isn’t shown in your plugins. HostGator’s caching plugin is called “Endurance Cache”. You need to remove this plugin or your AMP content will never be indexed by Google. You can’t disable the plugin natively from within your WordPress settings. Therefore you must remove it from the root. This can be easily done through FTP or file manager.
1) Log into your Cpanel and click on Files.
2) Choose your domain/subdomain and click on the WP-Content.
3) Click on the “mu-plugins”.
4) Rename the File “endurance-page-cache.php” to “endurance-page-cache.php.old”
5) Create a blank file there and name it “endurance-page-cache.php”
Once renamed/removed your AMP pages will work perfect!

If I tick “Don’t cache this widget” then it’s shows normal but if I uncheck then two widgets are showing every time.
After every widget it shows Recent post widget. Please help.

Please check sidebar, it is showing Recent post widget multiple times and If I tick “Don’t cache this widget” then it’s shows normal
After every widget there is a recent post widget.

I am not using any plugins except the tagdiv theme plugins… you can checkout This Image of the the plugins I am using… I am not using any Child theme and cache plugins.. everything is clean.. And anothr thing what about the Search Button I mentioned earlier.. how can I move it to the black header menu?

Please make sure that you are using last version of theme, Newspaper v10.3.6.1 and you have all theme requirements set as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

1. That message should appear only when you set the comments element in tagdiv Composer, after you save it and clear all cache the comments section should display only the comments from posts.
If for you the comments appear in posts/articles, please disable all non theme plugins and let only tagDiv Plugins, after that clear all cache and try again.
2. For changing the social position in mobile menu, please try this custom css
#td-mobile-nav .td-menu-socials {
position: fixed;
bottom: 0;
}
.td-mobile-content{
position: absolute;
top: 50px;
}
This code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> advance css > phone.

I am too having the off center issue on mobile, it seems to be a bug.
When I initially import a block from the cloud it shows centered (I tried this on a blank page to make sure nothing else is affecting it) , but then I just switch back to desktop view and then to mobile view again and it gets pulled to the left

I cleared my cache and tried the css fix offered above in this thread (# 2),

If you are using WordPress v5.5 or v5.5.1 and Newspaper theme v10.3.6.1,
Please try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).
If the problem still persists, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can use the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper in some cases this can help you to make tagDiv Composer to work.

This is strange, if the ads are displaying in chrome it should display in other browsers too.
Please clear all cache if you are using ache plugins and try in incognito on both browsers to see if the ads are displaying, if not please provide me a link to your website.

This seems to be a different problem that I thought.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please if is not from a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login and cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

If there is no cache plugin enable and cdn, then it can be only browser cache, please make a test and publish a new post, then check the website in incognito.
