Hi,
If I’m right that popup is coming from a plugin that you are using with the theme, this is because our theme has only a single popup element that is using for desktop to login.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi, maybe there was only some old cache, I’m glad that the problem has been solved!
If you have other questions or problems, let me know!
Have a nice day!
Hi
I am using the newspaper theme with W3 Total Cache and Amazon Cloudfront as my CDN. Everything works fine apart from the Newspaper woff and ttf fonts not being delieverable through the CDN. What is the issue and is there a fix for it? My website is quanfinancecourses.com

Hi,
If you are using WordPress v5.5 or 5.5.1 make sure that you are using Newspaper v10.3.6.1
If the problem persists, please try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).
A quick fix for this problem with getimagesize is to adding an extra parameter in theme file, the file path is wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 792 set before getimagesize and ‘@’ like this -> https://i.imgur.com/VOWmTCI.png
This problem will be solved in the coming updates!
Make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

Hello !
Please make sure to properly clear your cache and reconnect to instagram in Theme Panel – Social Sharing – Instagram.
Thank you !
Jerikstl… I know this is probably an obvious answer, but have you tried clearing all caches? Caching plugin, browser cache, and CDN/Cloudflare cache.
You can also try manually installing the theme with a fresh download from ThemeForest. Then log into your web host > CPanel > File Manager > WP Content > Themes > Don’t rename the old theme folder, but compress it to use as a backup, upload fresh theme zip file into the themes folder, theme zip file only, delete old theme folder, then extract fresh theme zip file. You won’t lose any of your settings this way either.
EDIT: Delete Newspaper theme folder only, not child theme.

If this is for your mobile site, the constant reloading on mobile version is caused by the official google AMP plugin, you may have to disable the AMP plugin and your site will go back to normal. I think the theme developers are working on a fix. Non-AMP mobile version is capable of doing more too, there’s still a mobile version without AMP plugin active, and you can redirect AMP to the non-AMP mobile version if you have Yoast SEO plugin, the popular redirects plugin with 1 million installs hasn’t been updated in 4 months and will cache redirects making them difficult to get rid of, so any URL that has the letters “amp” together in it will redirect to a URL with letters missing and give a 404 error page.
Disable official AMP plugin, then:
Add this 301 Regex Redirect:
Regular Expression: (.*?)/?amp/$
New URL: https://yourdomain.com/$1
You can do the same for “amp/” “amp=/” and “?amp=/”
EDIT: The AMP version looks exactly the same as the non-AMP mobile version too, only that the non-AMP mobile is capable of doing more things.

Hello !
Please make sure that you have cleared your cache in autoptimize plugin too. If that still does not work please try this css: .td-main-menu-logo img {
margin-bottom: -10px;
}
The code must be inserted in here: theme panel> mobile theme> custom code> CSS
But the clear cache option should fix this.
Let us know the result !
Thank you !

There are cases when the host offers separate cache and the owner is not aware of that, please make sure that your host does not offer something like this and it is clear.

I can neither update the current pages with the DIV composer nor create new ones. It’s been a long time since. When I try to modify some page with div composer it loads the div composer, but does not allow changes. Even if a module changes, it is not reflected. It remains processing. I thought it was a problem of incompatibility with some plugin, but I have deactivated all of them and I still cannot update the pages or create new ones. I’ve cleared cache and everything, but to no avail either. The theme is updated to the latest version.
