Hello androvi,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, re-save the permalinks and see the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.

Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Your problem seams to be Total Cache, please make a test, try to deactivate this Total Cache plugin ,clear all cache, force refresh and inspect the website again, we recommend WP Super Cache , this cache was tested by us.
Here is the list that was tested and work just fine with our theme : https://www.screencast.com/t/niPyLUCR

Hello Cuddlepill,
I have checked your website and the Newsletter seems working as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/IXEqNfrriuzY Where is the problem? Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello Zinger,
This issue might happen due to your caches or Cloudflare. Check the Cloudflare configuration to be set up according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
I see the text when checking – https://www.screencast.com/t/DZVppkwjFU
– https://www.screencast.com/t/eSNt0lxrH
If you don’t see it try to force refresh the page in the browser (Ctrl+Shift+R). It could be the browser cache.
Hi,
Is there any option to cache those query result. Since the menu won’t be changed frequently.
Thanks,
Sathya
I have just updated my test site (fortunately not the live one) to 9.1 and new TD Composer wrecked a few things.
When TD Composer is active (new version, built 12.10.), saving options in the Theme Panel doesn’t work. The “busy” indicator just keeps spinning and nothing happens.
Also, activated TD Composer gives some very strange behaviour in the plugins area. For example, when I try to delete some other plugin by clicking the link on the Plugins page, WP throws a weird error on top of page and doesn’t do anything. When TD Composer is disabled, everything works.
I went through the usual checklist (disabling cache, all other plugins, reuploading everything from scratch…), nothing helped.
Please advise.
Now I disabled all plugins and removed cache. But still, doesn’t work and remains one 404 error.
Thanks Calin, I’ve worked it out, the host had enabled redis cache, disabling it fixed the issue, the issue didn’t come back once caching was re-enabled.

Hello, thanks for the attention. I just did what you said and remains the same, AMP does not work. I have also deleted the cache just in case, but neither.
Use version 4.5
Yes, 404 errors appear

Hello JOE,
Try to clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello Gabrijel,
Did you have cleared all of your caches? Purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
That would be the space reserved for the ad – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
It corresponds to the header ad spot – https://www.screencast.com/t/oGCp0ELYu
You could add text in that field if needed, it will be displayed.
So you change the header style and the success image is displayed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZGJ3t6IaJE
But this change is not applying in the frontend. Do you use a caching plugin or maybe server provided cache? Try to clear it if that is the case.
Thanks
1:- I tried remove all tested plugins
2:- clear all the caches
3:- Resave my permalinks
None of this worked
Hello Alicegreentree,
The latest version of the theme can be downloaded from Theme Forest which is version 9.1. Maybe, could be a cache problem. Clear all of your caches, purge CDN and check if you have correctly installed the latest version of the theme via FTP way.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
