Hello dumagroup,

Remove all of your untested plugins, purge CDN files, clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

1. It seems your images are back working properly
2. The sidebars work as well: https://www.screencast.com/t/ZXHcDpOYqVs

you might be facing a cache issue. Please remove any other cache besides wp super cache. Contact your host and ask about any hosting side cache as it will need to be disabled.
Only use wp super cahce and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you!

Hi,

Sorry but we cannot make any recommendation in this regard as the theme does not have any specific agent requirement. The only requirements are listed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ We can only recommend wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Any hosting side cache will have to be removed and only wp super cache used for the proper functionality of the theme

Thank you!

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello jaypabs,

If the problem does not come from caches, it seems to be an issue caused to your another untested plugin. If you are using something like this, clear all of them, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello there,

There wasn’t really any changes prior to the issue. No new plugin was installed. Or code altered. I was simply in the process of uploading templates and testing them on my site. Everything worked well, till the mentioned time. As I am the only admin, I would have been aware of any changes.

This is what the Google console (backend) states:

&&tdLog.kill(“Missing wpNonce”);void 0===g.cloudEndPoint&&tdLog.kill(“Missing endpoint”);void 0===g.error&&(g.error=function(k){console.log(“%cAPI ERROR”,”background: #ffaa00; color: #ffffff; padding:3px 6px”,k)});return jQuery.ajax({timeout:5E4,type:”POST”,url:tdbApi._getRestEndPoint(g.cloudEndPoint,”uuid=”+tdbApi._getUniqueID()),beforeSend:function(k){k.setRequestHeader(“X-WP-Nonce”,
g.wpNonce)},cache:!1,data:g.post,dataType:”json”,statusCode:{404:function(){console.log(“ERROR: 404 not found”)},500:function(){console.log(“ERROR: 500 server error”)}},success:function(k,m,t){console.group(“API: “+g.cloudEndPoint);

I checked my cpanel also. All ports are open. Perhaps this issue is because of my hosting or the server.

My question is if I reinstall the theme and cloud template plugin. Will it solve the issue? Importantly, what will happen to the templates I have downloaded and am using, presently. Will they remain or will I again to apply them.

Thank you!

P.S – Yes I saved the permalinks, but that didn’t help

Yup, I updated via FTP – replaced v8 with v9. That all went ok. Cleared cache as well. No luck.

Didn’t want to provide login info but that might be only choice. Thanks.

Hello, we’ve been experiencing issues with our site hosted on Siteground and it started to be more sensitive after we installed Newspaper theme. We often receive “503” error messages, and Siteground answered that one of the problems is Vary User-Agent which caused the Siteground cache to be less effective. We’ve been suggested to use the following strings in wp-function. Would it be possible for you to support and suggest a proper configuration – what agents should we use?

function replace_wp_headers($headers) {
$headers[‘Vary’] = ‘Accept-Encoding’;
return $headers;
}

Hello,

Please check the screen options: https://www.screencast.com/t/Dn31bkE5VgqP
If it still will not show up, please check plugins. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Support includes:
Guidance on theme features and settings
Fixing reported bugs / issues
Product related questions or issues

So my question is if your plugin does support Cache-Control of AMP content. This is not about the caching plugin I installed which is not supported according to your support policy. The AMP project is independent on the caching plugin I installed even with WP Super Cache.

Hello arslanlibrary,

Unfortunately, I did not see any problem with your header menu. It seems to be there and works as expected. Clear all the caches, purge CND files and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

I’m having a similar problem, look my SSH:

I’m also using CloudFlare pro plan and they assured me that this is not an attack, but some “internal error”.

So, i’m trying everything:

1) Plugin Heartbeat control with disable on post editor and modify in wordpress dashboard and in frontend with 120 seconds.

2) Disabled XML-RPC

3) Disabled all things in theme that call’s ajax, just not in the search and in the related articles.

4) CloudFlare pro plan with WAF and i did this before: https://community.cloudflare.com/t/wp-admin-admin-ajax-php/27334

5) And i had Pro Wordfence too that i deactivated for tests

Very bad situation. I’m trying everything i can but out in the dark.

Dont know if this is some “theme thing”…

Went to view the main blog page, and individual post pages, getting three error messages over and over for the same theme file.

Error One
Warning: Cannot assign an empty string to a string offset in /app/public/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_module.php on line 242
Error Two
Warning: Cannot assign an empty string to a string offset in /app/public/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_module.php on line 246
Error Three
Warning: Cannot assign an empty string to a string offset in /app/public/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_module.php on line 250

Did nothing to those lines, and they look exactly the same for version 9.0.1 of Newspaper as the previous version.

if (empty($td_temp_image_url[0])) {
$td_temp_image_url[0] = '';
}

if (empty($td_temp_image_url[1])) {
$td_temp_image_url[1] = '';
}

if (empty($td_temp_image_url[2])) {
$td_temp_image_url[2] = '';
}

I’m including a fresh live link, but it’ll expire in 12 hours, so I’ll update with new ones as needed. I can’t troubleshoot this issue myself, already tried de-activating plugins, clearing caches, restarting everything, Nothing. Theme and all plugins are up-to-date as well.

I’m using W3TC and I can’t replace it with WP Super Cache. I’ve tested both plugin and W3TC works the best.

Any workaround on this?

I think you face a caching issue. Please only use wp super cache and these settings:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also please check your CDN. We can only recommend caloudflare: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Thank you!

Hello,

Please provide more details to what image you are referring to. A standard image in posts can be resized with no issues like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/t9snSjDSzZHA
And the changes are reflcted on the front-end as well. if you use a caching plugin however, you must clear the cache in order to see the end result.

Thanks

Hi,

There’s a specific article for this at: https://developers.google.com/amp/cache/update-cache

I’m thinking that you can use it to Update AMP Content.

I’ve seen one site that is being updated when it updates its content. We’re updating at the same time and his/her AMP content is updated on time except mine.
