Hello,
You have js errors in your browser console. The most common issue regarding js errors and disappearing images is a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
This fixed it for most users that faced the same issue.
Thank you!
On the Theme Panel settings under Post Settings I have a default post template STYLE 13 set site wide, all of my posts use that template.
I had tested with Style 10 and it didn’t do anything for that one either.
I tried adding the CSS under Custom CSS code section in theme panel like you said, when that didn’t work I also tried adding it to Live CSS but it won’t work either.
And I emptied cache after these changes, and I tried switching between both the Ajax and Normal counter thinking the code might work for one of them.
Hi Simion. Actually, I did not come from this plugin. I am facing this issue again. I really don’t understand what happened here.. moreover it worked before, but I don’t know how. So I did this :
1. Disable all not required plugins
2. Clear all caches
3. Re-install tagDiv composer
4. Clear all caches
3. Development mode on cloudflare
4. Try shortcodes, both on old/new page : no working, on firefox / chrome and windows / linux. It’s just the “edit content” part. I can put title and play with other features from the plugin.

Hi Catalin,
I have purged caches, but the arrow still does not appear.

Hello,
You have js errors in your browser console. That is why the lazyload animation broke and no longer shows the images: https://www.screencast.com/t/ij44jXtScr
The most common scenario for such errors is a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately even if it is indeed a theme bug, we have not discovered it in any of our tests. Maybe it is a specific scenario in which this happens. We will need to access your sites and investigate in order for us to do anything about it.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cpanel access so we can login and investigate this issue directly. It is most likely a setting on your host/cache/cdn but we will need to make sure it is not something else.
Thank you!
That’s unusual, of you remove that code the header style would look as it does by default. Maybe you have caching and the page is not refreshing. Clear your cache and then force refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R).
I also tested, demo by default – http://prntscr.com/k6wkct
Without code – http://prntscr.com/k6wl5y
Then customize it from the theme panel colors section as you want.
Hi Simon
I think it’s LiteSpeed Cache – installed after a move to a UK hosting company – not working with TD SpeedBooster – perhaps duplicate functionality – not an issue hardly affects speed to have both on of course
Will re-post if this isn’t the solution
Hi Catalin,
we do not have a background picture set up on the site in question, but we do have a background picture on the life site that also displays the full-size header foto.
Is there ay other way to clear the cache besides clearing the browser cache? I have cleared the browser cache, but still only have the small logo picture.
Thank you so much
No changes made. Is not a cache issue.
Check bottom of this page, I just created the same (but different block) to show top 8 posts…still only shows six:
https://smallcaps.com.au/about/
I suspect it is due to many of my pages now getting more traffic than posts and this will continue.
How does the popular posts search for the top posts?
Does it only search from this widget:
https://imgur.com/a/YurBtZd
If so, only 6 from the top 10 are posts, the other 4 are pages.
Meaning the parameters the filter searches need to be increased to search the top 20 (posts and pages), instead of just top 10?
Hi,
I can’t actually test that on my end at the moment, it should work the same as before however. Maybe you made some changes in the plugin?
The block seems to be limited as you say to 8 posts, but it only finds 6 from what I can see
– https://www.screencast.com/t/arvovmzQ
Try creating a new page as a test, place a block with that sorting in it and see how many posts it displays. Also try to clear your cache.
Thanks
Hi,
Indeed it seems all the images are loaded but not visible. Did you install a plugin before this happened? or maybe entered some code in the theme panel, or theme files? There are a few errors in the website, usually these are caused by plugins, ad codes, custom codes etc.
Deactivate all plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Then clear your cache and check if the problem is solved.
Also temporarily remove any code entered in the theme panel. Check again. These suggestions should solve the problem. Let us know what you find.
Thanks
Hi,
Sidebar content or any other theme content cannot be made to disappear by logged in state. Such a restriction does not exist in the theme or composer. So that would be a problem if it happens for you.
If possible, deactivate all plugins except theme plugins. Clear the cache, check if the same happens. This would rule out plugin interference. Check theme modifications, code additions, child theme. Let us know what you find.
Thanks
WP-Optimize plugin super helpful for clearing some of the built-in WP cache/transients, too.
Oddly, it started working this morning. I don’t know if it was a cache problem (although I don’t have a cache plugin) and it wasn’t just with Facebook shares through the WordPress interface. If I plugged the page URL into Facebook manually it still pulled the same description from my “About” page. I mean for every URL… same “About” page description.
I don’t like not knowing why something wasn’t working but “fixed itself” but I’ll take it.

Hi,
Infinite scrolling seems to work now, despite those errors. Since there are no such errors in a default theme install, something is creating them in your case.
– Deactivate all your plugins, leave only theme plugins active. If you have a cache plugin clear the cache and deactivate that as well.
– Temporarily remove all the code you entered in the theme panel (custom code, ads etc), theme files or child theme.
This should solve the problem. If it does, begin reactivating plugins and reading code, while checking for the errors.
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can see the website looks like this at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/oBXjiN1arx
Please check if the tagDiv composer plugin is active. Also temporarily deactivate the minification or caching plugin you are using. Then check if the theme and mobile theme are working properly.
The most common problem with the mobile theme is caching plugins. We recommend the WP super cache to be used if possible.
Thanks
Hi,
I could take a look, accessing an author page should not be a problem. Provide a link to your website. Does that happen with a default WordPress theme, could you check that?
Also deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins and clear the cache again, check if that has any effect.
Thanks
Hello SERGEY ARMISHEV,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
When I click on an author name/link it gives me the <my URL>/?author=<author#> page with “Ooops– Error 404”. i found a forum item from someone else with the same error (https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/author-page-not-working-getting-404/). I tried resaving the permalinks (I am using Plain) and clearing the cache, but it didn’t help.
Even when I go to Users and click View for any of the users, I get the same 404 error.
I tried adding a new user, and then clicked View for that new user = same 404 error.
It looks like every time it generates a page <my URL>/?author=<author#>, it generates the 404 error.
The problems is only with the homepage , all other links are working fine. I tried disabling the plugins and cache, still the homepage url is showing shortcodes..
I used visual composer to build the hompage.
So not even a text is displayed? Did you install any caching plugins on that localhost? Clear the cache if you did. Clear the browser cache or force refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R)
I tested again, a simple text entered in a custom ad spot
