I have had this problem before, and for some reason it came back after updating to the latest version of the theme.

I´m trying to add an Ad Title from Theme Panel > Ads > Header ad. To display “Advertisement” over my header Adsense ad. I´m using Header Style 7.

However nothing happens. Have reset browser cache and tried with other computers, but the text is nowhere to be found. I know this used to be a bug a couple of versions ago, seems it hasn´t been completely fixed. Or am I missing something?

Site url: enkelteknik.se

Edit: All other ad spaces and placements works fine when it comes to displaying the ad title-text.

Hello Dmitry_Lupich,

After you have made these changes you should clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Thanks.

Hello evanino,

If the theme was installed as expected via FTP way should work as properly. It was made some changes in the theme because it was an update but these changes do not affect this regard. Try making a new clean install from scratch to another subdomain, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare resave your panel and check the results and also, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme.

Thanks for the message!

Hello,

I;m not sure what you mean with generating lots of time but it could be plugin related or memory allocation related. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Also please use this guide to increase your memory: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Thank you!

Hello hellonikoloz,

Try to purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare system, clear all the caches and check the results. All the fonts can be managed from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts. Check this section according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello asiantraveltips,

Sorry, now I saw this error. Try to disable all of the untested plugins because all of these can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there after this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Make sure that your untested plugins were disabled when you send us the email because this is the first step for WordPress debugging.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Luis Armando Rios Flores,

Ensure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest theme method in this case and then check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello,

If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you have to place the code in the mobile theme section at the very bottom of the theme panel. Make sure you clear cache afterwards.

Thank you!

Installed Newspaper and the Demo with all settings. I usually begin by finding a homepage that I like and adjusting it.
When I use the plugin Duplicate Post and copy Homepage-loop to a new draft and rename it – I see the above error (Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!) and the page that shows up is my ‘Under Construction’ page (as if I weren’t signed in to the Dashboard) instead of the Homepage-loop I do have tagDiv on the left side of it when I click to edit with that. This was your demo page – am I wrong to assume It was built with tagDiv Composer?
Yoast is not installed on this site – as it is just being built – or I would like to build it – neither is Super Cache.

Help….. Thank you!

Did you test it using the Chrome browser console view?

Did you visit the /amp/ endpoint for one of your URLs to make sure it’s working.

AMP is not part of theme, so you might want to read up on how it works, what it’s for, and visit the forum for the plugin.

Is your browser AMP compatible?
Did you verify your posts are AMP compatible via Google?
Did you resubmit your sitemap to Google so they can rescan to see AMP pages?

AMP only works in compatible devices, and if Google caches it and serves it on slow connections or popular posts. It’s not just plug and play.

Hello,

Please also clear cache and purge cdn files after you delete the elements. It could be your cache that keeps hold of the old version of the page.

Thank you!

Hello Killian,

Unfortunately we have not tested any events plugins so I cannot recommend any solution for events. Maybe one of our users can help with a recommendation.

The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:

WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin

Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

Hello,

The background markup is missing entirely from your category page. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

If you still have trouble with the background without plugins please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.

Thank you!

Hello alexcormani,

First of all, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and then, check your Facebook Like’s page to be a public one. Otherwise, you will not bring good results. For achieving good results, please check the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results and if you cannot solve this case, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.
