Hi,
I’ve followed every recommendation that I found here in the forum. I saved the Theme Panel options, deleted cache, purged CDN files, deleted browser cache, and the problem remains.
I have a Multisite installation and the problem only affects one website.
Hi Simion, i purge all cache before re-save the theme options but nothing change.

Also i have experienced that i working perfectly on Localhost but once i uploaded it to the liveserver then the problem begins. I start thinking i there any problem with theme activation or not?
Hello videomaker,
This update should not break the theme or something else, sorry! Make sure that your update has been completed via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Clear all the caches and check the results. Also, disable all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this.
Thanks for your understanding!
Thanks! It was the Google Chrome cache that caused the problem!
Hi,
Please make sure you are modifying the thumbnail for the module you are testing. Check which module uses what thumbnail, then make the modification
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8EPvBszn
Modify the thumbnail cropping and test on the same module. Regenerate thumbnails after make in any changes for the thumbnails. Also clear installed caches. The images should be cropped according to the values you enter. The first value being horizontally and the second vertically.
Thanks
Please also clear cache. The code is nowhere to be found on your site. Are you sure you added it properly? Please provide a screenshot of how you implemented it.
Hello mentor,
Most likely, you are using multi-purpose features to your sub-footer, right? If yes, notice that you should check the Style 1 – Multipurpose sub-footer from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7u3oDoQXaN Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello aminudidat,
Ensure that you have installed the latest theme version via FTP way because this is the surest theme method, in this case, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why nothing renders. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. If you are using the child theme, try to switch to the main theme and check. If the problem is still there, please let us know.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello AWAY FROM LIFE,
I have tested your website with a mobile emulator and I saw that you have some js errors on your console, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NjgrbW1drQi Also, I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!

Hi Simion,
I’m using header style 1 and am having the same issue with the search icon being pushed below the menu. I just upgraded from 8.2 to 8.5.1. I have re-saved my settings as you mentioned and cleared the browser cache, site cache, and my CDN cache, but the problem is still there. I have used the following code to hide the search icon until there is consensus on a fix:
.td-icon-search{
display:none!important;
}
If perhaps I’m missing something, I’d welcome any input/feedback/tips which anyone can provide.
Kind regards
Nevermind. I cleared my mobile phone cache and now it loads fine. Thanks.
Hi,creb,many thanks for your reply, i sure know that, i once use the auto-optimize and fastest cache plugin to gzip the css and js and html file, so i can compress the css file from 1.1M to less than 900K, but i think it may still too big for the site, and i install the demo [helth&fitness], i visited the demo page, saw the transfer size only 87k, and the url is : https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_health/, and i download the demo css file, when i saved the code into a css file, the size was 800k+, but i use develop tools of chrome to see the css transfer size, yes, still only 87K, so i am crazy now, what can i do for that.
Please help me, i can give a account of my plesk panel and a account of my wordpress to see what happened there.
Hope your reply.
Website is https://www.cripto-italia.com
This is what my homepage was supposed to be: https://www.cripto-italia.com/home1
I put “/home1” in the permalink cause if I don’t put a number at the end of it, that page also gets stuck and doesnt get updated on the live version of the website anymore…for some reason.
Already tried everything: purging cache, cache plugins, database cleaning plugins…everything.
Also spoke with my host provider support and they said everything looks good on their part.
Thank you
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it. There might be caching installed that could cause this issue. Please try and clear all caching, also check with the hosting provider if there is any server side cache.
Thanks
I reinstalled the the new version of Newspaper and plugins all work now!!! I did this via FTP. Clear the cache – all good now. Thanks Team tagDiv.
Hi,
There were three possible causes for this to happen. All described in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-happened-during-tdciframedata-init-bindviewsmodelswrappers-14/
Check the Yoast SEO plugin settings and cache plugin settings. Do not edit pages built with a different composer or that have content not created with it. Try creating a new page and see if the error is still present.
Let us know the results.
Thanks
