Hi,

Caching could be stopped for a whole page, depending on cache settings. But it cannot be stopped for parts of the page, as far as I know. For example WP Super cache has these options for pages

Thanks

Hello PAPPACLART,

Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme method, clear all the caches and purge CDN files if you are using Cloudflare and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Notice that before each theme install, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing your data.

I have rotating banners on my header banner zone of 278×90. I discovered my cache plugin is stopping the landing of the banner. When I clear the cache, and refresh the page, the banner will appear on the header banner zone.
What can I do to stop caching on the header banner zone area.
See pix https://www.screencast.com/t/mQoEjGsEY2Lg

Hello Arioth,

Make sure that your system status is increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that the Widgetized Sidebar should have to display you all the widgets which are created in Widgets section from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/hVBjVohR5PAf

Hope this helps!

I update:

The problem has been partially solved.

When I’m logged in as administrator in WordPress, the attached link is “#comments” and effectively, the page takes me directly to the comments section.

But if I’m not logged in, the link is still “#respond”. I deleted the cache and transients.

Maybe in a few hours the system will update or something like that and without logging in will appear #comments. In a few hours I’ll update and comment.

Hello PAPPACLART,

If you have TD Composer active, try to disable it and use only VC Composer because if you have both plugins active, might appear some conflicts. Also, if you are using other untested plugins, try to disable all of them and leave just to active only the required plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello FranciscoFdez

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to remove the Google Fonts. Please keep in mind that the Roboto and Opens Sans fonts are used default by the theme and there is no solution to disable them. If you want to make deeper changes in this regard, you should check the td_config.php core files and from here you should change the default theme fonts which are Open Sans and Roboto with your desired one, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/YXUNUqxE. Also, if you want to remove the Roboto Google Font you can try to remove from there, clear all your caches and check the results. For more information about this regard, please consult the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/do-i-really-need-to-change-all-the-text-fields-for-fonts/

Hope this helps!

Hi,

I believe that is happening because of the demo, this contains custom design and automatically loads the demo style at first, then the other settings from theme panel are applied.
A solution would be to modify the menu borders (top menu and main menu) directly in the demo stylesheet, change them to your current color there
https://www.screencast.com/t/yNRc6jMqei1S
These flashes are noticeable if it takes a longer period of time to load the website.
For the top menu and main menu backgrounds, please try and enter this code directly in the theme stylesheet

.td-header-style-1 .td-header-top-menu-full {
background-color: #f9f9f9;
}
.td-header-style-1 .td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap-full {
background-color: #303030;
}

This will load the backgrounds together with the rest of the style, reducing or removing the flash.
You could improve the website loading speed, to try and prevent such issues. Even installing a caching plugin may reduce or completely remove the problem

I’m having a problem with the Sidebar in the posts. The right sidebar covers the text, the left sidebar does not cover it but “moves” the whole post to the right.

https://imgur.com/a/lyZ9R

I’d like to use the right sidebar. I disabled all the plugins, I cleared the cache and nothing changed.
Could you please help me?
Thank you

Hello Goldie1234,

Please make sure that you are using the latest theme packet which can be downloaded from Theme Forest. To be sure, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme method, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ This message appears when you did not do something good with the theme installing. Try again to install the theme, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hi Simion,

Sorry. I already found out that it was in the plugins. I’m suspecting that WPMU Dev’s Hummingbird plugin conflicts with the existing GoDaddy(my hosting) Cache function

Hi,

As a comparison you could check the Google search page source, which contains only the search function
– view-source:https://www.google.com/
So basically you would like to make the website faster. That can be done regardless of how many lines are being loaded in the page source (HTML, CSS etc) There are many topics on the forum in this matter that you could follow. Some of them here

Hi there, I’ve really been struggling with blurry thumbnails and featured images on my site. I’ve disabled WP Smush, disabled WP Super Cache, regenerated thumbnails, done it all and nothing is working. I’m uploading images at full size – most are over 1000px wide.

URL: https://www.southernvines.co.za

You can see when you click into each article the image is crisp and clear.

Please help?

Hello Virginia,

If you want to use Visual Composer as page builder, you should disable the TD Composer because that’s why this option does not work. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello,
I would like to maximize my website, so I used your tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/

however, doing a scan with google pagespeed tells me that two css resources are blocking the display of above-the-fold content.

https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:300italic,400,400italic,600,600italic,700%7CRoboto:300,400,400italic,500,500italic,700,900

and

https://bpe.fun/wp-content/cache/min/1/5de17f7f6e9875f928f344da488ff29d.css

is it possible to include both of its files in the td-speed-booster.php file

Thank you in advance for your help.
