Hi I tried it right now. Followed each step of the tutorial + deactivated all non-theme related plugins. Once the cache is turned on, the mobile version is not displayed.
Also tried reinstalling the mobile version with no success.
Hi,
It seems that the mobile theme is not working on the website. I have tested the latest version of WP Super Cache with the configuration as in the guide, and the latest theme version and plugins. The mobile theme works properly under these circumstances, logged in or not

It works every time, the problem is not happening. Please deactivate all plugins except the theme plugins and the caching plugin (clear the cache) then check if this has any effect. Additionally try deactivating an deleting the mobile plugin and installing it again from the latest theme package. Let us know the results.
Thanks
Hello appiccicati,
I suppose that your Blocks pagination does not work, right? First of all, ensure that your theme is updated and also, check your plugin’s list to be enabled only tested plugins. Otherwise, if you are using some untested plugins, each of them can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Clear all of them with the memory caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello hugocosta,
Please make sure that you are using the latest theme version, installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, it seems to be a Chrome browser error. You should check the following useful manual here -> https://www.deskdecode.com/err_connection_timed_out/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Sanjo Simon,
Maybe this will help resolve the errors: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-posts-returning-404-error/ Also, try to re-save your permalinks, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thank you!
Hello PAPPACLART,

Hello globalweb,
It seems to be a strange problem with your website! First of all, please check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the results. Also, you should re-save your permalinks and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello,
I would like to know if the mobile-related issue with WP Super Cache has been resolved.
Activating the WP Super Cache plugin, the desktop version of the site was viewed as a mobile version.
Thanks
Thanks for the reply, however I am not using plugin cache. Website: https://www.tudoemtecnologia.com
See that in the last news in the bottom of the site all appear, however in the highlighted grid do not appear! Only appear 1 day later. And that sucks, because I can not put news on the spotlight.
Hello Escobar,
Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it from Theme Forest and installed it via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello ablascob,
1)Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
2)Also, the third important rule is to do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.
For more information about how you should use our page builder incorrect way on our theme, please check the following useful tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello Thalisson,
It seems to happen due to your caching plugin, sorry! Try to clear all of your caches and check the results.

Hi, i was setting up social counter and i did set it well apart from facebook counter, on the facebook option it is showing zero fans.
I did clear all the cache plus browser history and the page has no restrictions. I need help to fix the issue.
Hello paologalli,
Sorry for this but it seems to be an issue to your backend. To be sure, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Clear all the caches, switch the theme from the child to the main theme and check the results. Should work because if the theme is correclty installed and used, according to our documentation, sohuld not return these kinds of errors, sorry!
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your undersitading!
Hello, Simon –
Thanks for your reply. I carefully followed the tutorial and cleared my cookies and cache as instructed, however the counters are still not completely functioning. (The Facebook counter appears to be working fine though.)
The Twitter counter is not working as there currently are 1,772 followers in that social media channel.
Also, I would like to add the counters for Instagram, but I cannot get this to work either.

Hello barronlau,
Please keep in mind that the Woocommerce was been tested with the theme and it seems to work as expected, without a problem. I have inspected your website and I saw that the layout of your shop page is not right. It seems to be spoiled. Also, I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues, sorry! Try to disable all of these, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Simion,
The code you sent does not need to be implemented, as WP Super Cache already has the code in it: https://puu.sh/xPLZH/33145683f8.png
Hello wallstreetphysician,
I have inspected your website and the featured images on your posts seem to work as expected, without any problems, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/C1eapxXno Where is the problem? Try to clear all the caches and check the results again.
Thanks for your understanding!
As I said, I have followed the instructions, thus I am using WP Super cache.
Hi,
That can be caused by caching plugins. The mobile theme is sensitive when it comes to caching. You could try to use the WP Super Cache plugin if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks
Hello stephadel77,
Usually, it used a caching plugin for this and if you want to clear the memory cache you should do it from plugin’s settings. Also, it’s possible to have some caches on your server and to remove these you should request to the hosting provider to purge all of them.
Thanks for your understanding!
Thank you for your help. The text is now in the right colour!
Regarding the banner ad, do you mean pick 720*90px in adsense? I did this and copied the code in the custom ad box. But it still shows a big squre. How can I clear my caches?
So I pretty much singled out the problem: Its the cache. Even though, I set it up correctly (double checked with our admin). When I log in on a mobile device to admin (no cache), the correct version is served. As soon as I log out, the reponsive version is served :-/
Hello,
Try to enable the Google Font language support from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/TWC8O9yT1sg1 clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks.
Hi,
First of all, try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just only plugins which are tested with the theme, clear all the caches and check the results. If you have server cache, request to your hosting provider to clear all of this and check the results.
Hope this helps!
