Hello isakmoller,
I have inspected your header section and it seems to be a strange issue. Alos, notice that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues, like jet pack-photon. Remove all of these, clear all the caches and check the results. After this, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
I have reinspected your website and I saw the problem with your sidebar on the post pages. Notice that error does not come from our theme if it is right used, without any untested plugins and without any customizations. Try to disable all of the untested plugins, if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the issues are still there, try to make a new clean install to another subdomain via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hi and thanks for your reply.
I deleted all cache files and still have same issue, so I was maybe not clear when explaining: to include the revolution slider at the bottom of every post I edited the post template .php file and added a php echo shortcode. The result is that the slider is shown just above the footer on all posts, but the sidebar will NOT stay above the slider when I scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see the issue in the image I linked to (you see 2 posts from the block widget overlap the slider above the footer). You should also see the same issue if you go to any post/article on the website.
Any solution for this? I want to force the sidebar to not scroll further down than the actual post content.
Hello lettogsunn,
I have inspected your website and I saw that your sidebar seems to work as expected, without any problems and it does not overlap anything. Where exactly is the error? Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Vegasrenie,
Please notice that our theme was fully tested with the smart sidebar functionality and it seems to work as expected on my side, sorry! Notice that functionality comes from Jave Script and this can be corrupted if you are using some untested plugins which can cause this effect. Try to disable all of them, leave just only bundled plugins to be active, clear all the caches and check the results. For more information about smart sidebar, please check the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
The simplest way to achieving the Gadgets demo is to import the demo at your website and using it with your data/posts/pages. If you do not like this way, you should inspect our demo preview with the Inspector browser because in that way you can identify what kind of blocks element is used. For more details about this, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Hope this helps!

Hello Bawsaq,
First of all, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and probably, that’s you cannot edit /delete anything, sorry! Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
FYI, cachĂ© is propertly cleared, but the plugin doesn’t work
Good morning, sorry, but I have a problem with your template. Using the litespeed cache and enabling the “Defer Javascript” entry, the first time you open a page, does not work in the search button, or the menu button on mobile. But then, continuing the navigation and opening a new post, after loading, everything works. How could I fix it? the site is https://www.ecomesifa.it. Thanks
Hi,
Those look like shortcodes of some kind, in that page structure. If you would like the same layout like the magazine demo, you simply have to install it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Make sure the tagDiv composer plugin is active, although it should be automatically activated when the theme is installed
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Then install the demo you want. Let us know if there are further issue installing the demo.
When it comes to page speed, this is a widely debated subject. There are many topics, tutorials and guides here on the forum. Some of them here

Hello Tezo,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you have a lot of errors through your console, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/q8lbf7lT It seems to come from your Google AdSense. Try to remove any additional customization, clear all the ads fields and use the ads in the right way, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/ Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
The website is in construction, I cannot inspect it at the moment. It could be caching, try clearing any installed cache. The social counter is supposed to display the counts. If you do not need it, simply remove it from the page.
Or maybe use a code like this in Theme panel->Custom CSS to remove the counts, the result would be like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Y7Wpm6Zk
.td_social_info {
display: none;
}
Thanks
Hello,
I just moved from Publisher Theme to your Newspaper Theme, but for some reason it doesn’t seem to be working at all. Right now the website has a “under construction” plugin installed so I can really only provide screenshots, but if it is necessary to remove the plugin to see the website yourself, I will do so.
Right now with the News Template selected, the website looks like this: https://prnt.sc/gv4e10 – although its supposed to look like this: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine/
The reason we moved from Publisher was due to its lack of speed – we’ve been through several cache-plugins (right now WP-rocket), we dont know if this may be the cause since these plugins has functions such as merging JS-files and what not. Right now all plugins are deactivated except the ones this theme requires.
Any help is appreciated.
Hello adrian_van_hal,
Do you want to change the font for your Blocks Titles? Notice that the only option that can be made to change this can be found in Theme panel, according to your block used by you, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/oyghbKJzdxau and this option will be applied for all the block selected by you. Clear all the caches and check the results.
If is not what you mean, provide more details.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
I have activated the WP Super Cache plugin.
the site goes much faster.
but I blame the WP Users Online.
It does not make my visits anymore.
How can I do?
Do I have to set some advanced data in WP Super Cache?
Hello mkmazid,
Notice that option does not comes with our theme, sorry! Do you are using such a plugin with this functionality? If you will check our demo preview, regarding on the dates, you will not see that format date, sorry! Try to disable any untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if you need more assistance, in this case, you should provide your website URL so we can take a closer look into it.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello barronlau,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you have different layouts in this regard. This behavior could happen due to using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and which can cause such unknown issues. Also, I saw that it applies a CSS which I cannot identify from where come from, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/dENNpUIdCM which breaks the layout. I recommend you to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and try using only the WPML with Woocommerce without any untested plugins and some CSS minification to exclude any conflicts. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello JorgeA,
If you want using other ads, you should check the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-using-other-ads/ and also, if you cannot change anything, you should check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
I have found the problem. It was related with my caching plugin (WP Super Cache). After reseting the CDN files, the Gadgets demo worked properly.
Best regards,
Elvis.
That’s not right. Now CSS and JS must be loaded with every pageload.
If the CSS and JS are stored in a file, the browser only needs to load this file once and can store it in the browser cache.
Ok, so I’ve turn off plugins and cleared cache and I still have the same issue.
However I’ve also noticed my WPML translated products have a different layout and don’t have the same issue.
Hello,
It seems to be a mess in your homepage, sorry! If you will check the default theme, you should not see this error. Everything seems to be good aligned. If you have some additional customizations and if you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of them, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello newt-on,
I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS is working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Catalin,
I use version 8.1
I asked before reactivating the WP Super Cache plugin
Thanks 🙂
Hello leapdsc,
I have inspected your website and I noticed that you customized your site very much and you have such custom CSS code in your Theme panel, as you can see here
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/6anzLlWwa Notice that we cannot offer support for your custom implementation and modification because the theme functionality can be damaged. Try to revet the theme to the default state, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
