I have inspected your website and I saw that you continue to use some untested plugins (wp rocket, social plugins, wppas etc.) which can break your theme layout, sorry! Please try to disable all of them, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and which are tested with the theme, clear all the caches and check the results. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.

It was probably just a caching issue, either server cache or caching installed by you. If you enabled the mentioned option in the theme panel, it should work with a caching as well.

Even though I have configured wp super cache and set everything as described, my site https://www.ecomesifa.it is slow. Why?
I get the error “Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!” with only Blog1 page.
I can edit all the other pages with the composer without any issue. I tried the suggestions found on this forum like the Yoast SEO option disable and cleaning caches. But not working.

They created a admin-ajax block rule and this is what they said:
“The real issue is that they bypass our server caching. This means that every single visitor to the site sends a request back to the server that bypasses our server cache. The ability of the site to be as fast as possible and handle a huge load of traffic relies on using the server cache as much as possible and this ajax call dramatically reduces the ability of the server cache to deflect the load off of PHP and the database.”
I’ve asked them to remove the block because I need page views to motivate my writers.

Same problem for me.
Facebook and Google+ are zero but Twitter works ok.
Followed all instructions and deleted cache. Facebook is public. Still zero.
It stopped working so I cleared my caches, and tried it on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
I can’t drag objects over to the columns anymore at all.

I THINK because of my using one particular cache I ended up accidentally serving certain pages as mobile on my desktop (big enough screen).
From the little I saw, I liked it! Is there a way to force the site to serve the mobile versions on demand? That way I can tinker around with it to see what’s possible?

Thanks for the reply! Yes, I know the theme itself works perfectly. :/ As I previewed the demo, it worked well. I don’t know what could be the problem. I’ve the latest version, switched to another theme and back to see if it solves it, switched between Newspaper demos, I’ve tried reinstalling the theme, disabled all plugins, emptied cache, disabled CDN, I tried visiting my site on different computers and still nothing. Square youtube video, which is resized to normal youtube size after like a second. I don’t know what else could I try. I’m sure it will be something so easy and trivial, but I have no idea what.

I am having a problem with my site when it comes to the mobile version. It was functioning properly in PHP 5.6 but when I upgraded to PHP 7.0 my mobile theme breaks while my desktop version runs very smooth. I have diabled all plugins and eliminated Cloudflare cache from the mix but still have mobile side of the site either pull up white screen, pull up half page and freeze to the point i cant reload. I have tried to use the developr tools in chrome to isolate the error but it freeze at time bedfore error is displayed. Might you be able to assist me as to where I can start or better yet, if possible, isolate the problem so I can fix it.

Memory limits are fine according to the Theme System Status within the dashboard, the site works fine with tagdiv composer deactivated but as soon as I activate it the link in the top nav bar to ‘Dashboard’ doesn’t work, I’ve cleared cache, reinstalled theme via ftp, reinstalled plugin via ftp and it still doesn’t work, theme is activated, I’ve tried everything I can think of. I use Newspaper on a few other sites all running on the same server (which I manage) but it’s just this site with Tag Div Composer running that causes this error.
Any ideas?

Please keep in mind that our theme has been tested with 7.1 version of PHP and it should works as expected. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for making me jump through hoops.
I deactivated the child theme. I deactivated all the plugins besides tagdiv plugins and Visual Composer. I cleared the browser cache and Cloudflare cache. I still get the error.
I have other work to do, so I cannot wait until you decide if you’re going to inspect the site or not and I will reactivate some of the inactive plugins. Now, please let me know if you need the WordPress credentials to take a look at it or kindly offer a refund so I can look somewhere else.

Ensure that you are using the latest theme version, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. What kind of ads do you are using on your website? Please notice that our Ads (Google Adsense and if you are using other custom ads) should not influence the functionality of your sharing buttons. Please try my advice and then let us know.

Why do you have installed the Mega Menu plugin since the theme has this option by default? Why? Please notice that plugin is not tested with the theme and most likely, all of these errors are caused by it. I have inspected your website and I saw that you are not using the latest theme version, and also, you use the child Theme. If you want to achieve the best theme results, first of all, update your theme to the latest version, switch it to the main theme, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all of your caches and purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and then, check the results. After this, if you have errors with the theme, please let us know.

Notice that plugin is not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if it will work as expected with the theme, sorry! Yes, after you have introduced and created your Ad Rotate with this plugin, try to insert the shortcode which was generated by this plugin to the Ad Box, clear all the caches and check the results.

@luquerias, please notice that in style.css you will found the style of the front-end and in the editor-style.css you will find the style of your backend. So, if you want to hide this style for everything you should find this code and remove it from both files, clear all of your caches and check the results.
