Hello enterpr1se,

Please notice that our theme is fully compatible with TD Composer and the Smart Sidebar should work as expected if it was correctly set in the theme. If you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of them and leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello geolz,

Try to re-create and embed again your Facebook where you want. Also, you can provide your FB code so I try to add it on my website so I can check the results with it. If you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of the untested plugins, leave just only of our required plugins to be active, clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for the message!

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

It is imperative that the theme system status is according to the documentation. Those WordPress and server parameters will ensure that the theme and the plugins will work properly.
If everything is set and the composer is not working as intended, a second step would be to deactivate all other plugins except this editor and clear any installed cache. Then test again.
If the problem is still present, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, so we can investigate.
Also paste a link to this topic in your email.

Thanks

Hello harmario,

These strange symbols it seems to come from your language used on your website or it is possible to be caused by your CDN system if you are using something like this. Try to purge all of CDN files, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, you can turn off the support language from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HbNBrSJm for better results.

Hope this helps!

PLEASE HELP.
I was trying to optimize my site by deactivating some plugins, checking errors, setting CloudFare and W3 Total Cache etc. But when I was done (and purged the cache) I noticed that the mobile theme was all over the desktop. So I deactivated, waited, purged and activated (purging again).

Now the mobile theme is not working.
All I see is the responsive desktop theme on mobile — which is now bad at all, but for Google/SEO, I need a mobile theme to load faster.

Thanks.

Hello yui.ng,

It seems to be a strange issue. I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes some unknown issues, sorry! Try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the required plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Thanks for the responses.

@Bogdan
B. You say it makes a few requests per day to the server for updates?

I don’t understand why we don’t ever see it update? Since activating it on the site i think we have seen it update once. We update our Instagram channel a few times per week so why doesn’t it update.

If like you said, it makes a few requests per day for updates that would be fine. But it seems more like an update per month at the moment.

If clearing caches dont help and we cant force updates i guess i have to make do with how it is.

Thanks guys,

Hello barnisayz,

Check your system status to be according to our documentation here -> Most likely, you PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello barnisayz,

Sorry for this inconvenience but please notice that question is not a good one! What do you think about OUR page builder plugin? Is it trusted or not? Of course, it is trusted since we are the authors of the theme and this plugin is made especially for our theme, right? Most likely, the other plugins used by you are not trusted and might interact with our trusted plugins and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to remove all of them, leave just only our required plugins to be active, clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!!!

Hello Rfournier,

Please notice that our theme has a lot of header styles which use the logo in more positions as you can see in our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ Try to switch your header style with another one, clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Techmodar,

I suppose that you are not correctly installed the theme and that’s why you bring these errors, sorry! I suggest you making a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ clear all the caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

Maybe something else is interfering with the theme and causing thus issue, since the theme is compatible with that PHP version and we had no other negative user feedback in this matter.
Try testing while having only the plugins included in the theme package active. Deactivate all other plugins and clear your cache.

Thanks

Hi,

It should display for the elements you select from the theme panel, once it is uploaded. I have downloaded the same font you mention and uploaded it
https://www.screencast.com/t/3OlxZSH1ht8
Then is have set it for the post content for example
https://www.screencast.com/t/42DqAw6ic
The result is that the post content is now using that font
https://www.screencast.com/t/39edhk9oHSjd
And the font is loaded by the theme
https://www.screencast.com/t/Cltze1qS
Maybe you are not setting the font for the elements you want it to appear. It could be as well that you have caching, try clearing any installed cache.

Thanks

Might have been the PHP cache or another caching thing in WordPress.

One of my other secret tricks is to clear transients by
a) use WP-Optimize plugin
b) resave permalinks

this both will clear stuck ‘transients’ which are micro-caching done by WordPress (like, oh, say you make change to your RSS, but the RSS not updating when you look at it- this is why).

But for us – seriously, going to PHP 5.6 from 5.4 solved a million little dumb weird things!

Sorry but we have not tested Lightspeed cache so I cannot offer any solution in this regard.

Hello Muhammetok,

Try to use the theme only with this active plugin and also, the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. Remove all of the untested plugins, because it is possible to interact with the theme core files and any other untested plugins and cause a lot of unknown issues. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Hope this helps!

Also, if the problem is still there after this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Thanks for the message!

Hi,
I have the same problem. I am using the WP Super Cache + Lightspeed Cache plugin.
The Lightspeed plugin is required by the hosting company. I am using shared hosting on a lightspeed server, so with the Lightspeed plugin, the site is nearly twice faster 🙂
Any idea how to make them work together?
Thanks!

Hey there…I just posted that in the comments section and you guys asked me to open a ticket in here.
I have tried everything mentioned, but still I am not able to work with your composer. On many other pages I have tried it and everything´s fine.

I created a new page, deactivated ALL other plugins, cleared cache…
Still whitescreen.

If you want, I can send you login details to have a look.

Thanks!
