Hello efstraatios,
Check your system status and see if your parameters are according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Try to increase all of them, clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello genloc,
Please do not simultaneously use the two builders because will appear some conflicts in the theme. If you do not like the TD Composer you should not use it, because this is not a required plugins. You can further use the Visual Composer. Notice that introducing this new page builder plugin will not influence the structure of your website, sorry! Try to disable all of the untested plugins which can interact with the theme, clear all of the caches and check the results. Should working. Also, ensure that you are using the latest theme version.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Maybe you are facing a caching issue and your cache was not cleared. Here is where the word “by” is found: https://www.screencast.com/t/HVLrIU72oq
You can also translate it to a space in the theme translations section: https://www.screencast.com/t/unxRssy7u3B
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try to re-save your permalinks and disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Thanks.
Hello Teresa,
You should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at it. I need to inspect your backend so I can make some tests and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. Make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP and if you are using some untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files, please remove all of them and clear the caches.
Thanks for your understanding!
We have tried it and cleared cache but it is not working at all.
Hi,
The theme does not have a problem creating and using any sidebar, and place it wherever you want. In almost all cases plugins or modifications to the theme by any means, are causing issues.
I suggest you deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package as a test, and clear any installed cache again if necessary. Then try to create and customize the sidebar.
Thanks
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If you have any further questions please open a new topic on our official support forum at https://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper/
The comments section here is destined for presale questions.
Thank you!
Bogdan B
I disabled all sides of the plugins and cleaned the cache in the browser, but it did not help. What to do?
I have tried it without success. I still see the characters. I have also purged all CDN cache.
OK.
Sorry, the solution is not responsive. Big screen is perfect, but on other screen sizes not.
I cleared the cache.
thanks you very much!!

Hello,
This seems like a plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cnd files if you use it.
Then try to update your articles and see if the error is still there.

Hello,
It is a simple plugin conflict. We see plugins remove theme options all the time.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thanks.
Hello loyalty-solutions,
Unfortunately, I cannot access your website because I got an error, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JigCFBLrs Also, I guess that you are using such a plugin for your Events, right? Please notice that our theme does not have any such a kind of plugin tested with our theme and this might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leave only the tested plugins to be active, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Not sure if it’s caching or not. The “Course Sidebar” shows in widgets, I added widgets to it, but they still don’t show on the front end, I cleared the cache several times. Anyone else having problems with sidebars?
so it looks like even if I have the same settings for WP Super Cache as you guys show in the article, there is something that must cache something in regards to the side bar, because today it popped up under widgets.
Hi,
Here you can find a guide for increasing the parameters mentioned
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Also you can install the WP Super Cache with this configuration
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
And you can use Cloudflare to speed up the website
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
In this guide you can find more speed optimization advice
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
But you can also search the forum, there are many suggestions and guides in this matter.
Thanks

I get a 404 error on both of them links. Guess the image was cached previously, therefore was still visible to you.
Hi Catalin,
Just did as you instructed, I deactivated all plugins except for VC and WP Super Cache (to clear the cache) and it didn’t help.
The site is http://yoursauga.com/ there is suppose to be 3 events in the bottom left section but only 2 are showing. The posts are properly labeled and the event category is checked. The filter is set to show the category event / latest.
Thanks in advance for you help in the matter.

Hello Edragon,
I have made some tests on my website with a smart list and I did not encounter any problem with the featured image on the blocks. It seems to be right displayed, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vOpsy2M4F -> https://www.screencast.com/t/J7du1kpQJt Also, I have checked your source page and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Try to remove all of them, leaving just our required plugins to be active, clear all of your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello jaypee,
Clear all of the caches and check after the results.
Thanks.
Hello Teresa,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw this post template on your website, sorry! You should try using the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area and check the results. Also, before checking your results, you should clear all of your caches.
.td-stretch-height {
height: 100%;
width: 100.03%;
margin: 0;
position: relative;
}
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
There is no configuration guide that I could provide you for the Total Cache. The recommended caching plugin is the WP Super Cache with the configuration mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks
