Hello sanjeevparth,
It is impossible this thing. Most likely, you have not right downloaded the theme packet. Try to download again, all the files and install it via FTP way, clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Zelena,
It seems your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Right now I cannot see any issues on your site.
We do not have any such reports of duplicate menu items.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
If you disable speedbooster and the problem goes away it means you are not removing the correct stylesheet from the plugin or you did not clear the cache after you removed the code. If you want to alter the style.css you will have to create the color change css code and add it at the bottom of style.css but you will need a bit of css skills for it.
Thanks.
Hello Jan,
I have inspected your website and I saw that your featured images for your video posts are right generated as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/S3RgLXXriY Make sure that you have setup for all of these the featured image. Clear all your caches and check the results. Should working fine.
Thanks for your understanding!
I had the exact same problem for several days and in the end this is what worked for me…
1. Delete the current version of the social counter plugin completely
2. Put whatever security/firewall plugin you use into learning mode or temporarily disable it
3. Delete all browser cache
4. Download the updated plugin zip mentioned bat Catalin in this related article thread https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/problem-with-facebook-social-counter/
5. Upload/install plugin from WordPress plugin page
6. Activate plugin
7. Add your Facebook ID, App ID and secret from within the Social Counter widget OR Social Counter element in a new page on Visual Composer (both ways worked for me after all the above)
I truly hope that works for you as well.
Clearing cache did not work. It is a page with the “post grid” element used. Still works fine on Chrome and Firefox, but not Safari.
Ideas?
I am having the same issue.
I cleared my cache so that I get an access token, however it is showing that I have 0 Facebook likes.
Has anybody managed to resolve this? (This used to work fine on Newspaper 6 🙁
Which version of Safari, and what OS ?
Note Safari on Windows retired several years ago as insecure/defunct.
Our sites work on Safari MacOs and iOS just fine.
( I don’t work here. )
ALSO: try manually clearing cache if on an iPad, as I had issue with this previously.
Hi
The WP Super Cache was installed and configured like indications, but anyway I disabled it for test. I was disabling all plugins and testing them, and when I disabled tagDiv Speed Booster all was better. I thought this was a esencial plugin for Newspaper template but now I realize the site is working well without it. I hope it.
I also disabled tagDiv Mobile Theme and Akismet. Is Akismet needed?
Thanks you for your help.
Good afternoon! I am having problems with the TOP HEADER, HEADER (MAIN) AND FOOTER menus. From time to time, every item in the structure of each menu was duplicated. I’ve tried creating new menus and everything is duplicated. I cleared the cache and nothing solved. This problem began to occur after the wordpress version updated yesterday. At the moment I just left the header main menu active so the site did not get the ugly layout.
For example, when I add an item in the TOP HEADER menu structure and I will save it, it automatically adds the items in the HEADER MAIN menu structure.
What can I do to solve this?
Hi Catalin
The problem you can not see on the site, but I’ll explain what happens.
When you create a new entry, you assign it the Featured category and publish it, on the PC it is immediately observed, but in the mobile version it appears 6 hours later, this is the problem.
Why does it take to see the new entry in the mobile version?
I do not have any cache plugins active.
Thank you
Hi,
The social counter plugin provided should work properly once you have cleared the browser cache. Maybe something else is interfering with this process. You could try disabling all your plugins except the social counter and Visual composer, clear the cache again and check to see if you are able to receive the token.
Please make sure you are using the account information as mentioned in this guide as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Also you could give it a try in a different browser, as a test.
To disable the post view counter you need to turn them off in theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wpGMwQ1rX
Please let us know how it goes
Thanks
Hi, thank you for the answer, unfortunately I can not use wp-cache as it does not handle the varnish system on nginx optimally.
I can only exclude from the cache the functions that manage the menu.
In what file can I find them?
Thanks so much
Hi,
This depends on how well the website is optimized. Your website loading speed seems to very from very fast to very slow. It is also recommended to use the caching plugin with these settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also try as a test to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and then check to see if this improves page loading speed. Some plugins can have a negative effect on website performance.
Thanks
Hello nicohahn,
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Clear all your caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.co with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for the message!
Hello gasparlanca,
1)Unfortunately, the theme does do not have any such an option for this. You should only disable all post views for the entire website. Also, if you want to hide a post viewpoint for a specific post, you should use a bit of CSS code to do that using the post ID.
2)There seems to be an issue with the access token in the current version of the social counter.
Please download this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip
And very important: clear all your caching including the browser cache. Example for chrome: https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY
Now the access token should work as before.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
The author box does not display on the post that you have provided, on desktop
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jSuRuDkA6
Or on mobile – https://www.screencast.com/t/UItjuUeSia
The code that you entered is working properly, I do not see the author box present. Maybe you just needed to clear your cache if the code was not applying.
Thanks
Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then delete your current social counter and install the one provided in the main theme package you can download from envato.
Thank you!
Can you help me understand why the images that are returned with the search results are too big, thus overwriting the text?
I tried regenerating thumbnails and this had no effect. I cleared the site cache and this did not help.

Hi
When I update the news and assign the Featured category, this is displayed immediately on the PC, but from the cell phone this is late to appear updated the news. WP Super Caché is currently offline.
Newspaper is updated to the latest version, the site is http://www.eldiariodeguayana.com.ve
Hello my friends,
I am here again 🙂
When accessing the site the load gets partitioned see the image.
Would it be a problem with the visual composer? Do you have a solution?
I have already applied all the suggestions for optimization and speed of the site and still use the cache of the own server
