Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello Bodgan,
Actually I have cleared the cache plugins and totally removed them.
The Cpanel is not using any cache systems, and still after the changes have been made it’s not working.
I know it’s part of customization and that you don’t do that normally, but I have made the necessary changes and the logo still redirects to the home.
Hello,
Please make sure you use the latest theme version. Use this guide to update if needed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Hi,
If you have configured the cache properly, each time a new post is published or a page is updated, the cache will be automatically refreshed, according to the documentation. Also make sure this setting is checked
– https://www.screencast.com/t/btlTqI8gqv and then make a test and change a setting in the theme panel (like a color or font for example), and refresh the page.
Thanks
Hello,
These are not issues. It is simply your cache affecting the social counter. The counter is affected by cache and will not update until it is free. Pleas only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache.
Thank you!

Hi,
I have tested the offset feature and it works as intended. Please make sure you are using it properly, more information in this guide

Or you can activate the unique articles feature but please note the conditions specified
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/
Here you can find the official information available for the Wp Super cache plugin, and clarifications as to how the caching works – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/
Also it is recommended to use these settings when configuring the cache- https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hello Catalin,
I wanted to set the default sidebar for single post page.
Now I can set it just like I did before, I had to purge the cache multiple times.
Thanks for your answer.
Best,

Hi,
I have installed the Medicine demo that comes with red background color for the header menu, but I do not have this problem. In your case there seems to be a delay for the background color to apply. You can try to optimize the website by installing this recommended cache plugin with the setting provided in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also please check this tutorial about improving page loading speed

Hello,
The menu does not work due to the js errors in your browser console: https://www.screencast.com/t/2nNF7U79k

Update: I’ve checked my website on someone else’s iPhone and all three issues are almost certainly a caching issue.
So let me rephrase my issues 😛
1. How do I fully empty the cache on both Android and iPhone for testing? Because I manually empty cache on Safari and Chrome and new updates are still not reflected.
2. Is there a way to force a visitor to see the most recent version of my website?
Thanks!
As additional info hoping it helps you to know more about the problem:
When I make any change using Theme Panel editor AND I go to WP Super Cache Settings and delete the cache (clicking the specific button) and I load the site (even in the same browser in a new tab) it works fine and I see the changes.
Well, I think I understood this.
First part is with a new browser window logged out and second one is in a browser logged in. As I understand the timestamps don’t match, then this is the problem. But, how can I fix it? I paste all the info. Thanks!

I think the problem is related with cache.
I have this error when I test the cache using cache tester:
One or more page requests failed:
Page 1: 401 (Unauthorized)
Page 2: 401 (Unauthorized)
The pages do not match! Timestamps differ or were not found!
Things you can do:
1. Load your homepage in a logged out browser, check the timestamp at the end of the html source. Load the page again and compare the timestamp. Caching is working if the timestamps match.
2. Enable logging on the Debug page here. That should help you track down the problem.
You should check Page 1 and Page 2 above for errors.
3. Your local server configuration may not allow your website to access itself.
I don’t know how to proceed. How can I check the timestamp at the end of the html source? What does it mean? I see a number next to the time at the logging file .txt and when I refresh the site I see the same number, but I’m not sure if this number is the timestamp or not.
Thanks for your help.
Update on point 3: I checked on my desktop browser and the new background image for mobile menu/search background seems to be working properly when reducing browser width below 767, but the old image still persists when visiting on my Android smartphone on Google Chrome. Could this be some cache issue I’m overlooking?
Note: I disabled the “Mobile theme” plugin because I would rather the mobile version of the website be based on responsive web design.
The website with issues:
wuche.gg
Issues with responsive web on mobile (Android, but presumably iOS as well)
1. On the front page Big Grids, the offset posts feature works on desktop browsers but does not work on mobile browsers. All Big Grids are set to sort by -Latest-.
2. I’m using custom css for the module title fonts on Big Grid Full 1 & 2 because the option to change it via module on Theme Fonts isn’t implemented yet.
.td_block_big_grid_fl_1 .td-module-title a{
font-family: ‘Source Sans Pro’, sans-serif;
font-weight: 600;
font-size: 42px;
line-height: 44px;
}
.td_block_big_grid_fl_2 .td-module-title a{
font-family: ‘Source Sans Pro’, sans-serif;
font-weight: 600;
font-size: 26px;
line-height: 28px;
}
It works perfectly, but I want it to be responsive as well and downsize the font when below a certain width. So I added this code also to Big Grid Full 1 just to test out:
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td_block_big_grid_fl_1 .td-module-title a{
font-size:30px!important
} }
@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td_block_big_grid_fl_1 .td-module-title a{
line-height:32px!important
} }
And while it works this works perfectly on desktop, it does not work on mobile.
3. I deleted/changed the background image for mobile menu / search background, but it still persists.
Whenever I make an update, I clear the cache on Google Chrome on my Android phone. I also empty the cache via WordPress, and I also have disabled the WP Super Cache plugin just to triple check.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please and thank you!
Hi, when I edit the site and preview it I’m not seeing always all the changes I’ve done.
I don’t have any error in Newspaper>System status, everything is OK (I had problems with this but just changed my hosting service and started from zero right now a new site).
I tried to delete the cache and even tried in a new window browser using private mode and sometimes I can see the last changes and sometimes not.
Any idea about this problem?
Thanks
n/m, had a cache issue, believe i resolved it
Ok, Here is how I did mine and worked properly:
before: https://www.screencast.com/t/ub3Tw59Si
Added code like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/dNO7mEHG
result: https://www.screencast.com/t/Pk9lD7xAsm
You probably have a strong cache on your site that will not allow any change until cleared. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache.
Thank you!
Hi
I have updated the theme and then deactivated all plugins. For a minute, it was fixed but then again I tried changing with other grid and it again vanished. It has wasted my 1 hour of time which is actually insane. I tried activating few plugins. I deactivated w3 total cache as well when I was updating the homepage, Should I install the composer file again?
I think it’s because of a plugin. But I just have the basic plugins.
Yes, the settings are affected by cache so it could be a caching issue. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have tried this as you are doing it – https://www.screencast.com/t/MEF5LRD1Hp8 and I was able to modify the font for the article content from the text block, in theme panel where there are a multitude of fonts available for each setting
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rCSx6dqtr with the proper result – https://www.screencast.com/t/N4Zfy6xvPWuy
Please try changing the font properties for the post page through the theme panel, because it should work as intended. If the modifications do not apply after being made, try clearing any caching installed. If you still have no result, please try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache again then check to see if everything is in order.
Thanks
