Hello,
It seems the class needed for the images is not present on your site. Maybe one of your plugins is not compatible with the current version anymore. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hi,
I have made the modification to the category template files – https://www.screencast.com/t/VvztkHerr and it seems to work as intended – https://www.screencast.com/t/jCUPY0tuwDO on my end.
I believe it could be a cache issue, so please try clearing all your caches and try again to see if the changes apply.
Thanks
Hello,
Our theme is fully responsive and will display properly on ANY device. Please test our official demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag
On your end it could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
The modification you made is correct and it works fine on my end. However you will not be able to show a very large number of sub-categories as they are positioned horizontally under the mega-menu. That is why i mentioned it will need further customization in case you need bigger numbers displayed. That will need a menu-like structure to be created.
Please make sure you clear your cache after you make the modification if it will not apply immediately.
Thank you!
Hi,
Do you have the mobile theme activated now? I have inspected your website and it does not seem like it is. Try to install the mobile theme plugin from the downloaded theme package, and deactivate all your other plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and check to see if it is working as intended. More information about the mobile theme here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hello Raghav Gakhar,
Did you have cleared all your caches? Notice that our theme does not handle this information.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
The solution provided by Bogdan is for the background ad now working properly at the moment. I have inspected your site and I see that you have a background color set at the moment – https://www.screencast.com/t/X3ZsmIn8a
As for the post template image issue, I would suggest disabling all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and check to see if the problem is still there.
Thanks
Hi,
Yes, I updated the plugins and patch 7.7 to 7.8, clear all caches, problem continue.

Hi,
I have tested this with the Twitter link you provided, and everything seems to be in order – https://www.screencast.com/t/pcxTJjRTsg8 – https://www.screencast.com/t/0T3AmFqYPe9n and with an Imgur embed – https://www.screencast.com/t/tB7lYKEZnj – https://www.screencast.com/t/sbVw0Of6GjJ
maybe you have a plugin that is interfering with this process, try deactivating all your plugins except Visual composer, clear your cache and try again. Also check any code you might have added in theme panel, or added to the theme files.
Thanks
Hello,
Please try this simple debugging method: please disable all plugins except visual composer(disable ad-ons), clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme. The test your back-end again.
Also please increase your system status parameters like show here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!

Hello bz,
Do you have updated your theme via FTP way? Otherwise, try to do it, clear all your caches, check your system status to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
This issue seems to be caching related so please make sure you clear all cache including caching transients (https://codex.wordpress.org/Transients_API)
Please make sure you use only php version 7.0 as our theme is not yet compatible with php 7.1
Also please contact your host and have them remove any hosting side cache.
If the issue is not fixed, please try to please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
This means you probably have an image optimization tool that interferes with the theme thumbnails that does not allow newly generated thumbs to be created properly. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also please check any external optimization tool you might use on your site. Then try to add a new post with new images and inspect the cropping.
Thank you!
Hello selejanalex,

If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If this does not fix it, please try to reinstall the theme via FTP using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you!
Adrotate’s ad rotating capability on a cached website requires fragmented caching which is not available when with WP Super Cache. Fragmented caching is available under W3 Total Cache but that is not supported/recommended with TagDiv themes.
In short, it appears Adrotate’s rotating ads functionality cannot be accomplished when using TagDiv’s Newspaper theme due to this opposing caching support.
Other than that, Adrotate works wonderfully with WP Super Cache and TagDiv’s Newspaper theme.
Hello,
I just tested this on my end. I downloaded a new image of 800×600 and checked the thumb sizes. There was not one that was bigger than the image itself: https://www.screencast.com/t/czCGsrBl
And this is a fresh install with no image optimization added at all. Maybe you have something that affects the images on your end that causes the issue. Please try to disable all plugins and optimization tools used, clear any custom code and clear cache and cdn (do a back-up beforehand though) then try to images again without any external influence.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello Zakkery,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with your site. It seems to work as expected. Most likely, was a cache issue and now works fine. However, try to remove all of the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
If you cannot see the images, it could be a plugin conflict and not a theme update issue. You probably have a js error in your browser console that breaks the lazyload animation. Try to find which one of your plugins causes the issue and remove/replace it. This is done by disabling all plugins at once, clearing the cache and resetting/purgins cdn files if you use it. Then re-activate the plugins one by one testing your site after each one to see which one causes the images to break
Or it could not be a plugin at all and it could be a custom modification you made or your child theme that need updating as well. The child theme is not update proof. Try to switch to the main theme to test it out.
I hope this helps.
Thanks.
