You could clear cache and make sure you disabled them from both places . There are 2 places you need to remove them from. They are seen in my previous reply.
Thanks.
Hello,
There is an incompatibility in the wp super cache plugin but it;s an easy fix until they update the plugin:

Thank you!
Hi,
A descending or ascending smart list only changes the numbering sistem in the list not the order of the articles. I have tested it to my end and works properly.
In your case this could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except Visual Composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Also save changes to your permalink structure here – http://screencast.com/t/plAUnJgo2ZL
Thanks
Hello wtli2007,
Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Try to do this and let us know how it goes. If the problem is still there, please provide a screen with before and after, for a better understanding. Also, you should provide your website for a closer inspecting.
Thanks for the message!
Hello BigN0701,
Try to disable all untested plugins if you are using something like that, clear all your caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try making a new fresh install from scratch via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. For more information about this, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello njtechreviews,
Where do you have two headers on your website? I have inspected it and I did not saw two headers, sorry -> http://screencast.com/t/USeJDaG5 Also, I have checked it and I saw that you do not have the latest version of it. You have 7.3 version. try to update the theme via FTP method, clear all your caches and check the results. Before these steps, you should make a full backup to your data to be safe.
Also, if is not what you mean, please provide more details about your problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for the message!
Hello scinatl1990,
I have accessed your website using your credentials and everything seems to work as properly. Most likely is a problem on your side. Try to log-in from another device, clear all your caches and check the results. I have checked your website and you do not have any problems with it, in this regard.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Rudy,
I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, regarding on your loading menu bar, right? Firstly is loaded a default font and then will appear your custom font, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code and also, you are using the Speed Booster plugin. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello olivervossmann,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Also, I shrink the browser and I have noticed that the image change the sizes as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/oirEY30rD Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP, without any untested plugins, clear all your caches and check the results. For more information about FTP method, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also if you use a child theme you can try to switch to the main theme.

Hello,
I make the change on the code, have delete the cache but nothing happened!
It’s still the same.
Many regards.
Hi,
If you have done all the above and your menu looks like this – http://screencast.com/t/Ky3FFCUm and it’s still not working, try to reset your cache and contact your host and ask for them to disable any hosting cache that might be provided and test again.
If the problem is still there contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this topic.
Thanks

Please try one more thing.
Disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Let us know if you still have this issue without the plugins.
Thank you!
Hello awtown,
Please provide your website so I can take a closer look and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate code. Notice that the above advice regarding on background color it should work. If you have a strong caching plugin, try to clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Amit Malewar,

Bogdan,
I appreciate your response. First, I want to let you know that I contacted the author of the plugin. He is aware of the cause of the conflict and pledged to fix it with his next release.
Regarding using either the mobile theme or an AMP plugin to offer a mobile experience, I think this is the wrong approach. An AMP-enabled mobile page is completely different than the pages generated by your mobile theme plugin. AMP pages get added visibility in Google search results and lead to increased clicks, impressions, and user experience thereby leading to improved SEO. AMP compatibility may also impact ranking within Google search results.
AMP isn’t about providing a theme but rather supporting a set of technologies that give the pages preferential treatment in Google search — an important element of any news site. I find it difficult to believe Newspaper is the best news theme for WordPress if it does not make it easy to support the implementation of AMP pages. On my site, AMP pages are only viewed when clicking on a Google search result on a mobile device. Visiting the site directly will load the regular mobile theme. Additionally, we provide a link on the AMP page to load the mobile theme for a better experience.
Making compromises for better search result placement is not optimal. Because of this, modifying the existing mobile theme so it is compatible with AMP would obviously be the preferred solution but you have stated in previous communications with me that this is not on your roadmap.
Therefore, choosing an official AMP plugin that works flawlessly with Newspaper as you have done with Contact Form 7, WP Super Cache, Font Awesome 4 Menus and other plugins is essential to ensure that Newspaper remains the best and most full-featured news theme for WordPress. The AMP for WP plugin is the best we’ve found and this is the one I would recommend you take a look at.
Thanks,
Ben
Hello,
Unfortunately if for your testing site it works properly, maybe you do require a htaccess adjustment for permalinks or the SEO yoast plugin: http://screencast.com/t/KSiSNiAGiON
I cannot say for sure. You can also try to please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
