Thank you so much. There seems a lot of errors. Perhaps because I uninstalled and installed again twice due to my Issue with Google who restricted my site URL (Perhaps the errors caused by the installing of too many plugins and Ad codes place incorrectly…) hours before I sent you a message for help, I had disabled your Theme and some plugins via SFTP FileZilla (During restriction, not allowed to access normally that’s why… After that, I cleared files, Caches… And reinstall Your Newspaper Theme and plugins… I didn’t check widget before the disabling of the Theme… But after reinstalling, I checked the widget and it was locked, grey out and when I tried to edit Theme with the TD editor, I couldn’t scroll down the whole theme (stick at half of the theme)… Is this error? Also I watched all the video tutorials on your web page and Youtube still cannot find a way to show Header Ad on Mobile and 2 more ads placement on homepage do not show up or I can’t find where to place them in Theme panel… If you scroll down on my home page realspill.news you will see no ads pop up ( I can’t find how to place ads on those placement)…. Sorry for this long complicated response.
I haven’t installed tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin yet… I wanted a Header Ad showing on Mobile devices. So do I need to install this tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin or not?
I was getting stuck the whole night.
Thank you for guiding me
Hi,
What you can do is to use a good cache plugin and a CDN : How to Make the Site Faster
– optimize the images, use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/ and enable the webp format and from the theme, use this option – https://i.imgur.com/6qMAN1H.png
– also, if you are using the WP Rocket, you can check our guide with this plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/wp-rocket-and-newspaper-theme-optimization-guide/
– in case you are using the option to disable the desktop zone on mobile and the mobile zone on desktop – https://i.imgur.com/TT2slI3.png https://i.imgur.com/jWPKhXS.png
Hi Niklas, please make some tests, and you are logged in, and no case is applied, is the ajax pagination working? If is then the problem is caused by the settings from cache that is interfering with the ajax pagination.
You can try disabling some settings, such as Load JS Deferred, and then check the results.
This issue may also be related to other settings, but I suggest starting with this. Additionally, try reducing the cache duration, perhaps set it to clear every 1–2 hours.
Hi rabbrong,
I’m working on the desktop but not on mobile. Please check if you are not using the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin. If you have it, disable the plugin, clear the cache, and check again.
Thank you!
Hello TagDiv Support,
I am using the Newspaper Theme (latest version) with TD Composer.
I am experiencing a template-level issue in the Single Post Template – Free News.
Issue Description:
A block titled “আরও দেখুন” (More Stories / Category tag list) is automatically appearing at the top of all single post pages.
This block:
• Appears in two different layouts across different posts
• Is not selectable inside TD Composer
• Clicking on it opens a sliding overlay panel instead of selecting a Row/Element
• Does not appear properly inside the Manager structure
• Cannot be removed from the template
What I Already Tried:
Disabled Articles Auto Loading
Checked Single Template Settings
Checked Category Template
Disabled Related Articles
Disabled More Articles Box
Cleared Cache (LiteSpeed)
Edited the template from Cloud Templates
Tried deleting the Row via Backend & Frontend editor
Still, the block persists.
Observation:
It seems like the block is injected dynamically (possibly via auto-loading, category module, or internal tdb_single_content hook).
When clicking the block, only the gear (⚙️) icon works, and the rest of the area is not selectable — which suggests a layer or JS overlay conflict.
Request:
Please clarify:
From which template hook or module is this block generated?
Is it part of tdb_single_content?
Is it controlled by a hidden “Tags” module?
How can I permanently remove it from the Single Post template?
This is affecting layout consistency and UX.

i have already cached, and installed new website design “coaching pro” but my blogs are still in random style, i want the exact style as shown in the “coaching pro” blogs design
Hi eltasjobs,
Could you please provide more details about the issue you’re facing, along with a few examples?
Also, make sure there are no plugin conflicts. You can test this by enabling only the theme plugins (tagDiv plugins). Please ensure that no cache or object caching is applied to the menu.
Hello Team,
I am using your theme on my news website and facing a persistent issue with the homepage slider / Flex Block setup.
Problem description:
I am using Flex Block / Big Grid on the homepage.
I want the slider to be visible on desktop only, and hidden on mobile.
However, I am unable to find any clear or consistent option to:
Disable slider on mobile
Control Flex Block visibility per device
Even after turning Flex Block 1 OFF, there is no visible change, which makes it confusing to understand which container (Row / Column / Block) is actually controlling the output.
What I have already tried:
Turning Flex Block ON/OFF
Checking Row, Column, Layout, Style, Filter, and CSS tabs
Searching for “Hide on mobile”, “Responsive”, or “Device visibility” options
Clearing cache and hard refreshing
But the behavior remains the same.
My questions:
Which element actually controls the slider output — Row, Column, or Flex Block?
What is the recommended way to:
Show slider on desktop
Hide it completely on mobile
Is there a built-in responsive option, or should this be done via custom CSS?
If CSS is required, can you please share the correct class or selector used by the Flex Block / Big Grid slider?
I would really appreciate a step-by-step explanation, as this is a homepage critical section and affects both UX and PageSpeed performance.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards,
Sankar Chakraborty

Hi,
What else can be done is to use a plugin that checks what is consuming the most resources on the website and tries to optimize that section. block cache it or even remove it or replace it with something that is consuming fewer resources.
Query Monitor to analyse WordPress performance problems
Oh Sorry, i found the issue it was the cache. I deleted the cache form wp cache and worked.
Hi,
Do you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin enabled? If you have it, please do a test, disable the plugin, clear the cache, create a new cache, and check teh results.
From WP Rocket try touse the Remove Unused CSS and see if there are better results
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m having an issue with the Mobile Theme: it doesn’t load on the Shop product pages, but it works correctly everywhere else on the site.
I’m using the latest theme and plugin versions, and I’ve already cleared the cache. Also, I’m not using any custom mobile template for the product page.
Could you please advise what might cause the Mobile Theme to not apply specifically on product pages, and what I should check to fix it?
Thank you very much!
Best regards, Peter
Hi there,
I followed all the settings exactly as you suggested, but on the homepage I can still only reach around 59–60 points because of FCP and LCP. I’m not necessarily aiming for 100, but it would be great to get into the 70–80 range.
Site: https://ajovokezdete.hu/
I configured WP Rocket based on your guide:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/wp-rocket-and-newspaper-theme-optimization-guide/
I’m also using Bunny CDN, mostly WebP images, and I’ve disabled unnecessary plugin assets with Asset CleanUp Pro.
On the first (top) section of the homepage I’m using Modules Builder:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/
My questions:
In Flex Block Builder, is it recommended to enable “Cache block results”?
Under Filter → “Content preloading”, should this be set to “preload all” or “no preloading”?
And in general, what else would you recommend to improve the performance metrics and overall speed? I’ve tried quite a few things already without much success.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Hi,
I see what you mean. The original design is displayed because the page is not yet cached in the browser; once it’s cached, it should no longer be displayed. Also, what could be done is to load the css faster; for this, the css can be set in the head of the website. Also, this is the css adjusted, it will make the results for the news ticker to look like this https://prnt.sc/a3SGi5d8_TF5 :
@media (max-width: 767px) {
body .td-trending-now-display-area {
top: 2px;
}
body .td-trending-now-display-area .td_module_trending_now .entry-title {
line-height: 26px;
}
.td_block_trending_now {
padding: 0 6px 0 20px;
}
}
Set the css in the theme panel > analytics/js code in head section and make sure that you set it between css tags like this – https://prnt.sc/DHl1atBWUwVt
Hi,
I’m not sure that I understand what do you want to achieve, but if you publish/update the website only once per day and you want to have a cache on your flex blocks, then you can use this option – https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
If the Unique Article option is enabled, please disable it, save the changes, and clear the cache. After that, the results should display as expected.
When the Unique Article option is enabled on your page, the content shown on the initial page load will not repeat any articles. This behavior applies only to the first load of the page, not to pagination.
Our blog is mostly updated once a day and stay the same for the rest of the day. So we are doing caching at the edge using Cloudflare, even then we are removing the cache for page updates, even though the page may not be impacted as it could show the related posts for a post which is older.
I have created a Page with Builder where I placed set of blocks on top, left, right, footer. Is there any way I can call the respective blocks and get html via admin-ajax.php? I can get it via ajax pagination for few blocks, is there a way I can get the documentation to call my self where I can customize, cache and render.
I am planning to do that in Cloudflare worker to cache parts of the page and dynamically render ony certain part.
Please advise
Thanks
Okay. I’m fine now. Forgot to clear the cache, now it’s good. Thank you anyway.
I am using TownTalk theme and added theme for mobile homepage, single, etc. In the preview it looks good, but when I try on my mobile device, it does not look the same and shows the generic Newspaper theme. I read about clearing caches and applying theme, but I must have missed a step or two.
I hope someone can help, with visuals is better. Apologies if there’s already a thread on this (please point me to it).
Thank you!
Merhaba,

Hi,
This can be done only on the Newspaper theme using the mobile page template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/litespeed-plugins/
When using this, ensure you use a cache plugin that supports separate mobile and desktop caches.
Thank you!
Hi,
Ok, so if the popup is working when you are logged in but is no longer working when you are not logged it means that is related to a css or js that is cached. No,w since the popup modal is not set using the option from our theme (Modal Popup) I’m not sure taht js files are used by the plugin Forminator please try the sugestions made by the author plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/forminator-forms-not-showing-up/
Thank you!

Sorry for the delay.
From what I see, what happens is normal. The news ticker is in the desktop header, so it won’t be displayed on mobile. Then the titles of those 2 blocks aren’t the actual titles of the blocks, they are standalone title elements, both in their own inner row, so on mobile they are displayed one below the other. It’s just how the page was built.
It is however strange that the page looks different while logged in. Unless you are maybe using a mobile page. Then the explanation would be that while logged in you see the mobile page, which has the correct design, and while logged out we see the desktop page, which has problems. Normally if there is a mobile page set, it should be displayed for logged out users as well. But dedicated mobile content such as a mobile page is sensitive to the caching used on the website. It depends on what caching plugin is used on the website, or if cloudflare is used.
In my opinion it’s most likely the caching used on the website. For example, usually adding a simple parameter after the website URL bypasses the cache, so I see the correct version like this – https://prnt.sc/P5jcuAmOrCR2 So you are most likely using a mobile page. Could you let me know what caching you are using? I can;t log into the website, I tried with an old user and pass but they aren’t working anymore.
As a note, in case the caching you are using doesn;t support dedicated mobile content, then the only solution is to stop using a mobile page, and fix the desktop page so it looks good on mobile as well.
Let me know.
Regards, Simion C.
Hi,
Could you explain how I ‘select the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin’?
It is in my plugins, activated, but I cannot ‘select’ it.
I’ve deactivated and reactivated it, cleared full cache.
Thanks for the help.
Hi,
To have the responsive version on mobile, then please go to your dashboard > plugins and select the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin, clear the cache, and the problem will be resolved.
Thank you!
