After i installed the theme, the website looks great so i removed the under construction from site and decided to test the look and feel of the site somewhere else, only to find that my site would not load except on the browser that i am logon as admin
This is what i got after i removed the under construction from the site then view from another browser
wp booster error:
td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: td_remote_cache is not set.
wp booster error:
Missing parameter: ‘file’
Regard, how can i attached sample please
Ok, i used demo data and then was able to fix the site to look like the demo, i deleted the demo content then fix my content there but my worst night mare now is when i remove the Under Construction from the site, i have a total different thing.
This is what i got after i removed the under construction from the site
wp booster error:
td_api_base::mark_used_on_page : a component with the ID: td_remote_cache is not set.
wp booster error:
Missing parameter: ‘file’
Surprisingly it works well when the under construction is enabled, so when i logon to the site in anyway i can view the site well when under construction is out, it throws up that error.
Regard, how can i attached sample please
Hello vagamundos,
Please set the pre-defined slider according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/ and also, try to leave all the settings how it comes with the demo. Clear all your cache and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi all,
It is very likely to be an issue related with the wp-install. Try to re-save the permalinks, and also try to use the default setting for them: http://screencast.com/t/AiL3qxkM clear all caches then test the site again. You can also try to regenerate the .htaccess file as it may also be a problem related to the permissions that the user have: https://codex.wordpress.org/htaccess
Thanks!
HI
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then try to activate the theme again using the purchase code.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hello valkoprod,
Please try to clear all your caches, server cache (if you do not have any access to this you will have to request it to your hosting provider and clear it), purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks for the message!
Hi
I’ve checked the code and works fine on my end: http://screencast.com/t/CgSW0amd1Da9 Please make sure that you added the code like here, clear the caches then test the site again.
Thanks!
Hi,
Well I checked your site and saw that you use the mobile theme. There is a difference between the mobile theme plugin and the standard responsive version of the theme. This guide should help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you use wp super cache then you need to follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-problems-3/
Thank you!
Hello ihora,
You will have to re-create your youtube playlist because the code that I provided you above added an empty array which cleared the cache memory and that’s why now you will not have the video. The implementation of this is not a simple task and require to do some additional customization through the code until you bring as you wish. We will consider to implement in our future updates.
Thanks for the message!
Sorry for the mistake. Here is the correct screenshot — http://screencast.com/t/jAsS6hlgEXr
As for the title disappearing, it happened to my site as well but after you complete the whole process, use yoast SEO and clear up the cache from caching plugin it should start to show again.
Hi Catalin,
Tried the exact same code in our custom CSS field, but without result, also after clearing cache.
I would like to give you access to check why this is still occurring.
Could you please help?
Hello Lapan,
If you want to rule out the author name for the entire website, please ensure that you turn off the both settings from theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/GQhHbKrC and from here -> http://screencast.com/t/7QvXa4alm clear all your caches and test it again.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
It seems the breadcrumb container is still there. You can remove it with this code:
.single .td-crumb-container{
display:none;
}
.td-post-content{
margin-top: 5px!important;;
}
As for the mobile theme, this is an issue caused by the latest version of wordpres and wp super cache. The plugin was not updated to support the latest version of WP. Here is a temporary fix until they update the plugin:

Thank you!
Hello maelamrani,
Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thaks for the message!
Hi,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also remove any custom code you may have added to the logo. You will have to check any image customization and compression to see if image quality is not affected by it. Also remove any image features of jetpack such as photon. Try to bring the theme as close to default as possible because our theme does not make images blurry or increase their size. There is something on your end affecting the logo and you need to identify what it is.
Thank you!
Hello yvrmark,
What type of caching plugin do you use? Our recommended caching plugins is WP Super Cache. Notice that our theme has been designed to be responsive and also works as properly for any type of devices like as -> tablets, mobile, etc. Please try to clear all your caches and if you are using some untested plugins, please disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Also, if your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer. You can target the tablet viewport using the @media queries. For more information about this, you can consult here -> http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_mediaquery.asp
Thanks for the message!
Hello aph100,
Please ensure that you load your logo in these fields, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/njYuWGsx Clear all your caches and test it again.
Thanks for the message!
Hello almilner05,

Hello Ravnek,
The right theme behaviour with Alphabetical sort order to display the posts from A to Z. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and required plugins which come bundled with it. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please disable all of them and install only those come bundled with theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. All of the available sort orders are fully tested with the theme and seems to work as expected and until now, we do not have encountered any bad reports in this regard.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello wondertrail,

Hello ihora,
Please notice that our theme keeps all the post meta in a variable which has a permanent cache and that’s why the title will not be renewed when changes on Youtube, for example. We will try to make a system which clearing all the data and will refresh in the future theme updates. As a hint, you will have to edit the td_video_playlist_render.php core file and add this snippet of code to reinitialize the meta, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/nHqaO7ISOKJY You can try this quick solution but please notice and see how it works.
Please notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you or you will have to wait until we will implement this feature in our theme.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi, is there somewhere to set the way a site is rendered on a tablet? I’ve searched the forums but cannot find anything (not sure what to search). The problem I am having is the tablet view is being cached and served on the desktop. The tablet view is not pretty as it stretches images across the entire screen. Any help appreciated.
Thanks!
Actually, now it appears twice on the site (did not clear the server cache before):

hope you can give me a hint on how to disable the double comment appearing
Regards!
@Masood Faruki
no, the missing style issue on install is from YOU trying to install the wrong zip file — this happens when trying to install theme from the “all files” zip vs just the “theme zip”. See the docs on how to install theme properly, or ask for help. You should start your own topic for install issues you might be having unrelated to another person’s issue.

A great trick I do after each theme update which really helps is
a) resave permalinks
b) use wp-optimize plugin to clear ‘transients’
c) log out of website; close browser.
d) launch browser; clear history;
e) go to home page and hit f5 again anyway to clear cache.
I’ve run into this a couple of times especially with newer versions of PHP running opcache on server for php stuff, separate from any other caching going on.
