WP Memory Limit 40 MB/request – We recommend setting memory to at least 64MB. The theme is well tested with a 40MB/request limit, but if you are using multiple plugins that may not be enough. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP. You can also check our guide here.

Caching plugin WP super cache – for best performance please check the plugin configuration guide here.
Hello Birbo,
After several investigations in this regard have concluded that this type of issue come from WP Super cache which is not fully compatible with WordPress 4.6 and that’s why this problem occur. We hope that WP Super cache plugin will be updated it as soon as possible and that problem will be fixed. Notice that this issue appears and on Mobile Theme from Jetpack when the caching plugin is active.
Please notice that we have reported this issue to Jetpack and we are waiting for an update from them. Until that, you should use our workaround posted here -> https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/issues/132
The author will need a bit of a CSS fix as the CSS got changed a bit in the new update but the author name was not updated for it. So until the next theme version please use this CSS code in the mobile theme’s custom code box:
.td-post-author-name div { display:inline; }
Sorry for the inconvenience but please notice that we will consider fixing all of them as soon as possible in future updates.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Bestigorek,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.3) and the latest version of the required plugins (Visual Composer 4.11 and Social Counter 4.1), clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your message and I hope this helps!
HI
Please make sure that you update the theme according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ also during the update process try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again.
Let us know if you need further assistance on this.
Thanks!
Hello libtetto,
I have checked your website source and I have noticed that you are using some untested plugins which might interact with the theme and cause a lot pf unknown issues. So, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Also, if you will encounter any problem in this regard and if you need more assistance, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.comn with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can easily identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello yuccarichard,
Do you have some server caches on your dedicated server? Please try to clear all of these and if you do not have any access in this regard, please request this task to your hosting provider. Also, if you are using a CDN system please try to purge all the CDN files and check the results.
If you need more assistance in this regard after you have followed this advice, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello LPH,
Please keep in mind that our theme has been made to respect the Google’s standard regarding on page structure and we didn’t do any tests with -> https://validator.w3.org/ I’ve added this on our list and we will run some test to check if there is an incompatibility in HTML structure of the page. Meanwhile, you can try to change or remove the role for search form by editing header-menu.php http://screencast.com/t/DzGjD3gLXF3
The pingback_url parameter displays the pingback XML-RPC file URL: http://screencast.com/t/l39D6FZuw9Q but in your case the URL it’s empty. This issue could be caused by a plugin so you could try by deactivating all, leave just Visual Composer active, clear the cache ant test again.
So, we will have done a lot of investigations and tests in this regard with Google Structured Data and the structure of the page it is in parameters as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/xYMJ24HETY
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello kwalsh22,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, all the required plugins have updated to the latest version of them (Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1). If you are suing the CDN system, please try to purge all the files, clear all your cache and server cache (you will have to request this task to your hosting provider if you do not have any access to clear it) and then test it again and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
well, the theme update was the thing that messed up the website, especially mobile theme, due that I’m losing 95% of the adsense income!
I’ve updated the “updated” 7.3 as well, reinstalled mobile theme plugin, cleared cache.
the mobile theme looks to be working now and then, but after refresh I see just normal site on mobile, so obviously it’s not working right, and the poor adsense income proves that.
if this is not fixed soon, please advice how to revert back to 7.2 as obviously this one comes with crucial issues.
regards,
Yucca
Hello DeannaIsaacs,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the 6.2 version of the theme. Please notice that our product has evolved to the 7.3 version and I suggest you keeping up with this version if you want to achieve best results. Also, all the required plugins should have had the latest version of them (Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1). Also, please notice that the update must be through FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. After all of this advice, try to clear all your caches and test the theme again and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello jacob,
I have checked your website and I saw that your featured images are working as properly, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/uTo3CjZjUoS Also, if your problem will reappear, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi!
Thank you for your reply.
I tried deactivating all the plugins except visual composer, cleared cache but couldnt reset cdn files.
There is no child theme activated.
I still can’t save the translations, its just loading.
All the other options save perfectly..
I have tried to delete the other themes aswell.
Hello yuccarichard,

Hi
I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using an older version of Newsmag theme. Try to update the theme at V 3,1 which is available on themeforest, update Visual Composer at V 4.1, this version is included in theme’s patch, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches purge cdn files then test the site again.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hello,
If you want categories to show up in the ajax filter, you need to add them to the ajax filter tab, not the simple filter tab. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
All of the categories have to show up in the thee panel. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please check other settings in the theme panel and see if they save or it;s just the translations. In any case please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This is most likely a plugin conflict. Also if you use wordfence, please set the firewall on learning mode. If you use a child theme, try to activate the main theme to rule out any custom code affecting the theme panel.
Thank you!
Hello,
Disabling “some of the plugins” will nt do it. You have to disable ALL of them at once and then clear your cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This is the way to check for plugin conflicts. Plugins conflict even between one another not just plugin vs theme.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello,
We have no such reports of anything of the sort but please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This is most likely a plugin conflict.
Let us know if you still have trouble with the slide.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
This is in most cases a plugin conflict that breaks the theme javascript.
Thank you!
