Hi,
Such errors can be caused by plugin conflicts. The plugin you mention is not tested with our theme so i cannot say for sure if it works properly with our theme. You can try to disable all other plugins except visual composer and MyMail, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again. If the problem is still there, you will have to replace mymail and find another plugin that works.
Thank you!
Hello stan,
Please provide a screenshot where to explain the problem because I cannot saw it checking your website. I need to know this so I will be able to identify it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. You can try to turn off all your active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello danielamarin,
All the settings for Social Sharing might be found in Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/x7yal70zn9 Please ensure that you have enabled these settings from the panel. Also, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, if your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks for your understanding!
Also, when I commented that, a new problem appears in the Theme panel.
I only can see the Header tab until:
JAVASCRIPT DATE
Enable this if you use a cache plugin, it
displays the local data.
After that this error is displayed:
Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: td_global::$feature_locked in /www/XXXXXX.com/htdocs/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/wp-admin/panel/views/td_panel_header.php on line 239
Also, the issue with the mobile theme that everyone is talking about.
Thanks

Hi,
I have done all of the above, disabled all plugins, cleared cache and purged CDN. However it is still the same problem so I am pretty sure at this point it is the theme problem.
I have updated to the latest version in the meantime and it has completely screwed up the mobile site so now its total crap. I am not really happy about this theme as it is presented, seems it is not delivering neither half of the promise. Very disappointing.
I’ve already solved, was caused because I have to refresh the cache cloudflare, please do not need to answer, not as I remove the topic. Thank you.
Hello nairolf2013,
First of all, please try to make a new clean install, without any untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins and check the results. Please notice that this issue is not theme related and if your problem is still there after these, you will have to find some online solutions or you can contact the WordPress stuff because they should be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
The sidebar was not added to the mobile theme so that is a default behavior of the theme. The menu on the other hand should work so please disable all plugins except visual composer and the mobile theme, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the mobile menu again.
let us know if you still have trouble with the menu.
Thank you!
Hello AndreBoni,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using an older version of our theme. Please try to update it to the latest version of it, Newspaper 7.2 with Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1 via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Clear all your caches and then test it again and see how it will work. For more information about theme update, please consult the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello dallenharris,
Please check the settings from here -> http://screencast.com/t/aNIPYWx4va to be enabled. Clear all your caches and test it again.
If you need more assistance in this regard, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks.
Hello,
I have tested this on our end but could not replicate the issue. This seems indeed to be a caching issue but not from our end :). Please use wp super cache not other plugisn like w3tc or wprocket and use this guide to set it up: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/. Make sure you clear cache before switching caching plugins.
Also check your server cache and cdn server and fiddle with the settings a bit as these are very different from case to case and they could also affect the mobile/desktop versions.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have tested your site on multiple apple devices using safari but could not find the issue. Ads displayed properly on every one. If the problem comes back, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. There could be a conflicting plugin causing this issue. If the problem reappears, check your browser console to see if any errors show up when adds disappear.
Thank you!
Hello Larane,
Please ensure that you have cleared all your caches, purged CDN files if you are using the CDN system in order to achieve best results in the theme. Also, if you problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks for your understanding!
Error: The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (ex. Jetpack Mobile Theme or similar). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results.
Hi support team!
I’m trying to optimize the speed of my blog.
At this moment, the instagram widget is activated and when I run a test always the output is:

As you can see that images are on a Instagram CDN.
What steps do I need to do to scale that images, and improve my blog speed.
Hello,
A few days ago, I posted about the problems I have in my mobile theme which appeared in some tablets. Today I got a dual boot tablet, it has both Android 5.1 and Windows 10.
In Windows 10, the site is in desktop mode, as it is intended to appear. Everything is fine.
In Android, the site appears with its mobile theme, as in most tablets that I tried before.
So, same tablet, same site, two versions. I think it’s probably something on your end to check, if it was something like my cache plugins then both version should appear the same (mobile theme).
I hope this feedback helps!
Hello ntvweb,
I have re-checked your source page and I saw that your code is not right implemented Please keep in mind that you must have the td-a-rec and all of these classes to achieve better results, as you can see in our demo preview, here -> http://screencast.com/t/xQqyypTfcd -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ Please try to implement the exact steps which are presented in our documentation, clear all your caches and test again.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
I have checked your site but could not see any double images: http://screencast.com/t/pIOYS3OQz It could have been a caching issue and the cache got cleared in the meantime. Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thank you!
Hello Mihael Sanko,
Please try to purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, clear server caches for your dedicated server and if you do not have any access to do it, please request this to your hosting provider and use only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and not untested plugins to rule out the conflicting between plugins. However, if your problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch and check the results. Our theme is fully tested with mobile theme plugin and should not appear any issue in this regard because it work as properly.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello denny,
Please notice that our caching plugin which we recommend for using is WP Super Cache because it is checked with the theme and seems to work as properly. For more information about this plugin, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
It seems to work fine on our end: http://screencast.com/t/4xBeM6zUXqM
Please test our demo version as well and see if the problem is still there: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-the-new-screen-savers-the-show-that-launched-video-into-the-stratosphere/
Your site provides the error, yes, which means there is something on your side that is affecting it. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also if you have any custom code added, restore the theme to it;s default values. If you use a child theme, please activate the main theme and test again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please provide a link to your site pointing at a post that does not display the image properly. You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear all caches to exclude plugin conflicts.
Thank you!
Hello sot74,
Please ensure that you have fully downloaded the latest packet from Theme Forest and also, please ensure that you have right updated your theme. Please try to make a new install from scratch with the latest version of the theme using the FTP method because this is the surest method in this regard. For more information about this way, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/
I suspect your problem com from inadequate installation. Please try the above steps, clear all your caches and test it again and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
