What did you change before the images disappeared? do you have updates set to automatic? This is usually an issue. Visual composer works as expected on our end with the new or with the old version. THe WP update has nothing to do with the issue itself. It could be a plugin that is not compatible with the new version of wp so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. Try to re-create again the single image box with another image and check if it will be the same effect. Clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results. If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. I have tested this feature on my side with a default theme version and it seems to work as expected, without any problems.

Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme method, clear all the caches and purge CDN files if you are using Cloudflare and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Notice that before each theme install, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing your data.

First of all, make sure that you are using the latest theme version, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, purge all CDN files if you are using Cloudflare and check the results. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch, via FTP ay because this is the surest theme method, clear all the caches and check the results.

Please keep in mind that our YouTube Playlist does not have any limitations regarding on displaying videos, sorry! If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. If you are using the CDN system, purge all the files and check the results.
