Hello Lavesh,
If you cannot see the images, it could be a plugin conflict and not a theme update issue. You probably have a js error in your browser console that breaks the lazyload animation. Try to find which one of your plugins causes the issue and remove/replace it. This is done by disabling all plugins at once, clearing the cache and resetting/purging cdn files if you use it. Then re-activate the plugins one by one testing your site after each one to see which one causes the images to break
Or it could not be a plugin at all and it could be a custom modification you made or your child theme that needs updating as well. The child theme is not updated proof. Try to switch to the main theme to test it out.
I hope this helps.
Thanks.
Hello capnsmak,
There seems to be an issue with the access token in the current version of the social counter.
Please download this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip
And very important: clear all your caching including the browser cache. Example for Chrome: https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY
Now the access token should work as before.
If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello WENHUI,
Please check your plugins list and if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all the caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. If you are using the CDN system, try to purge all the files, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results. Should work as expected.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
This is a plugin conflict as we have encountered plugins that removed theme options in the past. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
This is a strange issue. We have not encountered it before. It could be a conflict somewhere so please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If the issue is still there afterwards, please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation.
Thank you!
Hi,
I cannot say for sure where the errors appear on your site but they do not seem to be css related.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Hello Gaizkan,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are some untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. If you want to use all the theme settings without any problems, you should use only our tested plugins, clear all the caches and CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi all,
I have upload the theme to the new version and I have been experienced problems since then.
Some of the posts don’t show any images.
When a post show images, as soon as they are shown, the menu disappear. If I scroll down the page and scroll up again the menu is shown.
I have cleared the cache on the server and the CDN. I try it with chrome and microsoft Edge. Still nothing.
Could you assist please?

UPDATED: If I deactivate “USE LOADING ANIMATION IMAGE” the images are shown
UPDATED: I deactivate STICKY MENU Smart snap option and the menu is showing always.
Nevertheless I would like some advice to activate those options I have deactivated.
Thanks

Please note that you use visual composer on posts and this was never the intended way of using the page builder.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, clear any caching installed and CDN files as well. Then update the theme again using this method
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Now check to see if you can access the posts properly.
Thanks

Yup, you need Gzip compression and a CDN.
For that I will suggest you use a CDN, Cloudfare is free and easy to setup. Reduces bandwidth cost as well increase speed of your site.
Basic follow up recommendations are already provided by the developers. I will give you some additional tips (considering you are using the mobile theme plugin already):
1. Optimize images
>Reduce the size of files just before uploading. Use this software- Caesium, and set quality to 80 (i set 60-80 depending on existing size). Resize image to 1280 maximum, unless you really need to show images with high quality.
>Use Wp Smush and regenerate thumbnail plugin.
2. Use a CDN– Cloudfare is free. Its easy to set up too.
3. Https support– trust me, its really good. You can always google https vs http to find why https is good. You can get a FREE SSL certificate from Cloudfare indeed and implement it on your website.
4. Remove query strings– so far, i use Remove Query Strings From Static Resources plugin to fix it. Query strings are actually calling server for something specific.
5. Use WP Super cache (supported by theme) and Cloudfare and yes, GTMetrix plugin. These 3 will make your website god of speed.
6. Heartbeat control– its pretty much for reducing load on your server, not recommended if you can’t implement it properly.
7. Wp Optimize– cleans out waste garbage in your database.
Hope this helps. I personally tested them all out. So far, i just couldn’t figure out a way to fix those etags.
Hello,
I have tested the block header 5 style again but it seems to be working properly:
https://www.screencast.com/t/O5e8Xua38
There could be something on your end affecting it.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hello,
I have tested the site on both android and iOS but it seems to have difficulties in loading the site correctly. I have not encountered the social icons problem but we have seen the menu not loading so there is clearly a problem in loading the correct content on your site.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Let us know how it goes
Thank you!
This usually happens because of code modifications or plugins. Please try to disable all plugins, clear cache and reset cdn files, and restore the theme to it’ s default state. Then test again.
Thanks
Hello,
This is most likely a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

I downloaded this, http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip, but it still not working, and showing Version 4.1. Even Facebook counter on your demo are not working. Please provide the latest td-social-counter plugin.
Well, simple way to test … try it; if your site works, then it works.
It works fine on all my TagDiv sites running NewsMag, so not sure why it would not work for you. All it does is load the jquery script from Google CDN — same way Google fonts loaded — vs loading the local copy from your theme folder/WP install.
However, you *do* want to check to see if perhaps you need to update that to a later version, easily checked by seeing which version is being loaded now with WP/theme. e.g., 1.12.4 might need to be 2x or 3x (1.12.14 was last of v1). 1.12.4 was the standard as of WP 4.6.
No other voodoo involved 🙂
If you don’t have a specific reason to do this, then probably shouldn’t.

Hello,
The options may seem to be bad but unfortunately this step must be taken. I suggest a different approach though. Do not disable them one by one but rather disable all of the plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme. Then test the site without plugins or modifications and see if the problem goes away. Once you see the problem is gone, enable them one by one testing the site after each plugin you enable in order to identify the one that causes the issue.
Thank you!
Hello,
If the search does not work, it could be a plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. I used the method in stackexchange.com, added this code to the top of the .htaccess file.
<FilesMatch “\.(ttf|otf|eot|woff|woff2)$”>
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://cdn.whybiotech.com”
</IfModule>
</FilesMatch>
Icons are still broken. What else could be the problem?
