Hi,

I have checked your site and found a lot of errors in your console, most of them js errors which can cause the search issue: http://screencast.com/t/5o5xik99
You should start by deactivating all plugins, leaving just the Visual Composer plugin active, empty cache, purge files(if you use any CDN plugins) and check for this again.
Please let me know if this helps!

Thanks

Best bet is to remove all demo content — demo content is just intended to jumpstart development and not intended for live sites. Go through your “all posts” index from your WordPress admin panel, and jump to –> last page; then work backward to delete posts which are not actual live content.

Similarly, go to your WP admin and look at categories under > Posts > Categories, and remove any categories from the demo content you’re not using.

Only you can fix issues with content which is on your website. Any content which is not “hidden” at the per post level will show up in your sitemap, and be read by Google. Any category which has content attached to it, will also show up in your sitemap, and be indexed by Google.

Removing the content, then clearing all your caches, CDN cache, etc., then resubmitting your sitemap to Google via your Webmaster Tools account will help clean that up.

Hi,

I have checked your site and found that the sticky menu doesn’t work on android system also so first please make sure that you have this option set from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/CKiaVccu6jU
Secondly make sure you deactivate all plugins and turn off js minifier, empty all cache and purge files (if you use any CDN plugin) as I also noticed that you have some js errors on your console which can cause this: http://screencast.com/t/aDcYmFsZ5
After doing all this please check again if the sticky menu feature starts working.
Please let me know if this helps!

Thanks

Hi,

The speedbooster plugin moves the style to the bottom of the page so this can be due to this as you probably have some custom css added in theme panel.. or this could be due to a plugin.
Please make sure first that this is due to the speedbooster plugin as this could cause conflicts with other plugins so empty all cache and also purge files if you use CDN, disable all plugins leaving active only the speedbooster plugin and visual composer and check for this again.
Hope this helps! Please let me know.

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks Christopher!
This should not happen, please make sure you deactivate all plugins then empty cache and purge files if you use any cache or CDN plugins.
Also please make sure you have installed the theme right: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installation/
And also that you have installed the Visual Composer plugin from the plugins folder within the theme files.
You can also check if this options are checked: http://screencast.com/t/IZILWdFW
Also make sure you use the latest theme version (4.5) with the 4.3.4 VC plugin version.
Please let me know if you manage to get this done.
Hope this helps!

Thanks

Works great with wordpress 4x…
You may need to make sure you follow install instructions, and make sure you install visual composer included with theme.

If using cache or cdn you need to fully clear all caches to ensure loading of updated content.

Thanks.

For anyone considering it: MaxCDN has been somewhat disappointing :/

Are you sure using Mac and Firefox generates this issue? I have tested your site again but still didn’t found any issues: http://screencast.com/t/62LKxbmZLS4q

Probably a caching issue. Try resetting your caching plugin or/and CDN data, if using any of that — 99% of the time it’s the culprit!

1) clear your cache; if using local cache or a CDN
2) make sure you cleared cache prior to uploading new theme; make sure you updated theme by removing old folder and uploading new theme folder vs “over writing”
3) make sure you fully clear your browser cache to make sure you’re seeing the new style sheets if you did (1) and (2) properly
4) sometimes the widgets reset, and you’d need to redo the widget/sidebar for homepage
5) any changes you made to templates, style.css, functions.php. need to be redone as they are lost on upgrade

hi,

First please make sure you check this without any plugin active and empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache or CDN plugins.
Please let me know what you find and also send your site’s URL so I can inspect this.
Regarding your request we will consider them for the next updates but because we have over 160 features requests we have to be very carefully what we pick so we will implement this is more people will ask for it.
You can try to add something like this to your page to resemble your request of an parallax header: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/full-width-image-header-on-hompage/#post-18712
Hope this helps!

Hi,

This may be due to other plugins, maybe some that add other shortcodes and remove those from the theme. Please make sure you deactivate all plugins and check this again. Also empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache or CDN plugins.

Hi,

You should deactivate all plugins and check again. The problem in your case is not that the link on categories tags don’t work is that the category page it’s not loading.
Deactivate the plugins and empty cache if you use any and also purge files if you use any CDN plugins.
Please let me know what you find.

Thanks

Hi,

Please keep in mind for future updates to deactivate plugins also empty cache and purge files if you use any cache or CDN plugins this usually helps you find what causes issues or fixes them.
Regarding captcha, for now, I can only inform you that we have this on our todo list and consider it for future updates and to be honest we haven’t decide yet if we will implement it or not so I can’t give you an exact answer. What I can do though is to point you to a discussion about this which maybe you can find useful: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-think-captcha-in-registration-is-good-idea/
You can also follow this topic to find out how you can get the best page speed score: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/pagespeed/
