Hi,
I have made some tests on my website and the images are looking good. Everything works as expected. Also, I have tried to access your website but it seems does not work, sorry! First of all, please disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem persists, please provide some useful screenshots with the problem so we can take a closer look at it. Also, you can email us to contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) for more further investigations.
Thank you!
I’ve figured it out,
While searching for a solution I’ve noticed quite a few other people with the same issue so if you use litespeed, the solution is here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cdn-issue-7/#post-11641907
I’m using litespeed cache and my CSS is being loaded from a CDN.
Non of my amp pages are working when I do this and I get the following error:
The style[amp-custom] element is populated with:

If I don’t serve via the CDN everthing works fine.
I’ve tried a few different plugins to see whether it was an issue with litespeed and i get the same problem with all the other CDN plugins.
Hi,
I have checked your website setup and I saw that you are using the latest version of WP Bakery 6.0.3 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/IMe9RMpjWB which is not yet tested with our theme, sorry! The WP BAckery version which comes bundled with the theme core files is 6.0.2 and which also return good results. Please roll back to that version, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at it. Please do not post here your credentials because the forum is public and anyone from forums members can access your wp-admin and it’s not safe.
Thank you!
Hi Bogdan,
Here is the link to my comment on Newspaper on themeforest.com – https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609/comments?page=873&filter=all#comment_22267321
My problem is the the video format has disappeared. I’ve been using Newspaper for years, but suddenly the video post option is gone. It’s strange because I can still play the videos on the front end that I originally inserted in the website, but when I go to the admin panel to look at the video posts from the back end, there’s no option for a video post.
Here is what I did to try to fix the problem but the video post format still doesn’t show:
1) I disabled all the plugins except page builder and cleared the cache but the video post format is still not visible.
2) I don’t know what cdn is so I assume it’s not being used on my site.
3) I don’‘t have any custom code.
4.) I don’‘t use a child theme.
Thanks for any help you can give!
Hi,
In the footer with multiple columns, how can I change the type of content that assigned to each column?
Ideally, one of the columns would contain Menu items; is this possible?

Hi,
Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized.
Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/
There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us, you could check some of them

Hi,
I have checked your website and I saw that you have some errors through your console as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/s4FdpP68 First of all, please remove all of the untested plugins because I saw that you are using something like this, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. After this, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Also, provide CPanel access.
Thank you!
@simon, even I thought the same. The mobile cache might be causing it, but as mentioned, I’ve disabled it, and it turns out, even the CDN is causing the issue. I also tried wp-super-cache, but the problem with the mobile version still exists.
Yes, same here. Please, advice on that. Anything related to cache or CDN?

@simon I disabled cdn on mobile and also disabled caching and that’s why it’s working. The moment I enabled any one of them, I get both errors that’s mentioned here. Would like to know if there’s a way I can still serve images over the cdn.
I use keycdn and wp rocket for caching.
Hi,
Please make sure if you have cleared all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Once that plugin was disabled, should not work.
Thank you!

In this specific element, is there a way to have the images link to pages instead of posts?

Thank you
I would like to have images with buttons as seen in this example on the Nature Love demo/theme on my homepage. Can you please tell me what element it is?

Thanks
Hi, thank you! The banner image takes you to the home page.
Just checked the homepage and the 6 – 10 images aren’t linking as I haven’t set them to link. Setting them to link in the media settings has fixed the issue.
I’m using this: https://github.com/GiacomoLaw/tagdiv-cdn-modal/blob/master/tagdiv-cdn-modal.php as I have a CDN, so I need to use that to fix it as Tagdiv haven’t allowed CDNs to be used with the modal.
Adsense provides two codes for AMP auto-ads, one for head tag and the other one for body tag.
This one is for the head tag of AMP:
<script async custom-element=”amp-auto-ads”
src=”https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-auto-ads-0.1.js”>
</script>
And this one is for body of AMP:
<amp-auto-ads type=”adsense”
data-ad-client=”ca-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx”>
</amp-auto-ads>
Where do I place both codes in theme panel?
Hello !
Please make sure that you have cleared your cache to purge CDN files and check the results. We do recommend using the WP Super Cache wich you can find here: https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ ; And you can configure the mobile settings from the Mobile Theme tab in the Theme Panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/NLG7jSf4
Thank you !
Hi,
Please edit tagdiv composer plugin and add this line here – https://www.screencast.com/t/TNXxa3HeKeZ
<title><?php wp_title('|', true, 'right'); ?></title>
Or delete your current td-composer and reinstall this plugin – http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/td-composer.zip
We have also fixed this into the live package. Sorry for inconvenience!
Thanks for reporting!
Hi Catalin,
Thanks for reply. Yes, I have activated the options I want to use. I have emptied the cache of the web plugin. I opened an incognito window (anonymous) and nothing, the problem persists.
I don’t use cdn, I only use cloudflare as a DNS provider. The cnd is disabled (it always has been). PC test:
https://fotos.subefotos.com/cdc8a1c8b661adbfd8573ed59c44e37co.jpg

What could be the mistake?
Thanks, Jose
Hi Susan,
Unfortunately, please note that the JetPack is a problematic plugin and also, we do not recommend using it because in some cases, it might break the site layout. I recommend you to disable it and regenerate all of your images using the Thumbnails Regenerate plugin or Force Regenerate. Clear all the caches to purge CDN files and check the results.
Thank you!
Hi cahpolli,
Switch to the main theme from Child Theme, if you are using some untested plugins, disable all of them, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know!
Thanks.
Hi,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Catamaran as font family with 300 value as font weight. Try to enable this value from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/69LgtRGsE1, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please notice that writing multiple times in the same topic only delays the answer. In order to get a fast response, please write once and wait for an answer. We answer from oldest to newest so if you keep posting, your post is moved to fresher ones thus receiving the answer later until we answer all posts before your last reply.
Something is blocking access to the file I mentioned, a permission setting maybe. Maybe these topics would help, or you could contact the CDN support for some assistance

Adding this to my functions.php file, or uploading it as a plugin worked for me:
// td modal img on all images
function add_responsive_class($content){
$content = mb_convert_encoding($content, 'HTML-ENTITIES', "UTF-8");
$document = new DOMDocument();
libxml_use_internal_errors(true);
$document->loadHTML(utf8_decode($content));
$imgs = $document->getElementsByTagName('img');
foreach ($imgs as $img) {
$existing_class = $img->getAttribute('class');
$img->setAttribute('class', "td-modal-image $existing_class");
}
$html = $document->saveHTML();
return $html;
}
add_filter('the_content', 'add_responsive_class');
Also lets you use modal images if you use a CDN like I do. Here is proof of working: https://www.thenerdystudent.com/2019/05/newspaper-speed/
