This is a known issue. Please disable rocket loader from your cdn.
This is usually a cdn issue. i see you use rocket loader because of the mobile background issue that happens on your site on the first load.

If you will check our demo preview from here -> you will see that the main menu is omnipresent for all the website pages, sorry! Most likely, this problem comes from your untested plugins. Try to disable all of these, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If you need more assistance, please provide your website URL.

Unfortunately for removing the website and links is no option in tagDic Cloud Library , you can use some custom css to hide some of them, if those are not important.

I have inspected your post page and Isaw that you are using Article top and Article Inline ad. You need to check your Article Inline ad and add to be placed after more than 1 or two paragraphs to avoid being one beneath another, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yfTXNHmWTpjz

As for APC full page cache, if you can find some plugins that are compatible with Newspaper Theme, then it should work.
