After theme update please check the theme plugins to be updated and activate in specially tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library if you are using elements from cloud -> https://www.screencast.com/t/aNq9x55w or visual Composer ( now WPBakery ) if you use it to build your website.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2

I don’t understand. This is how Smart Lists worked prior to the new Cloud Library plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/. Does this no longer work?
Also, if I modify my Cloud Library template from Single Post Content to Single Post Smartlist like you suggest in the bottom two screenshots, won’t it change all of my articles to Smart Lists?

If you make an update to the theme all settings from theme panel will remain, only the changes from theme files will be override, so first you’ll need to make a full backup to your website ( the files that are change in child theme will not be override ).
If you are using child theme please deactivate it until you make the update.

I noticed the following problem with Cloud Temple at PHP 7.3. And if you enable the optyce option in PHP 7.3, the page stops working. The Cloud Temple plugin is the fault. it happens there on all tested installations

If you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library you need to edit the template with tagDiv Composer and set in sidebar the elements you need.+

Usually this errors appear when you have an cloud element from tagDiv Cloud Library and you deactivate this plugin, usually this is fixed by activate the plugin.

Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Unfortunately, in that case, you need to use another Pos Template which does not display you the featured image, like post template style 5,12 or you can create your own post template using the Cloud Library template. This is the default functionality of WordPress. The CPT has another taxonomy and it will not work with our Cloud Template Library, sorry! In principle, the Cloud Template is a CPT which has been designed to works as expected with all the theme’s elements.

If they are pages you can edit the page and remove the ads.
If the ads are in widget sidebars in posts and pages, maybe create sidebars without ads and set them.
If the ads are in the post content (top, inline or bottom ad spots) the theme does not have settings for specific posts. All it has are general settings to hide them per device

Hiding them with CSS is permitted by Google when using media queries

Maybe use a plugin such as Adrotate to better manage the ads in the website. There are many theme users that recommend this plugin. I believe it has settings for what you have to do per specific posts.

When I updated the theme, there is not blank page available from the list of page builders on the right sidebar. I need to remove the standard header on one of my pages and use the header from the Tagdiv Cloud library.
And what should I do to have the TagDiv Cloud Library? because it doesn’t appear in the available plugins
