Hello,
Please activate the tagdiv Cloud Library plugin and cleat the cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide more details about what issues you have when you update the theme.
My recommendation is that before updating the theme to make a full backup for the database and current website, disbale the extra plugins during the update process, after that update the theme manually – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (after the theme update, make sure that the needed plugins are installed, like tagDiv Composer, maybe tagDiv Standard Pack and tagDiv Cloud Library).
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Hello Gus!
If you will use cloud templates, then you can easily modify the size of every element: https://prnt.sc/TgRPw6BaLHFJ

Hi,
When you import a prebuilt website, this will apply to the entire website, including the homepage. You can import only the cloud templates from Cloud Library and design them after you can apply them.
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
I don’t have a mobile page, as you can see in this screenshot: pic 1 https://app.screencast.com/A13Cvz4Mav6UY
However, when I attempted to create one using the cloud library, it didn’t provide the “Newspaper Default Mobile Theme.” Instead, it offered a different theme which caused misconfigurations throughout the site.
Here’s how the mobile page currently looks: https://app.screencast.com/42sCvOFuR0PuP
I’d like to change it to a responsive design, similar to what’s displayed in this Div Tag when viewed on a desktop: https://app.screencast.com/A0Z9QQgrIQPrZ
Could you guide me through the process step-by-step?
Best regards,
Leonardo
I was able to get the theme installed and activated with all of the plugins installed, but when I go to edit my newly created homepage the edit page the “edit with tagdiv” and cloud library buttons along the top do not show. It appears that I can only edit the raw code of the page. Any suggestions?
Hello Leonardo!
This should be green if you select it: https://prnt.sc/IfEsHtzdEvrk
That’s all. Clear your cache and you can check your responsive version.
The responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

Hello Simon!
These are the default templates(you need to have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active) and they are not working as cloud templates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hi,
You need first to have the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin installed and you need to get from the cloud a single post template that you like – https://i.imgur.com/L0GpuQl.png then you can use the tagDiv Composer to add/remove the elements – https://i.imgur.com/QzVP9kH.png – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU
Sidebars Tutorial – https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
Thank you!
I discovered the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin causes a Critical Error Warning when it is active and I click on a blog post. When I deactivate it, I can click on and see the blog post just fine, however at that point the website is super ugly as we need the tagDiv Cloud Library active.
What can I do to fix this?
PositiveLifeTips.com is the website.
Hi,
To have this option, you need to use a single post template, please check this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ to apply a single post template to your posts.
Thank you!
Hello @theheritagelab !
a) We do not have any other tested plugins. Sorry!
b) Cool.
c) Disable this option if this is enabled: https://prnt.sc/uuag239louz7
Also, try to reload the template from the Cloud Library. Clear all the cache and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello @Finnedsgang !
We have some settings for the rows and different stretch sizes: https://www.screencast.com/t/bsbB5P97A -> https://prnt.sc/icoqdTR9_DMS
You can build your own sigle post template design or import it from Cloud Library, for example: https://prnt.sc/JACaGmUxXKH9
Thank you!
Hi,
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello @cbisha !
One category has a widget, and the other one doesn’t.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

I was in the process of changing the default category image for one of the categories, during this process my wordpress admin pages would no longer load. I disabled all the plugins and determined that the TagDiv Composer Plugin is at the root of the problem. The wordpress admin pages work when I enable all plugins accept the TagDiv composer plugin. I even tried test just enabling the TagDiv composer plugin on its own and with the TagDiv Cloud Library plugin. Same result the wordpress admin pages fail to load. I tried to reinstall the plugins as well, using the Newpaper theme interface the tagDiv Composer plugin installed but the Cloud Library plugin generated a “failed” message. Note the admin pages once again would not load after doing this. Can you please provide assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Hello,
Indeed the sticky sidebar from the theme panel have a problem with the extra class that should made the sidebar sticky (that class is no longer apply). This will be fixed in the coming update.
As an alternative what we can suggest is to use a single post template from cloud library – https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
If you had the footer made using widgets, then please check if those were not moved from footer columns in inactive widgets.
Thank you!
Hi GusV, if you are referring to the theme panel option for the sticky sidebar, there was a problem with it in the theme panel. This will be fixed in the coming update.
