Hello, I am trying to design a membership system for my news site, but we created the header area ourselves and I don’t want to use a ready-made cloud header. I can add the member login area as a shortcode, but the personalization parts are very insufficient.

I couldn’t find how to integrate the login templates in the cloud to the login button in this header. What can I do?

Hi, our site is running very slowly to the point that the homepage times out sometimes. The hosting company has confirmed there’s nothing wrong on the server or Cloudflare side. Is there anything we can do to fix this from a theme perspective?

After update to 12.6.5 from 12.5.4 a blue bar appears in the top of my site.

This appears also on non-logged users, mobile and normal site.

Already deleted cache from redis and cloudflare. So i supose this is a bug from code.

How we can fix this ?

I have no idea why but every few days the tagDiv Cloud Library disables itself breaking the header of the website and showing code instead…
Can somebody help me figure out why?
I’m at a loss.

I want to override the search function to navigate to do the search on another website.
How can i change the code of the cloud template? If I cannot how can I copy the cloud template design to make it local so that the theme will look like the cloud template and then I can just make my changes in the code?

I have just updated the theme. As usual, all of the TagDiv plug-ins are missing and need to be re-installed. However, I cannot find them anywhere. When I go to “add plug in” and type in “tagdiv” nothing comes up. If I search “newsletter,” I cannot find the TagDiv newsletter. I also need the composer, cloud library and the standard pack. How do I add these back in?

My site was originally setup using the TagDiv Standard Pack. Now want to transition entirely to Cloud Templates but unsure of the process. Is there a tutorial to guide users through this?

Questions that come to mind:

• When the site was first created, we used a prebuilt demo as a foundation to work with. Should that demo be uninstalled?
• Creating new headers and footer cloud templates – is there a way to import the standard header and footer as we have them configured, or must we start from scratch?
• Page Templates (Homepage and Page) – are these necessary if the pages are already built manually using composer?
• When a cloud template is imported, it automatically scales to fit the width of the site. Is there a way to change that width site wide? I assume the width is derived from the original installed demo.

Good morning, I have 2 problems with my plugin.

Unfortunately my theme SQL tables are hacked and constantly redirecting other add websites etc.
I need to clean these SQL DB tables and re-install the theme.

Could you please tell me what SQL tables are used? I can’t see any obvious ones in phpMyAdmin.

I just installed the theme and unfortunately there are several problems.

If I install a pre-built site everything stops working (the pages redirect to themselves, creating loops).

I installed the theme on my server but I did not activate public DNS (I set hosts file locally)

HI Guys,

I’m trying to transfer the theme to a the replacement website which is a fresh wp install.
I’ve tried the export and import of the theme settings, it works but doesn’t seem to import much.

Is there an easy way or do I need to transfer each of the cloud templates and reconfigure everything manually?
