You can build the categories for your product in Dashboard -> Products -> Categories.
Please make sure that you need to choose the correct category for each product.

You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please disable it.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

But this is a cloud template, the strange thing is that I have installed this template on 3 other sites and I haven’t had any kind of problem after the update. http://www.infomessina.it is a site on which I installed this theme and this identical template. What may have happened?

1. You can upload the font to the theme panel under “custom fonts” by following the instructions at https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/. After doing this, you should typically not experience this problem.
2. You have a cloud template, so you need to make the changes with tagdiv Composer and delete the logo from the theme panel. Please let me know what template you use for posts. If you have a cloud template, then you can only delete the element with a right-click. If you have a standard template from Theme Panel, then you need to use a custom code css

I have two problems:
when trying to activate the “tagDiv Composer” plugin, the site stops working and writes on a white background:
“A critical error has occurred on the site. Please check your admin mail inbox for further instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
when trying to activate the “tagDiv Cloud Library” plugin in the plugins menu, it says that the plugin is activated but shows another problem:
“PLUGINS DISABLED AUTOMATICALLY – The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper: tagDiv Cloud Library”
how do I activate these plugins and avoid the error?

We have the ‘Reviews System’ disabled in the Theme Panel, but the Reviews and Review Emails still show up in other plugins such as Yoast. Is there a way to disable the Reviews System entirely?
Also, ‘Cloud Templates’ are identified by Yoast. Is it okay to turn these off in search results? I presume it would apply just to the templates, and not the posts using said templates?

how to edit single post pages using tagdiv composer. I can only see cloud library and prebuilt templates, but i am unable to edit them using tagdiv composer.
Also the “post settings” from newspaper “Theme Panel” has predefined templates which i cannot edit as per my needs.

Please note that you cannot assign a page template to a different template. But you can add sections or edit two pages with the tagdiv composer and copy-paste the elements. If they are the same for both templates, then they will be copied successfully.
