I’m using one of tagDiv’s PRO pre-built site and have also imported a few other cloud templates. However, I see that even the templates are published on my live site. Here’s is an example of Single Post Template:
https://example.com/tdb_templates/single-post-template/
I would only expect the single posts to be published, but not the template themselves.
Is there any way to stop the templates from being published?

When you log in to the WordPress management screen, the display of the website when you log out is very different.
(i.e. it doesn’t show up in the original correct layout when you log out, it’s broken)
・Clearing the cache does not change the situation.
・By the way, I do not use any CDN services such as Cloudflare.
What do you think is influencing this?

Could you explain how to fix it ?
Followed every step you wrote but still had the same issue. In the end I`ve downgraded the thenme version from 12.5 to 12.4 and now everything works just fine.

You should update the theme and plugins too.
Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
3. install TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
4. activate TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
Delete all the cache and let me know the results!

Now I have I’ve deactivated the cloud library and I can access everything but my web is quite messy since I use cloud library pre-built header, footer…

Cloudflare is one of the most popular platforms in the market, and if one of its most used plugins conflict with your template, shouldn’t you look to fix this? I love the template and we use it across many sites, and for the most part, its very stable and well supported. I’d appreciate it if you could add this to your todo list for the next update. It was in fact Rocket loader that had disabled the functionality.

You activate the mobile theme plugin, deactivate it, and clear the cache.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions

Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

You can set a filter for that block. Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on the elements and start customize them.

After updating, when trying to switch from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0, the site breaks. Although the homepage (main page) is fine, whenever I try to access any article, it triggers a critical WordPress error.
The only error that is displayed in the PHP viewer is the following:

So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can disable the mobile theme plugin on the pages from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby

Hi Anamaria,
I’ve added the suggested CSS to my custom stylesheet but it still doesn’t work for the header or footer. The only way I can get it to render properly is if I add the additional CSS, otherwise, the header and footer wrap is full width and the drop shadow renders outside of the full browser width.

I have the website background colour set to #ffffff and have the boxed layout selected.
I also have the rows in the cloud header and footer templates set to ‘Default’ so they should be obeying the boxed layout setting from the theme panel but they aren’t.
The shadow works fine for the .td-main-content-wrap.

You can use flex block, posts loops,etc in pages. You only need to use cloud templates.
