I am using a prebuilt website from the Cloud library (Magazine PRO). To further customize my own page, I add elements to empty columns – in my case I am adding a Flex Block 3 element. The problem is that once it’s placed on my page, the style of that Flex Block is different from the style of the existing Flex Blocks (from the template). For example, the font is different, the spacing, the alignment etc. I would have expected that the added elements would adapt to the current template. Look at my screencast:

I selected Header Template 36 (DANCE – Ocean Club Party) from the Cloud. However, I don’t find the place where I can change the header image. The header image currently shows up in grey. Where can I replace this with my own image? Thanks!

I just designed a theme using cloud templates but the font assigned to the block, grid etc via cloud template, website manager and even through theme panel is different from what is being display on the site.

This what I am seeing after setting Rubik as the font.

font-family (stack): Rubik
Font being Rendered:
Times New Roman
100.0% (local)

All the fonts are being rendered as Times New Roman. Please help.

I receive this error “Error at rows: 9(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” when I insert a header from cloud template. Please advice.

I found a bug in the latest version of the theme.

I am using the Tech news demo and installed the required plugins like composer, cloud, newsletter and mobile theme.

While the above plugin activated, the option – Enable/Disable Mobile Theme on a single page breaks the layout on the mobile devices but when the tagDiv Mobile Theme is deactivated, it works fine.

I have tried deactivating, deleting existing plugins, and installing them again but no fix.

Please look into it and fix it asap.

Hello!

Upon trying to upload Cloud templates for header and footer styles, I have encountered an error. Uploaded headers are broken and displayed only as a list of tags on the frontend. I’ve tried a couple of different ones, all making the same error.

Prior to this problem, even trying to fetch existing cloud templates result in a red error message (500 Internal server error). The website was set up yesterday, with all the latest plugins and theme versions (all activated).

Hello and many thanks for helping me with this one:

I updated my test site to WordPress 5.9 and Newspaper 11.4.1 (required plugins are updated as well).

In posts that use an adjusted custom single post cloud template the font size does not equal anymore the one set in the theme panel when block typography is set to 32 in the editor – typography 32 is the default running on my live website that is still WP5.8 and Newspaper 11.3.1.

If I’m in editing mode for a post and change typography to either 15 or even 50, the post font is displayed correctly in preview.

Do I need to adjust any settings? Cache has been cleared after the updates.
