The WPBakery Page Builder plugin is and Bundled Plugin in our theme not a standalone plugin, please check the envato documentation for those plugins
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins therefore using a different version then the one provided by us is possible to not work.
Also, please notice that if you choose to use WPBakery Page Builder you need to use standard templates and not cloud templates. With cloud templates can appear layout issues, therefore you need to use only one of those templates: WPBakery Page Builder or tagDiv Cloud Library.

If you get the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, and is still not working, please check the rest of settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
An working alternative for that situation is to open the cloud library from the frontend. For example you need a cloud category, go on a category and click on cloud -> https://i.imgur.com/rtOlQ9K.png also the cloud can be opened from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/tSMIb9e.png

If the “Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
is only on one specific page, then please use the revisions https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/ because it is possible that the problem to be from the last changed from that page/ cloud template.

You can no longer install tagDiv Standard Pack because it is an older plugin and is used for standard templates.
The news prebuilt websites use cloud templates.
According to this message the folder already exists, you need to rename/delete that folder manually using FTP/cPanel, after installing the plugin from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc

I did what you asked, but it makes no difference. What I find weird is that it’s not the Div composer itself that’s crashing, but simply the page that lists all the cloud templates. Why would an overview page require so much memory?

After using a cloud template, I noticed that the Stick Menu is showing up when I scroll down the post.
I would like to disable it, but I can’t find where.
When the Header template is the default, I see the option to turn it off, but when I activate the Header of the downloaded template, I don’t find the option anymore.
Looking directly through Composer, I’m not finding it either.
Any tips on where to disable this ?

Please try to add that code after line “# END WordPress” in .htaccess and make sure your requirements are set as in the guide. If you use standard templates, please check if you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active.

For cloud templates, you should add the ads using the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads.
If you use auto ads, then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.

I’ve been using your Newspaper template for some weeks and I’m loving it. However, I’m running into some issues all of a sudden.
For some reason I can’t access the cloud templates anymore. When I click cloud templates, I get this error:

I looked in the server logs and this is the error:

I tried disabling all plug-ins, what I’ve found is: when both WooCommerce and tagDiv Composer are enabled, I get this error (so with ALL other plug-ins disabled). If I disable Woocommerce and enable tagDiv Composer it works, and if I disable tagDiv Composer and enable Woocommerce it works.
The weird thing is, its just the overview page that’s not working. I can actually edit the templates, just not access the page linking to them.Would you have any idea how to fix this?

When I edit my home page and save it, I get this error:
“Invalid page template. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
The page still saves and displays, but the error happens every time I save the page or import something from the cloud library. I don’t have a theme installed (I installed one a few days ago, but immediately uninstalled it). I do use a header from the cloud library and the errors happened after I edited it just a tad. I tried a different header and I get the same error.
How do I make this error go away?

I imported a London Pro Theme from cloud themes and started to change it for our purposes. And before WPML was installed it was all OK – I can edit header, footer and body from TagDiv Composer from any page.
Regarding your questions:
1. I’m using a Cloud template for header and footer (it comes from London Pro theme, as I mentioned before).
2. Regarding footer template. I understand that no button “Edit with TagDiv” is OK, maybe i missed it. But the problem is that I could edit it from frontend and after installing WPML editing possibilities gone. I tried to import another footer from Cloud Library but no luck – it has no editing functionality too.

The blocks can be done with our flex blocks.
You can place a sidebar very easy using our builder the tagdiv Composer plugin.
For example, you can add the sidebar from tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

The line can be a “separator” element(can be founded with the exactly that name on Composer). Inline texts, Categories/tags list elements can be used for the headers of the blocks line.
A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/

Hello,
We have a membership website on which users can see full post only if they are members.
On the category page, if the user is not logged in, the first post it’s shown different then the other posts, and it should look like the rest of the posts. This is happening regardless of the cloud template used.
Plugins used: WooCommerce, WooCommerce Memberships, WooCommerce Subscriptions.

You should add the text in the pages with the TagDiv Composer in order to edit the page with our builder. Unfortunately, we do not have cloud templates for any page, so you can assign it on multiple page.
If this is your homepage and you’ll like, then you can import a homepage design from our Cloud Templates while you edit this page with the TagDiv Composer.

2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library plugins
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library plugins
5. activate TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library plugins
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

The footer template does not have the button to be edited with the tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
You can edit with tagDiv Composer the footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF

Why can’t I edit fonts in Page? And Why Page doesn’t have a separate cloud template?
I have a new install we’re working on and I’m trying to embed a short-code for a stock ticker.

To be honest, I’m surprised there isn’t one in the theme.
Anyways, when I put in the column text widget and try to edit the content, the popup pops up and spins.
I don’t know if it matters but, all my PHP settings are up to the theme requirements, however, the theme only sees 40mb. On the server it is actually set to 256mb.

We’re using the latest Newspaper Theme and after installing last version of WMPL plugin we lost the possibility to edit header and footer from TagDiv Composer. Plz see screenshots https://prnt.sc/26nk9x4 and https://prnt.sc/26nka91
We still could edit the Header from the Cloud Templates menu, but the Footer lost the link “Edit with TagDiv” https://prnt.sc/26nkat2
I think it was after WPML install but I’m care to lost all work if we uninstall WMPL.
Please help me to resolve this.

The #1 problem is that I can’t update text (and therefore forms) on pages using an icloud template and tagdiv’s text editor. The text area just keeps spinning and never allows me to edit the text content.
