If you use a cloud template(your case), then you can edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Otherwise, if you use a default template, then you should make the changes in Theme panel.

You can use a header template / footer template from Cloud Library, and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also, if you use the standard header/footer from Theme Panel, for this you need to have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.

Unfortunately, for the default post templates there are no settings to customize tags.
You can choose a cloud/PRO post template, so you will have some settings to customize them in TagDiv Composer.

Have you checked for a plugin conflict?

Hi all,
Need some help with the making the height of the header template smaller. I’m using Header Template 47 – Podcasts from the cloud library.
I’ve tried modifying via tagdiv composer and modifying the css but not having any luck so far. Is there an option on the menu I am missing somewhere?
OK. So I did not have the optional “Standard Pack” plugin installed or activated. By simply adding this EVERYTHING recovered. All my previous customisation returned and the old options to customise from theme panel came back. Thank you!

Under the Welcome section of Newspaper Theme, all the newspaper plugins are showing as outdated. I have to manually update every single plugin and activate them to make everything work normally.
Also, during my first installation of the newspaper theme, I have to manually add all the plugins from the downloaded zip folder of Newspaper Theme (downloaded from Themeforest Official) because they refused to get downloaded from Newspaper Theme’s automatic cloud download.
I want all of the Newspaper Theme Stuffs including its plugins to be updated automatically.
Please solve my issue.

My activity of setting up the theme for my new website has been paused because I couldn’t find the homepage template template among Cloud Templates. Is there any solution?
when I put the <!–sse–> <!–/sse–> tags in the ad box of the newspaper themes I give it to save, but in the html code the code disappears <!–sse–> <!–/sse–> I can’t find a way to place it without the themes hiding it in the source code.
I must put the ad code within those tags, when viewing the page the ad appears fine, but when I see the source code the SSE tags are not there, and I need them for cloudflare to apply a security configuration.
I have tested those tags with the ad on another page of another themes and it works fine, it is shown in the source code. But with NewsPaper, no.

If you need a PRO/cloud template, you should use TagDiv Composer plugin.
Do not use both page builders on the same time.

In order to edit a page/post with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

The tagDiv Mobile Theme is supposed to work best with the AMP plugin enabled. But the AMP settings are unavailable with both plugins running together. More importantly, when enabled by itself, the AMP plugin now has multiple validation errors across a range of WordPress plugins, including your own tagDiv Composer (57), tagDiv Cloud Library (9) and tagDiv Standard Pack (1) that makes it unusable: https://ibb.co/cYfSFwR

I do not know exactly which element it is, but if you edit the page with TagDiv Composer, then in the left side you will see the name of the element.
I think it is about a posts loops element.
The Posts Loops settings are divided into 4 tabs: General, Layout, Style, and CSS. The Posts loop is a special block and doesn’t have filtering options.
Also, one of the options for pagination of the Posts Loop has the option for normal numbered and the flex blocks do not have this option.
The Posts Loop is automatically filtering the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example on the category page there will be posted posts from that category).

For the header, please make sure that you have set the Cloud library one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Also you could ask your host to restore you a backup if you had one. But unfortunately if it has been weeks I don’t think they are still able to do it.

Please make sure you have tagDiv plugins activated (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Standard Pack).
Also, make sure the thumbs are enabled => https://www.screencast.com/t/4qHoWTmhO you can check also if there is a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

After we have installed CloudFlare via WP Rocket, the Cloud Library is not loading on home page of emprunter-malin.com. In fact, it’s loading only to logged in users.

Beside, on the posts such as this one emprunter-malin.com/csg-revenus-locatifs/ the right bar should be sticky, but it isn’t.

WP Bakery is not a required plugin but it was initially used before we created our own page builder, tagDiv Composer.
So, now you can create pages with our page builder, tagDiv Composer.
If you use the WPBakery for pages, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WPBakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
You can try to deactivate the WP Bakery and use our page builder.
WPBakery works well if you have a standard prebuilt website installed and not a pro one that uses templates.

Hi! I am using your theme and plugin and I would like to globally override the get_author function located in wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_module.php file. Is there anyway to perform this? I am using a custom author control custom field.

It could have been different yesterday evening. The problem was with the mobile page setup.
Now I have another problem. With category pages.
I have a template set to global on each of them.
However, the newspaper remembers various earlier ones.
I imported a new one from the cloud – Category Template 47 – Pulses PRO
I set it to global, but the template on them doesn’t change.

Please help me one more time. I can not Add new Cloud Templates, shows “Invalid reply from server endpoint.“. It was loading perfectly before admin-ajax.php got fixed which blocking logo upload from tagDiv composer you know that.

I’m glad that you managed to solve your issue in the end.
Usually, the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

You don’t have to worry about the “vc” shortcodes, so it was implemented.
