Hello team,
I am unable to add a hyperlink to a button. Tried disabling all plugins but to no avail. I have also installed a fresh copy of WordPress 5.7 with the last newspaper theme, and the issue persists.
Refer to the sample test link button in this page. This is a fresh installation

Most of my Author Cloud Templates are displaying the incorrect header template/style. I have a particular header style set in my theme panel, but for some reason, most of my Author templates show a different style. It’s weird because when I edit the template, it shows the correct style, but the live website shows the incorrect style.

I edited a cloud template with tagdiv composer, and I wanted to add the Easy Table of Content plugin in. No matter add it in as a widget or a shortcode way, I can’t re-edit the template again once I exit the composer. It shows error 500. Every time I want some modifications, I need to create a new template, again and again.
Is that any problem with my operation? Or just a BUG?

The easiest solution for adding a banner there is to use “Ad box” element edited with TagDiv Composer, but this is working only for cloud/PRO post template and not for a default one which you use at the moment.
The file you should change it is at wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/loop-single.php
But, please note that any change you make in the files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again. Better save the code somewhere and then apply it again after update.

We are using the latest version of your Newspaper theme, but on our front page we get a lot of slow queries from the TD Composer. It is not a problem of server optimization (dedicated) since with other templates there are no problems. We are using a pro template from the cloud templates. Is there anyway we can optimize that so that the site would run better. Also we are using WP Rocket as a cache plugin, but out TTFB is not that great.

There are 2 things I am not able to figure out:-
1. If I use review/rating then it shows user ratings in the snippet and not the author name. How do I give star rating etc. with author name details added. It also gives missing info error in google search console.
2. I use a post type from cloud library and have standard pack disabled completely. If you hover the cursor over the featured image, it shows the image file name which may not be too relevant or presentable always. How to hide that. It doesnt happen on rest of the images in the post, just the featured image.

If you use default templates, please check if you have Standard Pack installed and active.
If you use cloud templates, then try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cahce plugin exists)
Also make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

About mobile page template if you made a page template and after that, you delete the mobile page without unassigned it from the page still be linked. To remove the linked mobile page you need to create the new one then select the new mobile page after that you can delete the mobile page.

The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, 404 etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple).
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.

I have debugged the issue on the staging website and even with all the plugins deactivated, except for TagDiv, the same error pops up:

Over the last couple of weeks my site (inparkmagazine.com) has been overrun with admin-ajax requests to the point of crashing the site. My host sent me this information to see if you could help.
“We’re still seeing a high amount of admin-ajax requests on the site (72% of the total traffic, which is a lot), and most of them are returning a 400 error code. Since all of these requests are uncached wp-admin requests, they are overloading the server resources.
Many of these requests (from the logs I can’t confirm if it’s all) returning a 400 error code are coming from the td-cloud-library plugin, so I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin developers to find out why it’s making so many calls and why it could be returning a 400.”

I’ve been working with the Mobile Theme Plugin for a few months now.
I want to deactivate this plugin now, because I don’t want to work with the Mobile Theme anymore, but with Cloud Templates.
1.) Can I just deactivate the plugin or do I need to do something before that?
2.) Can something break after deactivating? Or could it be that some pages are no longer accessible (archive, categories, etc.)?
3.) What should I check after deactivating the Mobile Theme Plugin?

If you use a cloud/PRO template, then you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS.
For a default template you should add the ads in theme panel.
So, in your case I see you use a cloud template and if you add the ads in theme panel, probably the ads are not displaying.

footer settings do not appear in the theme panel. We use the default pro of the cloud templated
Nor does it enable me the tagdiv when I open the footer templated – defaulto pro, to be able to edit it. How do I edit the footer? and I don’t know if something is wrong in the theme panel because it doesn’t take me some settings either. Thank you

That sidebar appears when using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

I love the new Podcast Theme, but the “Featured Audio” in a post only supports SoundCloud links. My podcasts are on Spotify and Mixcloud – would it be possible to use these in a future update? 🙂
I am having this issue as well. Saying that this is not reproducible is unacceptable from a support perspective. This is easily reproducible given the examples the other people have mentioned.
I tried in the following and they all failed.
Safari Version 14.0.3 (16610.4.3.1.7)
Chrome Version 89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) (x86_64)
FireFox 87.0 (64-bit)
The error I see is in td-cloud-library/assets/js/js_files_vue_modals_last.min.js when window.tdbVue is undefined.

Yes, the iGossip template use header style 10 which is a default template and you can set up the style from theme panel and build the design of the header, but you can not modify it with TagDiv Composer.
In Cloud Templates, you will find only cloud template which you can modify with TagDiv Composer.

Hi @madamcza, we use least (just 3-4) plugins and utilize Cloudflare for optimization and did several optimization at htaccess level.
I have set-up the “default newspaper” sidebar via backend > widgets > https://prnt.sc/11buwkd
No matter what i do – turning ON or OFF the “smart sidebar” in the ThemePanel… My sidebar does not appear anywhere…
I also have seen in old docs, that there was the possibility to add custom sidebars for each category but i do not even have those settings in the “PER PAGE” category settings – no matter if i choose local or cloud template…
why?
