Hi everybody,
I’m trying to edit my cloud templates, but when hitting edit with tag composer it redirects me to 404 page!!!
It’s a nightmare, please help me…
Also if i create a new template from wordpress dashboard > cloud templates > it doesn’t import and redirect me to 404 tagdiv composer!
I imported “Header Template 62 – Gadgets Pro” and enabled it as the active header. In tagDiv Composer, I can replace the header logo image with an uploaded one, but it doesn’t show. I see the site title and tagline but not the inserted logo image. Doesn’t show in the Composer as I edit, when clicking View or after saving and viewing the live site. Perhaps this template is busted or incompatible with the Newspaper Pro theme? I imported the Nomad Pro header and it works. You can delete this post. There’s no option for me to delete.

Is there any way for Cloud Templates to inherit the theme defaults? It’s time consuming to make the look and feel of the template similar to the rest of the site as the text and colour schemes etc appear to be hardcoded in the designer.
If not, this would be a great feature addition 🙂
Hi Anamaria,
I have imported a cloud template and tried to tweak a little. Tried ur method to align the categories and tags on a single row using the inline method but failed for both desktop and mobile view.
Unlike shown in your video, when I added the categories, it appeared center-align and I couldn’t make it left-aligned unless I add -140 margin on the left. And making the element ‘inline’ didn’t work as well.
Here’s the page that I tried it on: http://tapa-global.hostinghunk.com/zuellig-pharma-hong-kong-demonstrates-supply-chain-excellence-in-the-pharmaceutical-industry-by-achieving-tapa-tsr-certification-with-sgs/
Please let me know how I can solve this issue.
Thank you,
Jasmine
Hi,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 3(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
Also, this seems to be a new kind of problem and we like to make some investigation if you are agreed to send us – WP admin link and credentials at contact@tagdiv.com.(Please make a full backup before sending the email)
Thank you!
Hi,
You can achieve that using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer on all viewports (or better import a blank one).=> https://i.imgur.com/hcXEveR.png
Thank you!
Hi,
Prebuilt Website “Newspaper Magazin Pro” was built with tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, therefore the entire website layout can be edited from front-end using the theme builder(tagDiv Composer). So the sidebars from this prebuilt website were made and can be edited with tagDiv Composer (sidebar on posts/pages/categories/authors/..).
Maybe you add a new page and this has set the page attribute Page Builder + Latest Articles + Pagination for this you can check our guide from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
If this isn’t what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
Thank you!
Apologies if this has been brought up recently, but I’ve just gone to update 10.3.9.1 on WordPress and it says theme update failed – has anyone had this issue?

Hi
I am not from support, and am using the theme like you. I think it’s because the inner page (podcasts) is not an actual page but a category layout. Tagdiv composer will work on pages like homepage, contact etc., found under pages section in WordPress. You can change the layout of category pages by choosing different templates from theme panel though. I think but am not sure, that it’s possible to customise a category template from cloud library. I hope it helps
Hi,
The tdb_header_search.php if is on a different line you can delete tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Composer and reinstall them from Newspaper > plugins and it should be on the same line as for me, if not, search for the code line and add the aria-label attribute like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/iyvML1u00
The line code for twitter background color is this one -> https://i.imgur.com/3ncfflE.png from wp-content/plugins/td-social-counter/shortcode/td_block_social_counter.php
Normal it should work for Newsletter, if you made the implementation in the same way as for the rest of Accessibility issues.
There will be soon a theme update that hope will fix those accessibility issues.
Thank you!
Mobile theme-Version is not visible/loading on Mobile Phone on HOMEPAGE there is a page visible with only the last articles. We have create a mobile version as you explain in documentation. All other plugins are disable, also cloudflare cache. We have try everything, AMP, Mobile+AMP, Disable AMP on homepage – everything!! Mobile version of the homepage theme is not showing on phone. Website is liberta-news.gr
The Homepage (cloud) has an Mobile Template (created with same content)
Same problem for Single Post or category, it seems that this do not read the mobile cloud templates
Hello!
Yes, you are right. You can have that setting, only if you use a cloud/PRO template.
Thank you!
Hello!
It is recommended not to minify the HTML when you are using the TagDiv Composer and Cloud Library because it might break them just like it happened in your case.
For the live version of the website, there shouldn’t be any problem with that.
If you use a plugin to minify your HTML, then check for an option to not minify the HTML for admins and only for guests.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hi mikabo,
We have some documentation about standard templates from our theme, this can be find here -> https://i.imgur.com/ji8ajXC.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/api-footer-template-introduction/ unfortunately this documentation is not covering cloud templates, those are custom post types made by our developers to can be use with our theme builder and create new elements and style from basic elements. The new elements are store in database. All files that are use for wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library for example the elements from each cloud template, author, category, single … are set here -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes
Thank you for your understating!
Hi,
Unfortunately the sub-categories can not be order, there is no option for this in theme.
Also you are using a standard category template and it can be adjusted from here https://i.imgur.com/tjq65Kd.png and here https://i.imgur.com/5e0E1C9.png if you want some more control, you can use a category cloud template from tagDiv cloud library, this can be adjusted with tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hi,
That is possible. A post template can be set in a few ways. Either in general if the posts are set to use the theme panel setting https://prnt.sc/y05jpe -> https://prnt.sc/y05k00
Or per post by selecting the post template directly https://prnt.sc/y05krb
So you can set a post template of your choosing, standard or cloud, for the posts you want.
The mobile theme uses its own post template, regardless of the template that is set for desktop. So the mobile theme + AMP posts will not be affected by the template the post uses on desktop.
Thank you!
Hi marcorroma, unfortunately, for the moment we didn’t test the https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-post-queries/ with our theme, therefor we do not know if this is working correctly or not with our theme.
As for “Advanced Custom Fields” as I know is a plugin that require to add some extra parameters in theme files, as I know this is working with standard templates from our theme, but is a little complicate with cloud templates and one problem is when you update the theme, all the settings made in theme and plugin files will be lost if those files that were edited can not be set in the child theme.
Please take a look over the next useful guides from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/add-additional-fields-to-posts-in-category-grid/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/add-custom-field-to-post/ to know how you can configure your Advanced Custom Fields.
Thank you!
Hi forallatlantis,
When you are using a PRO Pre-build Website, then you have the ability to edit the entire website from frontend using tagDiv Composer, because the full website is made with cloud template from tagDiv Cloud library.
Now tagDiv Composer is a builder and it can be use for pages and cloud templates, therefore when you are inside a posts, you can not edit it with theme builder, because this is use only for edit posts layout, not to create posts.
On the other hand the theme builder it can be use on pages where you can add blocks elements…
Assigned cloud templates can be edited directly from frontend or you can edit theme from backend from Cloud Templates -> https://i.imgur.com/VxjuTpx.png
Hope this will help you!
Hi,
That is correct, there is an option to create video posts with a featured video https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
The theme provides the standard, video, audio post formats.
A gallery post format is not available unfortunately.
However, using a standard post template for example one that does not display the featured image, like these ones https://prnt.sc/y04j4o and inserting the gallery at the top of the post content, it will be same as a featured gallery, as the gallery will be at the top of the post. You can still set a featured image for the post, so it will have a thumbnail, but in the post page it will not be displayed using those post templates, the gallery will be first.
Or you can use any cloud post template, as the featured image element can simply be removed from them in the composer.
Perhaps there are gallery plugins that can automatically transform previously created default galleries in their type of provided gallery. That may not work with our gallery element, but default WordPress galleries could be converted maybe. I haven’t tried such plugins however, so I can’t say for sure. Installing a dedicated gallery plugin will allow further galleries to be created with it, but converting older galleries from posts and pages as well, I can’t say if that is possible exactly.
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thank you!
Hi,
First please go to settings>permalinks. Select “Post name” and save.
Try updating your posts/pages. If it doesn’t work, try selecting another option in the settings>permalinks.
If the problem persist, please make sure that the File Permissions are set correctly https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-file-permissions/ also the .htaccess should have 755.
Another way is to use the classic editor plugin.
You are using a PRO Pre-build website, and this was made using tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Composer, therefore you can edit the entire website using tagDiv Composer. The settings from theme panel are for normal pre-build website that use standard templates and not cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/RaTvwZf.png then on the element that you want to remove use the right click -> https://i.imgur.com/uOqHJmf.png
Thank you!
Hi,
That code is for the last element in the breadcrumbs, for example https://prnt.sc/y031xd It is the name of the post for example, when viewing a post.
It can be removed by editing the cloud post template with the composer, clicking on the breadcrumbs element and then disabling it like so https://prnt.sc/y032pd It is however unusual that the breadcrumbs and specifically that last element from them cause a CLS issue.
Thank you!
Hi,
For images inside the post content I find that WordPress sets the width and height automatically – https://wplift.com/cumulative-layout-shift-wordpress -> https://prnt.sc/y02uv9 So basically there should be no problem there based on this information, regardless of the post template used, the content is the same. Unless perhaps when adding the images in a different way with not width/height attributes.
So for example using a standard post template https://prnt.sc/y02z19 and using a cloud template https://prnt.sc/y02zhu the images have the width/height attributes.
Thank you!
