If you are not using non of them, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL non theme plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Yes, is you are using post style/templates not cloud for posts, then should not be needed by any customization.
Or as an alternative you can try this custom css
.wppr-review-container{
display: none;
}
.tdb_single_content .wppr-review-container{
display: block;
}
The code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css and will display only the review inside the post/article.

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
If you are using a PRO demo or cloud templates, that is why the theme panel settings are not apply. Using cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you’ll need to edit the cloud template using tagDiv Composer and set on the elements the color and style you want
For example in order to change the share style, please edit the single post template wit tagDiv Composer, like this -> https://i.imgur.com/ZpxtjbP.jpg click on the share buttons and choose a style https://i.imgur.com/jyYrNlL.png after that do not forget to save the changes.

I’m using a cloud template for my single post, and my website is for news. So I got approved from MGID and I create widgets to show up under my post. i was working on cloud templates and now if i try to create new post (or page) with gutenberg the text area is 300px.
I don’t understand why there is this css rule and how can i delete it.
I tried to set a custom css rule in theme panel like

}
but it doesn’t work!
what happened? Is because I change some column width?

Indeed if you are using PRO demos, the settings from theme panel will no affect website, because PRO Demos are build suing cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library and are build/edit with tagDiv Composer. So if you want to edit the pages or templates you need to do it with tagDiv Composer, for pages -> https://i.imgur.com/FIDsl3X.png or cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/QUul6Mj.png
2. There are two ways that you can create pages with our theme, using tagDiv Composer, you can see the example for homepage – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ or using the Gutenberg editor from WordPress -> https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/
If the pages were build with other plugins like Elementor, then is possible to not be recognize by the theme.
3. Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

but if i do it video playlist stops working.

Unfortunately the only image size available on flex blocks are these -> https://i.imgur.com/g0Xp2In.png there is no option in theme to create other thumb size that can be use by flex block, this can be achieve only if you make change in theme files and these will be lost when you’ll update the theme.

Also the above php code can be set only in theme files and this is not indicate.
The code must be set in one of the files from this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single the important thing is that you need to have that element on your cloud template and the code for buttons should work.

The error is not in the WP ALL IMPORT plugin.
The error is in the pagination. If you visit the page http://staging-alcaldes.kinsta.cloud/categoria/entrevistes/, you can see in DevTols that the request http://staging-alcaldes.kinsta.cloud/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?td_theme_name=Newspaper&v=10.2 returns the value of currentPage is 2 always.

Autoads from Adsense doesn’t work in article – my post is about it and respecting Adsense policy doeasn’t change anything. I have autoads at my site but it’s impossible to use them through theme panel oraz cloud template. When you want to use ads in article you have to generate second (non auto) type od ads at Adsense and paste this second code to theme panel or cloud template.

Unfortunately there is no option for this, also the cloud url need to be public, only in this way can be set on posts, categories, etc.

1. The them panel settings will work only for some options, or if you use only standard templates, it will apply for all elements.
The theme update will not break the website, but we recommend to make first the update in a test environment.
2. If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
